Possibly a stupid question; but why wouldn't NEO already include everything else? Hypothetically how can you license out AXAL if you already licensed NEO, which may include attributes present in AXAL?
Neo to the left, Neo to the right, Neo above me, Neo below me: NEO, NEO, NEO, NEO, NEO. I speculate that most everything else will be somewhat obsolete in five or more so years:

Does anyone know if this possibly delayed/affected our combo trials with ASTRA?

Hi Trader, I am traveling on business today and I don't have access with my devices right now to find the answers to your questions which go back in time over 4 years. The only issue that I personally ascertained from the India Trial was poor follow-up due to the women going back to their rural villages, which apparently cut off lines of communication. The CIN trial was run in USA and was separate from the India trial. I personally believe that CIN still has potential for us; but I will get into that at a later date. If anyone has spare time on their hands; please feel free to chime in with a history lesson.
Thanks
Didn't the MERCK prostrate combo just start in October 2016??
What has it been with ASTRA combo; maybe one year?
Didn't Chicken Little say that the sky was falling?
I believe that the CIN trial was a very low dosage level; but still yielded some promising results. More than likely results would have gotten better if they would have had a chance to ramp up the dosage. And yes, CIN was separate from India trial. I believe that LEEP is already a promising procedure for CIN.
1,000 apologies if someone else posted this back in February of 2016 or later; but I was reading this, and I am ready to run through walls:
http://cancerdiscovery.aacrjournals.org/content/6/2/112.2
I love testimonials about our treatment. I always suspected we were having this type of success in our earlier trials; but since they were done in foreign countries, you don't usually get any testimonials. I do vaguely remember that Rothman was talking about the woman in India whose cancer had a bad smell whenever she showed up at the clinic; and after she received our treatment the smell went away. I hope that this continues to snowball as word spreads in the USA. I am still buying like crazy as long as we stay under $20.
Hey Tex,
That part about the speaker who was talking about Aduro's approach (and "most" other companies using the algorithm approach) with their 9 antigen algorithm compared to our potential 100 antigen delivery; that was during the NEO presentation, correct?
Thanks, I keep getting interrupted every time I try to watch that video and I was trying to find what you had referenced.
I hope HOT turns out to be very lucrative. In my opinion our tech has endless possibilities, many of which will probably surprise us and blow our minds with what may be forthcoming? I am a strong advocate for our tech; and that is why I feel that we probably got somewhat ho0$ed on the NEO deal for worldwide rights, time will tell? Not sure why Amgen or anyone else would want to buy the company; when Amgen is probably already in the drivers seat? The good thing is that the company will probably not be bought out; and management will probably have a long term career, and hopefully we all end up getting a good return on our investment.
Please feel free to shoot this uneducated theory down; but I believe that Amgen probably bought the rights to the company's key tech (so to speak) when they obtained the rights to the NEO Platform. As we learn more about cancer mutations; I feel that all roads will probably lead to NEO. The base vaccines are probably going to be awesome in their own right; however in instances where they may not attain the necessary efficacy, HOT or NEO will probably be the next logical step. So if you were a BP looking to partner on AXAL, wouldn't you be a little gun shy knowing that this platform will probably be supplemented in the future by NEO and Amgen? And Amgen will probably benefit by AXAL being approved in EU and USA; as I feel that this will probably speed up the overall approval process for NEO. The good news is that we are the manufacturing facility; so I speculate that we will be probably be able to remain independent moving forward. But for me personally, in the future if NEO is approved and I had a cancer that we treat (heaven forbid); I would spend the money and go down the NEO road right off the bat. I am long ADXS and have invested 25% of my 401 K; so I am not trying to bash, just looking at the facts as I see them from an uneducated view point?
Sorry, I did not correlate that last night; perhaps alcohol does impair one's reading comprehension?
Any speculation on whether ADXS is one of the thirty companies participating in this competition?
I try to keep up on news from UCSF, Parker Institute and Memorial Sloan Kettering; as they all have had interactions with Advaxis.
I remember hearing about the alleged blatant manipulation involving about a 69% drop from $24.50 to $7.50 in about 75 seconds after an alleged post on the Yahoo MB. I hope that never happens to ADXS; although it did present a buying opportunity.

Link to Article on "Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy in San Francisco, California, launched a year ago by Napster co-founder and biotech billionaire Sean Parker, is trying to figure out how to tailor the best possible vaccines through a competition. Thirty companies and academic groups will receive the same set of tumor samples from individual patients and will try to predict the best neoantigens."
http://www.sciencemag.org/news/2017/04/personalized-tumor-vaccines-keep-cancer-check
Anyone have any idea of Advaxis would be in this competition?
http://www.advaxis.com/areas-of-focus/neo-epitope/
"Advaxis has joined the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy’s Tumor Neoantigen Selection Alliance (TESLA) consortium to further the development of effective neoantigen vaccines, such as the MINE™ platform, in targeting tumor epitopes that may function as optimal targets for cancer immunotherapies."
My bottom line is "heaven forbid" if a friend or family member were to be diagnosed with a cancer that we treat; I would sure as hell be steering them towards an Advaxis trial. In my opinion; if you do not share this conviction, then you should probably sell when you can break even.
Your post reminded me of another post that somebody made awhile back stating basically that Advaxis would not obtain a multi billion dollar market cap because our vaccine was to inexpensive to produce. I meant to jump all over that ignorant post at the time, but I was busy at work and forgot about it. So please excuse me for chiming in here (nothing against you or your post, but want to get this out before I forget), but I would much rather be invested in a treatment that costs $10 versus $90,000
In my opinion profit is all relative, and a lower manufacturing cost gives you more room to make profit.
Profit is a financial benefit that is realized when the amount of revenue gained from a business activity exceeds the expenses, costs and taxes needed to sustain the activity.
Hopefully someday we hit on ADXS. When that day comes, I will be drinking very expensive Scotch straight up just like in the old country. Enjoy this day my friend, and thank you for your posts!
What if LM becomes the delivery vehicle of choice for antigens? After the Sellas deal, I am personally more optimistic than ever before. I have no scientific background to speak intelligently on this topic; but I will continue to put 25% of my salary into buying ADXS until the price gets over $15. Most (75%) of my 401 K is in a guaranteed interest account, so I am very conservative, and ADXS is the only stock that I currently own. Just too much potential here to not jump on the train in my opinion. Glad that I was lucky to first learn of ADXS back in 2009.
Interesting US cancer statistics. I did not realize that prostrate and breast cancer were so much more prevalent. Guessing that HPV related are much more prevalent on world wide scale.

I just e-mailed this to Advaxis. Remember the possible work on allergies that was being evaluated back in the day? Might as well shoot for the trifecta :cancer, infectious disease and allergies. And do not forget animal diseases such as hoof and mouth. Pure speculation on my part, but what if????????? How in the hell do you place on dollar value on the potential here??????

Most of the Listeria monocytogenes outbreak deaths that I have personally looked at seem to be attributed to still births and the elderly or immuno comprimised. Listeria monocytogenes is very prevalent in nature. Should also note that ADXS removes the pathogenic portion I believe?

Will do, I will shoot you a note when the date approaches. Unfortunately the only place I know in Stewartville is Pure Pleasure from driving by on the interstate (ha, ha). Hopefully you know of a respectable establishment?
Skol Brother!
Sandman, I will be working in Southern Minny for a few weeks. I have been invested in Advaxis for almost 8 years this April We should meet in Dexter or Stewartville and have a beer and discuss our current state of the state?
Well said Blue! FBG was there to support me when I sold and bought back in; so I just want to return the favor. All of us long-term holders have had our jingle berries crushed on a regular basis; but we are still looking pretty damn good in my opinion. Blue, was your old Yahoo handle ONE BITE ONE KILL? Reminds me of my two Jack Russell Terriers that unfortunately passed away a few years back due to old age. Pound for pound, the toughest dog in the world in my opinion.
Respect your opinion. Both you and I invested a significant amount of money prior to any phase 2 results. In my humble opinion; lets say we may get diluted to 80 million shares outstanding prior to finishing phase 3? Our market cap after phase 3 may be around $3 billion (guessing?). Anyways, if that is the case share price may be around $37 at that point??? So why sell at $20? In my uneducated opinion results are going to continue to get better; just look at what we did with the specific HPV strains 16 & 18?
I feel that results will probably continue to improve with NEO? Not sure how to put a market cap value on what we may have? I feel that we probably rode out the darkest years, so why get out without seeing this through???
But I respect your opinion to sell; I even did it once myself and was miserable for a month. In my opinion, the only thing worse than losing money on a stock, is selling prematurely and watching it go ballistic.
What channel did you see this on (local or other)? There are some great treatments available that can kill cancer cells; but in my humble opinion the key will be to ensure that the cancer does not resurface at a later date. And that is where I think that Advaxis may prove to be most effective.
E-mailing this to Advaxis. Not sure; but seems that this would possibly be in our wheelhouse?

Like this part:
"The Contractor shall be reimbursed by the Government in an amount not less than a total of $10,000 (minimum) nor more than a total of
$80,000,000 (maximum) for successful performance of this contract."
Thank you for your rebuttal to the good doctor. I do not have an MD or PHD; but I like looking at the ct scans that Advaxis posts where you can see tumors shrinking and basically going away, to me that is why I am a believer. I also happened to have liked TANG when I was a kid.
38.5% with AXAL vaccine; I have to imagine what number this will probably rise to once NEO is applied to deal with all of the genetic mutations?
When DNDN gained approval; market cap went to approximately 6 billion for prostrate treatment. So you add in AXAL and all the others, where does the market cap end up? North of 10 billion perhaps?
There is also the infectious disease platform; and other potential antigens to be delivered. Like I have said before; LM is the vehicle, so it will probably have many applications.
Also we are unique because in addition to great R&D; we are also a manufacturer of vaccines. And income will be generated from manufacturing, in addition to royalties.
Probably not the smartest move; but I have zero patience when it comes to buying ADXS. I want my shares and I want them now! In the past when I have tried to place an order for the next day when news is expected; usually the price surges and I end up paying more anyways. The blizzard may shut everything down; so it may have been all for naught. I take the long term picture when it comes to investing in ADXS; so I don't worry about the day to day price fluctuations. Good Luck to everyone on the East Coast; hopefully you are able to stay home and ride out the storm. If you must venture out; then be safe! I can tell you from growing up in Minnesota, that heavy snow and 50 mile an hour winds can be very dangerous.
I bought 110 @ $9.15 after hours; I have to work nights this week, so I was just trying to get ahead of the curve. Someone said that only only idiots trade after hours; but I never claimed to be real intelligent, however I did buy about 5,500 shares at $7.85 about a year ago after hours. None of this will matter if the share price climbs over $100 someday.
This is a pleasant surprise to me. Surprised that I did not see this included in the 2017 business outlook, but it's possible that I may have missed it because I tend to speed read everything?:
ADXS-HER2
Initiate a study in pediatric osteosarcoma in collaboration with the Children’s Oncology Group in 2017.
More shots on goal.
ADXS-HER2 study; when did this begin? I must have been asleep at the wheel, because I do not remember seeing a PR on this study?
From company website : ADXS-HER2 is being evaluated in a first-in-human Phase 1b dose-escalation clinical study for the treatment of patients with metastatic HER2-expressing solid tumors. The dose escalation portion of the study will investigate the safety and tolerability of ADXS-HER2 as a monotherapy in patients diagnosed with metastatic HER2-expressing solid tumors. Results from the study will be used to determine the future clinical development program of ADXS-HER2.

Catt, you could be right about that; but we have a lot of shots on goal, so it may be a risky game to play. Puma also had some news that may have contributed:
https://www.forbes.com/sites/matthewherper/2015/05/13/puma-biotechnology-founder-auerbach-loses-250-million-on-cancer-drug-data/#25bd303b75d9
I also have been diluted heavily over the years, but I personally do not feel comfortable trying to guess the exact timing of future events regarding share price.
Thank you for the thoughtful reply. I too am more confident than ever. I invested about 50k back in 2009/2010; and have been continuing to buy on an off for the past 7 years. I truly feel that ADXS NEO may be the cure that we have all been waiting for.
I am also trying to wrap my brain around the reasons for the current share price; but one thing that is crystal clear is that this may be a once in a lifetime buying opportunity.
After watching my father during his chemo treatments; I agree that I would much rather inject myself with a weakened non-pathogenic genetically modified form of Listeria monocytogenes. The thing is that we may have probably all ingested the wild form of Listeria monocytogenes sometime during our lifetime; especially if you grew up back in the sixties and ate raw vegetables right out of the garden. No doubt that food handling and public knowledge were probably not as robust back in the old days. That may be the reason that our bodies our programmed for a strong immune response against LM.
My speculative point of view (for what it is worth); is that NEO is probably the cure. Everything else we have is probably better than the alternative. So, basically I have been a buyer on and off since 2009; but now I am putting 25% of my weekly salary into ADXS. In my insane opinion Amgen got the steal of the century. But do not forget that we are the manufacturing facility. Good Luck to all! I will continue to buy as long as we are under $20
Basic rule is do not risk more than you can afford to lose!
One other thing; most sane people may not be to cool with injecting a pathogen. But I feel that eventually the cream will rise to the top.
Patent expiration is also a legitimate concern.
Not sure if you remember the old patent filing about the time of the CIN 2/3 middle dose? There was a lot of speculation about this at the time; however I am unable to find that old patent filing.
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01116245?term=NCT01116245&rank=1
Lm-based antigen delivery technology. Just imagine that someday our LM platform may become the vehicle of choice for delivering both cancer and infectious disease vaccines. This along with personalized cancer treatment may open the door to being a partner with the greatest medical breakthroughs of our lifetime. How in the hell do you place a value on something like this if everything falls into place? This is highly speculative; but what if? And do not forget that we also have a manufacturing facility.
