Funny thing is, a little group of traders could get behind this anytime and push it 100% because of the low float. There is just no buying interest. News of profitability maybe could be a catalyst. I have seen bigger POS's run on air.
Have no problem with the revenues, but shareholders have been funding that growth for months now, and it seems they are OK with that. It is time to come correct with some transparency and disclosure.
T2 I think this would provide useful insight re: what to expect upon the closing of this acquisition. Agree that if the path is similar to Delta Stag, and fully disclosed and transparent, we could rally. Problem is Cashman doesn't follow up with SH and all investors see are new shares issued. That is horrible communication, and because of that investors have no confidence to buy and the value of his company will continue to swoon. If he cares about SH, who are taking it in the rear for months now, he throw us a bone. Great balance sheet and share structure, but the stock sucks.
VIX based on call/put action on SPY and not directly correlated to intraday SPY movement.
Looks like just over 114k crossed in the Russell Reconstitution trade.
He's rightfully upset for being down on his investment. His emails may hurt him in court, though.
Some good stuff in here for those with the attention span to get thru it
Pg 132 also interesting: 4 Pharma companies in talks to fund Phase 3 for X-22 and make it a prescription drug. Talk is cheap, as many here have learned, but he is under oath haha
Thanks for posting. Page 102, lines 5-12 made my eyes pop.
EVOL: added shares today. Holding solid position. Chart looks to have found support at the $5 level. This stock is perplexing, as I am still unable to buy through TDA without contacting the trade desk.
Thank you Derek, it has been a while since we have spoken and I hope you are doing well. The ANY story is an unforgettable one. A few got very rich. Most shareholders lost. I was lucky to get out for good and still make a little money and learn a lesson about newsletter pump stocks - trade 'em, don't marry 'em. Feel horrible for those who invested a ton here and lost almost all. The company (and its accompanied "literature") really did misrepresent GW IMO.
Just whistling by the ANY graveyard. Anyone still here from the newsletter days?
See some familiar faces. Derek and Keubiko. Streaming eagle. Strut.
Where is Scott Shaffer? The Vangorilla?
SVTE up nicely on some volume. These .06s are getting thin. People are still trying to channel trade this low floater for ten percent. Fools.
I don't know, but some real novice traders in here scalping lunch money on little to no volume, trying to channel trade. Take the pressure off the ask and let it breathe, you fools.
Any news from the hearing re: injunction? It was today.
I own a bit north of 1.1m currently profitable shares, still buying.
That's my investment thesis here. The SS and the fundamentals are too good to not be found eventually. We all knew about the notes. What many underestimated was the actual amount of selling that was/is retail, which naturally made the dilution last longer. I'm giving this some time. I don't need the money right away, and I am still buying. This is RX** all over again, and look where they are now.
EVOL: my thoughts exactly. I hope future orders don't need to be called in, but I was able to establish a starter. GLTU
EVOL: TD Ameritrade requires a broker call to open a position. The O/S isn't that small; I wonder why the restriction.
Agree.
EVOL: thanks hweb for your informative opinion. Hard to find value and growth stocks like this one. The chart is in such a downtrend, that it seems strange that there is an abundance of supply all the down to these levels. Must admit it makes me wary, because it doesn't make much sense to short it. The question is, who's selling?
BOSC: like the numbers, not crazy about the chart. Waiting to see if this 3 area holds as support. If it doesn't, technically it could give some back. Also watching. GL
EVOL: looking to start a position here. Any thoughts? Stock near 52-wk lows. Insight welcome

Nice cross-trade for 1.1m shares. This is setting up nicely for next week.
SVTE
Ouch, why sell here. Good luck, but I think this is starting to turn around.
SVTE
SVTE great news. Record sales and all moving expenses done. They are putting points on the board and very little debt. The SS alone would put us in pennies
SVTE looking to accumulate a million shares here for liftoff. Been doing it slowly on the bid, but got aggressive when someone dipped the ask under a half penny. If VFIN is indeed the seller of size, he was active today. Could be a good sign.
Buyers were in control today. I'm adding tomorrow. Share structure is so tight, a monster move is definitely possible if the right people get behind it and we see a string of 20-30M volume days. And if that happens, who cares how many shares are left on notes, because they would be long gone.
SVTE getting some attention today. I'll take credit for starting the run. Smacked .48s on the ask and we never looked back. Hope we see continuation tomorrow.
How do you know that's a true amount showing?
$SVTE
Maybe the seller you were talking about showed up?
That's exactly what they do, buy high sell low. Same ones who will chase it when it starts moving.
Bids starting to creep up. SVTE trying to find a bottom here.

Spectrum was available only to the government. Now new orders can be tailored to other consumers. Another revenue stream - not bad.

Still a positive EPS from last quarter's loss with a lot more cash. I wouldn't sweat the bad debt provo too much, as it is common in their industry and was relatively stable QoQ.
