Scoobey-do, it's been quite a while since I've had a rumrunner, however, I remember it including 3 or 4 different types of rums, malibu, and I believe some pinapple juice, and the Chambord Liqueur for good measure that made that purple color. Those were the good ole days. :)
Do you have the Yahoo link for SEIH?
Also for your and poster Iglatend's information, my most recent post here to Iglatend concerning the lawsuit stated in the most recent 10Q involving Vellella Yamamoto and Berlainder, who I believe is suing for back wages $500K, promissory note $115,000, and special damages of $700,000. SEIH believes the claim is without merit and will vigorously defend itself if it cannot come to some agreement as stated in the 10Q. My previous post to Iglatend appears to state incorrectly the name of the person Berlandier who was previously involved with SecureSoft and now runs GRXI with James Bickel as an independent director, seems to not be the same man stated on the 10Q lawsuit as Berlainder. Check the spelling of each name.
My mistake I think unless there is a mis-spelling on the 10Q or the GRXI website showing the name of Berlandier, however, very similiar for sure! So my question to Iglatend at this point is in trying to obtain details of why he/she believes SEIH gives stock to friends etc., to settle lawsuits? I can see the confusion on the name spelling and someone reading fast like I did would put the same person Berlainder with the head of GRXI Berlandier. lol. Strange coincidence for sure, however, I can stand to be corrected on my interpretation.
Here's hoping for a good week with the BDC election hopefully finalized with the SEC! We need to get out of the quiet period.
