FCHS 10-q out.
.42 EPS, .36 fully diluted, revs 6.8m
That was my 300 bucks lol
In small for a lotto. Willing to see a multi-bagger or lose the whole thing. GLTA
Good points. All that matters is their ability to monetize the patent portfolio, and that's why I'm here with a few. I think they can do it. GL
Of course patents are worth less in bankruptcy court than they are when you're actually conducting business.
Biotech ETFs are at critical support. Could be bounce time, or new recent lows. The market is less interested in small bios with a lot of debt and little/no revenues these days, but sectors move in cycles. Bios went nuts in 2014 and took a dump 2015, but I think they will come back into favor because there's so much innovation.
Hope you kill em man. I think the worth of the patents alone if they were to just license them out is worth more than $2/share.
The news today, while not deal news, was significant.

I bought more after the 10-q came out today. Numbers were acceptable. They will need to raise funds in a couple quarters, but the NASA grant was fine unexpected news. I think it's undervalued, but someone was selling today.
Yes. The IBB and XBI have been getting slaughtered.
Wow, no bid.
Greed and terrible financing killed what could have been a growing business.
Sorry to the good folks here

I usually skip the calls and read the transcripts - I remember more info and can refer back to it. A question like that I would probably ask Henry privately, because it would be a more elaborate answer. I do see progress though from the q. Revs and margins up. Warrant cancellation lowers the O/S a bit, and also lends less credibility to the lawsuit. They wouldn't cancel two tranches for breach unless they knew with certainty that Crede violated the agreement.
That's good. I figured they vetted questions. Just curious why the tough questions never make it on.
It's basically the same people asking the same style of questions every call, and because of that XXII can control the message and the flow. That's why they only let one or maybe two questions from private investors, since they're more of a wildcard.
I often prefer to read the CC transcripts, but I wish I had heard that. Often times the questions are funneled through to investment buddies of the company who lob softballs. A question like "why did the Board approve a big comp increase while SH have been getting punished with dilution for years" would never make it on.
I am ok accumulating until the conversions are done and enjoying the rip when the momo's chase it.
Up to 500k myself. Adding more tomorrow if they want to smack the bid.
Nice day FCHS.
The stock was also hyped by furus when Big Puff was in the mix. I do agree with you 100% about the salaries and the dilution, though.
If you mean the one measuring CO exposure in cigarettes and cigarillos among dual users, I did not see the connection to Brand B
MMJ: a reclassification of cannabis in the US will facilitate research and licensing opportunities stateside. Their THC/CBD patents are worth something indeed.

Red Sun: super satisfying nicotine wise and earthy taste. Did not want another cig and definitely smoked fewer/day. Cut my daily intake in half, whether i tried regular or menthol. Throat hit is heavy, and would be too much if not for the filter. I think the strength of the nicotine hit and the fact that the filter doesn't allow really deep draws does support the tar ratio idea. Reminds me of an American Spirit with less tar overall.
Brand B currently ongoing proof of concept studies. They must have more data before submission.
Anytime a CEO is selling shares of a company at or near its 52-week low, that is not a good sign and I don't know how you can justify it.
Now CEO Eric Kelly and another director are selling shares of $ANY. I would call that a knockout punch.

Yeah, one thing about them is that they use stock to pay for services quite often. I have noticed there is a seller of size, who quietly reloads the ask as blocks are bought. Any volume here and we could clear them out sooner. The chart is coiled tight, and we should hear about Q1 soon.

Thanks for the 6's. I am up to 400k at a nice average and am holding. Some people aren't patient.
Those numbers fluctuate a bit, because people do trade around their position, but that is impressive. The .006-7 range has shown to be the demand zone and .009-.01 the supply zone, whether folks are trading in/out or averaging up/down. It's safe to say everyone here has a cost avg between those numbers, probably on the lower end. What will be really interesting is when this range breaks and holds.
SVTE: what is happening here is a rinsing of shares into a float lockup situation where buyers are holding and not tick flipping, similar to the other play T2T mentioned. The SS supports a parabolic move.
SS unchanged 3 days straight is good news for SVTE holders. O/S still under 100m and earnings growth is a gem in the OTC and I am surprised more aren't here. I've traded in and out here before, but I am holding and adding now. Trying to get up to 300k before EOD
I could see VLN having pockets of success in the cessation market, but it's not going to take over the world. Ultimately I see them selling off pieces of the company and retiring.
It's all VLN, so one goes up (or down) with the other. Could be a home run or a big whiff. FDA approval certainly would make selling the product easier.
I think the success of an X-22 partner is contingent upon a positive marketing order for Brand A. Gives scientific cred to the VLN cessation story.
An X-22 JV partner was said to be likely first half of 2016. Are potential partners waiting for a favorable FDA ruling first before jumping aboard?
Yeah, 4x the market cap of the entire company. That number seems ridiculous until you consider the $$$ on some of those deals that were mentioned in the complaint, unless those numbers were fluff. If they weren't, then it further validates the value of the patent portfolio.
Yeah, the timing for the litigation is no doubt strange. Why now, and not right after the termination of the Asian JV?
I love fuel to the fire, as long as it coincides with rubber to the road. Moonlight was intended for Asian markets as their "Red Sun", so we will see. Thanks for all the updates from WNY.
May 2 XXII Analyst Update, Chardan Capital Markets:

Variety of contract manufacturing bids, big and small. I suspect this is next news after Magic launch.
Whatever happened to that Dollar General/Smoker Friendly rumor that was started last summer? That would be big news for XXII. Tons of DG stores across America, and they have emphasized tobacco sales as an important bridge to purchasing other goods there.
