How blue the skies will be?!
Blue skies smilin' at me
Nothin' but blue skies do I see
Bluebirds singin' a song
Nothin' but bluebirds all day long
Never saw the sun shinin' so bright
Never saw things goin' so right
Blue days all of them gone
Nothin' but blue skies from now on
Go PGEI
Yes, 5 minutes from the Cotton Bowl and 5 minutes
from downtown. Every July 4th I can watch the
fire-works from the Cotton Bowl in my back yard.
Go PGEI
I want to make enough money here
so I can eat out every day and not have to
worry about my checking account balance. I
want to also be able to move away from my
next door neighbor who has his car jacked-up

From hambugers to steak tomorrow. This could be a
life changing event for some depending number of
shares one is holding.
What's the total dollar value
of this new acquisition?
That's true. However, this company and CEO together, have
existed too long to be a scam. Also PGEI is a S.E.C.
reporting company and has always been so. Anyway, one
can make money on the "pump and dump." Or as a long term
investment. It's a win-win play.
Well, I got in this morning.
412,000 at .0033. Told myself, I'm too old
for this type of trading. But hell, there's
nothing more real than "money and sex!"
More news should be coming soon, keeping the
PPS up.
Their 10q is overdue and now
they are no longer an S.E.C. reporting company.
And you say what goes down comes up. You better
get out right now b/c this PPS is going to .0001
very quickly.
There's no way of knowing both
of your questions as MMs rotate
from stocks to others, from hour
to hour. At least most MMs do.
I've got buy order in at .008.
USAR bought the OTC shell
in order to take the company public.
For the longs-
I live here in Dallas, and USAR location is in a
very high rent district. Plano is really a part
of Dallas, Texas. I'm not a shareholder, but may
buy a few thousand.
It is true and obvious
to anyone here that Wallach is just along for the
ride, has zero experience in running a public
company and has nothing to offer. But with or
without Wallach, the most important math to any
shareholder is the EPS. That's center ring. And
with the EPS in the black for 2 or 3 quarters the
PPS could run to a dollar. I do believe YGYI is
in the last stage as a so called "developing
film." And should be in the black some time this
year. The main reason I got into YGYI is b/c I
know something about Dave Briskie going back to
the 1980s when he was in Dallas. The guy is smart
and solid. Well, that's only my thoughts.
Have a good week, everbody.
Email from Dave Briskie-
Rug, that's a very good observation on Wallach. However, I
think the EPS is the main causation on the PPS here.
For what it's worth to anyone, here is an email I got today.
"John Zervas is no longer with YGYI. The 10K filing deadline
is 4/1. You can expect the filing to take place the last week
of March."
"Please let me know if you have further questions and have a
nice day."
"Thank you for your loyal support."
"Kindest regards,
Dave Briskie"
Stock Market 101
Never invest in a company run by an old man calling the shots.
-He is no longer hungry.
-He no longer has the energy for success
-His ideas that got him millions are now obsolete.
-Beware if it's a family affair runned. Unless its
Jerry Jones owner of the Dallas Cowboys.
AND
Always be aware if anyone tells you the following:
1) Looks like tax write-off selling.
2) Load up.
3) 4th quarter will be one for the books.
Doesn't these old worn out expressions just get you.
They are posted because they really have nothing else
to say.
How, think only of the content posted here. Not why.
Is it correct or not true? Or maybe partly true.
I am not a pollyanna when viewing YGYI.
However, no matter how long YGYI has
existed it is still, in reality a "start
up" company. And its the nature of a
retail growth co. to pay high commissions
to its sales force in order to gain and
maintain interest and loyality amongst
sales personnel. Remember, these field
people are not payed a salary but working
on straight commission. Therefore, the
greater risk, the greater the reward. It's
fundamental in this type of business. You
all were aware of that before you bought.
After all these years it is still a young co.,
finding and feeling its way, its identify like
a character in a novel looking for the author.
So what does the poor shareholders have in
their favor?
1) YGYI is transparent.
2) Steady and unfailing revenue growth for how
many Qs now?
3) Overseas expansion.
4) CHEAP SHARES.
5) An EPS not deep in the red.
So what does the poor shareholders have that is
not in their favor.
1) Patience.
2) A flat EPS which affects the PPS more than any
other factor.
3) Very little cash on hand
4) Risk and the unknown.
But as adults there's no way to avoid risk. General
George Patton said, "all plans go out the window after
the first shot of battle. Anything can happen."
Have a great weekend, everyone. And may your sports
team win saturday and sunday.
Thanks Premium-
Do you or anyone want to guess what
revenues will be this morning?
I'll say 43 million.
The resent shake-up in management
is a normal event in a growing film.
No need for alarm.
Have a great week to all
YGYI shareholders.
Did anyone see the news
that came out Oct 8? It's only
on yahoo,com and barchart.com
Cool,
I think most of the posters here have seen this
article. As YGYI has been growing since conception,
2011, and reinvesting for growth, some of the share
holders are now focus on the EPS to stimulate and
resurrect a stagnant PPS. All shall come well.
Everybody have a great weekend. Football is back.
Stephen Hawking, the English
theoretical physicist would say "yes"
a sound is made b/c the law of physics
would demand it.
The first time I heard that question was
from the zoology teacher my freshman year
in college. After the question there was
no sound to be heard in the class room.
For those of you who are dismayed
over the 2011 merger is understandable. The
mlm side appears to be the weak arm of YGYI.
It suffers from growing pains in progress.
I do not like some of the products. However,
of course, any items that are not selling well,
as time goes by, will be discontinued, and
replaced. I still think the merger was a
good idea in the long run. Until success we
have uncertainty. Just a side note. I knew
of Dave Briskie when he was in Dallas in the
1980s. He's a very smart guy. That's the
only reason I bought in before the merger.
I worry some about Steve Wallach and this
business maybe being a little over his head.
But I believe he knows to listen to others.
When I was a kid
many decades ago I asked my parents what did
I have to do to make money? They would say
"work hard." Always said, work hard. I
realized that's a given. However, when I
became an adult I learned there was a missing
element to my parent's idea of success. It
is a very elusive element. It's "time." As
it takes time, and time again. Since YGYI
has been in existence, each year they have
been progressing--not regressing. So why
sell now?!
An analogy.
One year (1938) before WW2 started in Europe,
Nazi Germany had a 4 million man military
force. That force was the largest ever in
world history. So it took years to whittle
down and defeat such a force. And for a
while there were always questions. And
people would say, "it just goes on and on
and on." Then one day, people looked around,
and all of a sudden it was over, May 8, 1945.
VE day. Victory Europe.
Hope everybody here had a great weekend.
On the positive side-
If you go to seeking alpha's website, bring up
YGYI, click on article, click on "comments," I
think you will like what you read. And maybe
learn something, too.
ALDI Grocery Stores-
Here in Dallas there is a store a few blocks from
where I live. They still carry YGYI's coffee. I
read ALDI intends to expand to 2,000 more units across
U.S.A. by 2017. Hope YGYI can maintain a contract
for all these new stores. ALDI is a German food chain.
Does anyone know
how well mkcollab.com is doing?
I have 2 plays in Argentina.

-President Energy PPC:LSE
that's London stock exchange.
You may want to check PPCGF by
going to: seekingalpha.com.
This stock is sold on the gray
sheets but I bought it on the
LSE for .18
I don't know. But I tend to
believe with this stock EPS is everything.
That's the only thing to drive the PPS up.
All of what you said is needed
and/or a merger-buyout of a good company---then
Kaboom. But until then the PPS may stay flat.
Briskie is the backbone and smarts of YGYI with
a few others helping out. Yeah. A good merger
could happen anytime with YGYI. So I'm still
buying when I get the money as time goes by.
Legal action is a poor option
for common holders. It would take light
years away before conclusion.
SEC actions and First China
are two entirely different things and are
independent from the other. The SEC is
doing their thing and so is First China.
I don't believe Wang sold his shares. And
then hired Marcum for audits without a reason.
There must be a larger plan in the works here.
And I think it has to do with consolidations
and mergers coming in the PRC. And Marcum is
helping Wang and First China through this new
process. For the lack of a better express, I
believe Marcum/Wang have put our shares "on
hold" in the grays until they are merged into
a new film coming and shares revalued.
Just to remind---many companies start out in
the grays before going to an exchange with an
IPO. Wang wants the HK exchange. This is just
my theory alone since we have no idea what Wang
has been doing for a good time now. As bad as
it may look, being in the grays---there is still
hope as long as they're listed in our individual
accounts.
alltheway, as you know qnd
everyone else knows, consolidation in the
pharmaceutical sector is entirely new in
the PRC. And we don't know exactly how
it's being done, and what's happening to
FCPG and our stock. I tend to think and
believe that FCPG is merging into a larger
entity and becoming anew. And that will be
where our shares are at, in some form and
number. This may all be done. Even if, and
when, our shares are in the grays. Just to
add a side note in relation to the above.
Many companies start out in the grays before
their IPOs to a higher board. Facebook was
one. Gray shareholders of Facebook were not
surprise when Facebook came out with an IPO.
So I'm only saying, with the new age of
pharmaceutical structure in China, anything
could happen.
That is correct-
Grays have no MM. However, they do have an assigned
broker which allows for stock trades. Also, if I'm
not wrong, an extention can be given on the 10 days.
Of course, at this stage anything can happen, I
guess.
Maybe this is the plan.
Bring up FCPG at www.otcmarkets.com-
scroll down to section 4: "undisclosed corporate actions"
It's just hard to believe smart people like Wang and Gong,
after building up revenues and hiring a top-notch accounting
firm like Marcum is going to let this company go to pot.
Hey, alltheway, I bought
111000 total today.
86000 at .02
25000 at .0279
-I have a Schwab account, and
yes, at the bottom 816,015
I like Wang's and Gong's business history.
That's the reason I'm staying and buying.
Forward FCPG-
Yes he or she did.
The dude is outrageous with his claims of glory.
I'm looking for wang-news at the end of 1st
quarter. Just can't believe with wang's
business background is going to screw up. My
most formidable theory is a merger as I don't
want to see a stock buy out. I would consider
that a failure, though I would make a lot.
David, good post and a heroic challenge to bar
who thinks things will be disappearing here in
time.
Please, bar. If you have any respect, courage
and honor, and are a gentleman---do not delete
any more post here.
Forward FCPG
predictions here-
When PRC gives OK for online drug selling (any day now)
PPS goes up to .08. Already NPD and CJJD are up.
If anything, we will see just how obscure FCPG is. Yes,
it's obscure.
And when will Wang step into the spotlight with financials?? Prediction: After a full quarter of online business. Yeah,
long way off. But then if there's a merger or what ever.
This is getting exciting, folks!
Go FCPG
Well thanks as that is certainly
informative since my history with FCPG doesn't
go back that far. If that's one school-of-thought
about PRs then without a doubt it testes the staying
power and loyalty of shareholders. But it does make
sense.
Go FCPG
This is all just fine. But
I wonder why Wang is not telling us as time
and events go by, instead of us learning
through proxy research. Think what the PPS
would be if a news posting was/is made a few
times during change and progress.
Alright ALLTHEWAY, you
talked me into it. I just sent an email to Rong.
Really not expecting anything. But what the hell.
I'm so heavy invested here. Also, I'm considering
faxing a letter to Marcum's Beijing office.
One other thing. With the close up 50% and low vol.,
and of course, no news, I wonder if the MMs are trying
for a pump? Would be very, very nice. Financials even
better.
