I presume the SSR is in effect for today which will make sure have to hit the ask instead of the bid, right?
Are you able to elaborate? Still learning.
I am still new, but what is the purpose of these halts? It's a free market so why do they stop trading?
Yep, riding another one right now that I wish wasn't getting halted to be a bit more phun.
Needing NNDM to gain some steam again. Still down big. Average is now $5.41.
Why does it keep halting?
Trying to average down. Had a case of FOMO last night and hopped in at $5.71. Couldn't do anything until 7:00AM and figured I would try to hold for a small profit. Scooped some $2.50's. Will try to grab a few more if it dips at open.
Did news drop, or what is happening right now?
Are you able to post a link of this? I can't find it.
Pretty big buys have happened at or around .20 today. Need to break through that resistance.
Quite a few of them too!
Per TD Ameritrade, everything is good to go for trading on their end.
LOL. Best of luck.
It allowed me to place a limit order on Think or Swim.
Think or Swim is showing recent trades at .17. If this is OTC now, how are trades happening pre market?
I can now see a chart in ToS, so it is looking tradeable at this point. Still on hold though, waiting to confirm.
I would cry in joy if that happened. I am just a small fish compared to most, but that would definitely boost the account nicely! I only have 6,200 shares with an average price of .207.
Yes symbol is now showing as JCPNQ in my positions tab.
Yea, mine just updated too actually. Looks like the bid is showing at .15. I think if this can trade it should go up on speculation alone. It bounced yesterday a few cents all day on no real new/rumors.
Doen't look to TD Ameritrade has updated the symbol as of yet. May give them a call and see what they say.
So when the Q is added is when things start bouncing around a lot? We are still expecting a bounce?
I'm a small fish and am new to the Ch. 11 realm. Was trying to roll with my position, but with shares being under .19 I had to scoop some more up. Hoping this works out!
Is there news that leads you to believe this or just a hunch/your gut?
So if you owned JCP shares prior to the Ch. 11 news on Friday, will those shares always be trade-able, or will they be locked?
A lot of shares still being sold/picked up. Do shares get locked so you can't trade them, or will shares always be tradeable?
So what happens now? Sears still popped after declaring bankruptcy though right?
Slowly getting back in. Got some $1.42's yesterday. Just scooped some $1.30's.
Keep the charts and drawings coming!
Got back in and was able to grab some $1.42's. About time this thing goes back up!
So just to confirm, the earnings isn't what is important with this ticker right now, correct? It is the "prospects" of the Wynn, Disney, etc., correct? How will the earnings impact share price?
Are they supposed to secure their funding today, or is that supposed to take some time?
What is going on over here? Pump and dump? Looks like activity over the past 2 days but that is it.
Yea, now lots of Buys! Still learning how to use TOS! I am back in at $2.06. Looking to make a little profit off of it. $MARK
Lot of selling going on right now.
Based on your experience, is what I am saying out of line?
At the average rate per mile you posted of ~$1.55 and at my average gross revenue per Knight/Swift that would be an annual mileage of 116,000 miles. Which is pretty accurate for an OTR (over the road) company. With this being regional operation, the miles driven annually is significantly lower (I would estimate maybe 50,000 miles per year per truck) but the rate per mile will be higher. I would estimate their rate per mile to be around $3. As mentioned trucking is an extremely competitive market. Amazon isn't going to pay anyone for an extended amount of time at an inflated rate. The Amazon Relay app they have, very rarely has above average rates.
Looking at the Amazon Relay board right now, they have a Middletown, DE to to Trenton, NJ load posted where you pull a 28' trailer for them (I am assuming this is a UPS trailer or Fedex or something like that) and the posted rate is $194.34. Assuming you started right at that DE facility you are looking at $1.88/mile.

Even a semi. If you are pulling a normal dry van, which is what Amazon freight moves under 95% of the time if not more, than I would estimate these to be the revenues. Trucks have downtime due to maintenance. The below is from a quick google search from Knight/Swift, one of the largest truckload providers in the country, if not the largest. Assuming they have box trucks/sprinter vans than I would image that number to be less. Box truck loads around here pay less than semi loads, generally speaking.
This statistic depicts the average revenue per tractor of Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc from the fiscal year of 2013 to the fiscal year of 2019. In 2019, the Phoenix-based freight trucking company reported an average revenue per tractor of just over 185,000 U.S. dollars.
I would estimate gross revenues per truck to be $160-$170K/truck aggressively. Conservatively, I would say $125-$140K. The warehousing aspect is TBD. Does anyone know the square footage they have out of curiosity?
There is no way. I know drivers that pull oversized loads needing permits, escorts, etc. that are grossing $350,000 a year. At best, that is what they would be doing per truck. Amazon freight is generic freight. I have pulled several loads for them. If they have some warehousing revenue than that is one thing.
I am in on this stock too, but I don't buy the $800K per truck. Look at companies like Swift and Knight. That is the largest dry van carrier in the country. They do not pull that on EVERY truck.
There is literally no way every truck in the fleet produces $800K+ / year. I own a small trucking company and annual revenues per truck are no where near that.
Thanks for this! I am still learning how to read/interpret this. One thing that stands out is the amount of money flowing through this thing right now!
