They are also private companies today
of Mr. Bodouroglou, CEO. Box Ships Inc.
Last year Bodouroglou bought two ships
from Box Ships Inc. (Box Voyager and
Box Trader) for $1.50 each and transferred
them to one of his own companies. And
they are in operation and making income
today. So it is this reason for the
existence of Mr. Chu's small shareholder
group. To attempt in regaining back the
assets that the CEO owes Box Ships Inc.
I know that some shareholders are aware
of the above information. Lets see what
happens.

Songbird has not been sold yet. And
I wonder why. Unless there just not any
new buyers looking to enter or the seller
is asking too much. And now, boom, they
have 2 airlines for sell....and no
buyers as yet. Maybe we are still in
the mix of all of this. We shall see.

concern. I wonder what Ned Siegal has to
bring to the table? Is it just his name
as a hanger-on or is he a real asset? He's
on the board of many tity pink companies.

There are 7.5B people on the face of
the earth. So that's one share for
each person living on earth.
Tell it to Morningstar. I'm just
the messenger. Also, Box is a foreign
company. They only have to file to
the SEC annually on Form 20F/A. I
think that is due May 31.
If Tony is talking with the SEC directly
and explaining the situation then there's
a good chance he can get the filings delayed.
The SEC doesn't always play hard ball.

large 50 year old shipping firm: Foremost Group. Her
mother is Ruth Mulan Chu. I know Chu is a common
name. But I wonder if Stephen M Chu is related to
these folks? If so, we could be in very good shape.

Actually, I almost sold my shares this
morning. Guess I will at the end of
this month if no news. And take a
loss on this one. Tony had a lot of
nerve going into the Songbird deal
and not having enough money. Why
would he do such a stupid thing like
that?
I think in the best interest of all
concern (shareholders, CEO., management and
BOD) to completely rethink the direction we
have been, and should be going. There are
just too many and too complex problems in
retaining any type of a relationship with
BLTA. So what should be done to save our
investments and others within? There's
many options. Maybe the following.
-form a shareholder group with force and influence.
-cut bait with BLTA and its history.
-create a new public company....maybe with an IPO
and start with a shuttle service or cargo service
with twin engine plane or planes.
Just anything on a variation of the above as I don't
know much about the business.
I bought 35,000 yesterday.
Last month FREEF, a Greek shipping firm
had a 1 for 5000 r/s. But we don't have
to worry about that non-sense now since
we have a strong shareholder group to
block it and make Box CEO to come to
terms in our favor. Lets see.

the 6-k. I think Munhoi well be posting
soon with some good news. Bodouroglou
says Box has no assets for future loans.
If he returns our 2 ships, and I think
he will, then we shall have assets for
future loans. This will happen. And
the shipping sector is now almost back
to normal....and growing. All of this
is imho.
