Well you can say that, but it doesn’t appear investors agree with you...definitely its struggling like sbfm, but I haven’t looked into the facts as to why...
Yeah no doubt something is going on, but I want to emphasize your use of the word "unbelievable".
Sunshine's claims have always seemed to fall into the category of 'unbelievable' because they are so amazing ...curing cancer, a real viral inhibitor, when they were on the OTC the market did not 'believe' and that's been the struggle... so let's get beyond the unbelievable.
Anyone know about AFM24 ?

Informative post. Thank you
Damage is done, harsh and sobering review of what transpired.....
"Matters like these can certainly be confusing. However, this story is a good reminder of the importance of reading the fine print when it comes to filing news. All that happened today was that Sunshine Biopharma confirmed its S3 resale went into effect — not a new filing or resale announcement.
While there was no real reason for investors to panic today, the performance we’ve seen from SBFM stock still raises some questions regarding its future. The company’s recent cancer treatment success pushed it out of penny stock territory. For the past one month, shares are in the green by more than 330%.
Why It Matters
When a stock rises overnight by such a high amount, its gains inevitably stabilize. That’s likely what we’re seeing from SBFM stock. It’s easy for a pharmaceutical company to rise quickly on positive results. However, shares are often just as quick to fall as the momentum subsides. This is especially true for small caps that weren’t previously on Wall Street’s radar.
Today’s performance indicates that SBFM stock likely isn’t the play some investors might have hoped. If it was truly stable, this news wouldn’t have forced it down by so much. Sunshine is also likely not a meme stock favorite, as investor confidence has clearly been shaken. All told, this seems like a flash-in-the-pan spike from a company about to fall back below the $5 mark."

That said, Benz still can't report this honestly...

I work in media. I contacted Benzinga about complicity.. they denied involvement.

(AJ Fabino) is the clown who apparently can't read a filing, although he works for Benzinga writing financial articles. Good job AJ. You single-handedly got Sunshine Biopharma halted because of your mistake. Why won't you or your company issue a retraction?
Benzinga lied---contact them and ask what they will do about it

ATTENTION ALL YOU CRIMINALS>> now's your chance to get honest and go long.
I didn't think I would buy more, but I couldn't resist
Not much left to squeeze, with the criminal help from Benzinga blog, you'll find many naked shorts were able to cover. This is a nice RSI reset and now maybe we can have some organic growth
I don't have a better contact for Benzinga, just this: support@benzinga.com
Criminal action to create opportunity for shorts to cover.
It's going to 15 mill "KUND", it's in the filings... "KUND"
Same here...
I explained last night how this was going to happen. We went through this two and a half years ago, the RSI was the trigger, it was last time.
old --- people here are zooming right around you lady.
Clearly a newbie here... do I need to explain the stock market to you? I read your profile .... you’re here for a reason .
Good luck, rsi here is high, should dip soon so you can join us. No reason to be a jerk about it.
No dilution for 6 months after NASDAQ approval
Those of you that have been here for at least 3 years, you will remember how this is HISTORY REPEATING ITSELF.
Right after we got out of sub-penny a certain young lady 'whale' and her crew showed up here and shorted this (around the 8 to 12 cent area) to play the stop-loss game, then she warned us about the high RSI, the stock temporarily crumbled, but did come back eventually to .30
This is the game... ride it!
yep, over bought, also over-shorted
there will be blood, it wasn't fun just getting on Naz either, but the only thing that matters is the SCIENCE, I'm not impressed with this price...not even close.
I agree. It's not useful information, it's continuous lit dropping and probably not true.
Peace.
That's right, everyone needs to use their head... we are basically at SIX CENTS right now, don't get crazy and think you're rich.
Moderna, a fairly new company, a two-trick pony, has 400 million OS...Sunshine has 7 million (growing to 15mil)...
I'm not comparing them today... the Market only cares about the future. In 1997 the market valued Amazon over Sears... people laughed, said they have to "sell every book in circulation" to reach that value. The market didn't laugh.
Be aware of what you own and WHY!
We've all been wrong, I could list a roster of folks that come here and give this thumbs down, it's not because they are bad or unsmart, it's because of failed homework; there's A LOT of history with every company and unless you are confident that you know what can seemingly be unknowable, then negative comments are at your own peril.
Sunshine is claiming science that will be industry changing, if you KNOW it to be false, then you are ahead of us. I'm staking my $$ on the doctor's reputation...That's worth a few bucks to me. I've been through many of the potholes and I know why they exits, may not like them, but I know how they got there. What's happened is logical, there is a plan.
The MARKET loves it when a plan comes together!
With all due respect, so many people here are not just paying attention. Everyone has a story about how they saw something go from $3 to $100...who cares???
We all know the market loves money and looks forward. There are MANY flash in the pan stocks, it happens every day. Newbies here are not looking at what this company has for the actual world, for people that don't invest in the market... This is medicine that will change the way Big-pharma can operate in the future.
Get cancer and find out what a big pain in the butt it is to get cured, it can happen, but it's easier to climb Mount Everest.
PERSPECTIVE here is required. Flippers are embarrassing themselves.
Let's not forget about the viral inhibitor... one could argue it's needed now more than ever--
https://news.yahoo.com/second-covid-booster-shot-extends-012300452.html
kind of a silly question, you shouldn't be investing... and make sure you peek around every corner in case the boogie man is behind it.
wow!
Dr. Steve Slilaty is not a fool, curing cancer is only his day job, on weekends he's been methodically preparing Sunshine to be a major company. It's the last thing he'll ever do, or need to do.
Your scenario seems spot-on!
$13 is nothing... $100 is an insult. I'm not interested in a group with short-term goals that really doesn't understand what Sunshine has. It's an insult and Reddit traditionally does more harm than good to companies. Reputation is everything, I'm sure you can find a better target, leave this one alone. You cannot rush the science with your games.
This has never been a no-bid stock and NOW, with the possibility of a cancer killer in a petri dish, there little risk of that. I would love the computers to shut down.
I remember the early days of Amazon when analysts said they would have to "sell every book in existence" to justify their share price which was just about the value of the dying Sears chain in 1997. By 2001 Amazon had crashed to $7; Amazon, a complete scam... All they do is sell stuff, anyone can do that...it's over for them!
Well, maybe anyone can cure cancer...we'll see!
I agree, float is fairly locked. the VOLUME you're seeing (I think) is from machines buying and selling the same stocks over and over looking for stop-loss misfits. They will get tired soon.
Dilution is off the table for a few more months, quiet period is over and there is about 10 months of pent up info to materially report.
Is that what you'd say?
Dying there with cancer and you get offered a cure and you say "Sorry doc, no, the chart's oversold"
??
yesterday there were over 600,000 trades, machines buying and selling the same stocks over and over...Hunting for stop-loss misfits. No one with a brain sold yesterday.
That's right my friends ...you can invest in your EV cars or your cell phones or your social media companies, but when it comes to life and death how much do you think that's worth??? How much do you think people will pay for life??. If the science is good your bank account will be like a volcano eruption.... Stand back .
Don't call me Shirley.
thanks, have a nice day!
those were different times, and many things have happened since then...

my last post, good night!
Good to hear from you, hope all is well (still curious about 98765)
Someone here mentioned 15 mill would be the new OS
JOE
I don't call cashing warrants dilution, but clearly this was more than warrants, this was 20X OS... if we ever do that again it will go to $100. It should have gone to $30 today.
People want to blame flippers, naked shorts, etc. Really?? 20X from weak hands? How does anyone believe that?
I will ALWAYS prefer the truth. If the company diluted 100 million shares, then they made a lot of money today. Of course that's not what happened, but we should know.
This is only the first of many PRs to come, pent up after 11 months, many things depend on proper decision making. I should have made over a million $ on this stock today, but I didn't, I don't want to think it's from dilution.
