CEO has many options to get Box back into
the revenue business. He can transfer a
ship or ships to Box. He can cut deals
with preferred holders which they will do,
otherwise, they don't get anything. CEO
has millions of shares in Paragon so there
may be a merger (Paragon is up 46% today).
I don't know what shall happen to our shares.
But one thing is for sure...CEO has plans
for Box's future, if not so, there would
be no meeting May 31. It can't be all bad
news. I think we shall learn a new fleet
is coming.
Crystal ball says Box & Paragon
shall merge....we get ships....2-for-1 R/S.

do you mean by the abstract expression

The major reason at this date
for the PPS drag is the name, Baltia.
It's like a ball-and-chain on the
SP. Hurry with the name change.
If we the shareholders win the
vote not to R/S what would Bodourogiou
do since TEUFF has no ships and almost
no assets? Would he:
1) Walk away?
2) Get us ships and carry on?
3) Get replaced by the new or present BOD?
Could the new BOD or anyone on the board
get us ships if Bodourogiou is gone?
Would shareholders and BOD have to cut a
deal with Bodourogiou in order for him to
obtain ships?
He doesn't own all the votes. But it sure
seem like he owns the deck-of-cards and he
is the dealer.

will be in the form of toxic loans converted
into common, therefore, more dilution. And
then comes the big R/S that's overdue now.
Day traders will take their profits
this morning from the run-up last week.
Longs are not buying in here yet, Needs
more and better news for longs to
gather around this stock.
What he (CEO) has done here is
what he has been doing for a long time
with Box...buy back or convert preferred
into common. He has in the past year
bought many preferred back with cash,
and those left, by converting. He's
trying to get rid of debt by dilution
so to clean up the balance sheet. Box
could get the same 6-K if any are still
out. Last Summer he hired a New York
firm to buy as many back as they could
for a fee.
Anyway, unlike others, I believe he will
merge Paragon and Box. And start all over
again with fresh balance sheets. And of
course, one way he has done this is
transferring some ships to his private
company and scrapping others. Box has no
debt, and so he's working on Paragon debt
now.
How much shareholder value will exist by
May 31 and after.....I have no idea. I'm
down 6K dollars now.
Dry Ships (DRYS) has had R/S 5 times within
the past 13 months. That's a killer. No,
I mean over kill.
I wonder if this is the way the
plane will by painted on the tail. If so,
then the tail looks awful. The logo has a
generic old fashion look and could be seen

All of what you said here don't
mean a thing if USGL comes up with
a successful business model. Even
dilution becomes a mute factor
with a great model in place. You
know that. So we shall see.
Tony had the SHM too early.
At less the girls in uniforms looked
good. That was just about it. And
they didn't make the stock go down.
The only thing that will drive
the PPS up is loans. They have to get
funded. Not anything else...not new
website, new name, leased plane, a
telephone, new logo, new BOD.....etc.
They need doe, and a lot of it. USGL
is a guy with empty pockets and a
theory. Making money is and always
will be the hardest thing you will
ever do in your life. It takes time
and it takes risk, too. There is no
escape as long as you are still
breathing. So I'm going to "hold."
And I'm not going to "fall on my
sword" in doing so.

I'm betting my shares based on the
board members we have now. How can
they fail with back gounds they have?!
Private placements & preferred are
loan monies that become toxic notes once
converted into common shares causing
dilution. How do you think BLTA ever
got to 9.6 billion O/S? From past toxic
loans. Not good. But it's the only way
USGL can lift off. It's the common
holders that will pay and fund USGL in
the long run.
Maybe you should be aware of Greeks
bearing gifts. No one knows what Koulouris
is going to give us today. Could be a
Trogan horse.
I just wonder if Tony will announce
the flight menu. If they serve 7-11 coffee
and hot-dogs with all the onions you want,
then the PPS will go up very high....like

days ago. Norwegian is already flying out
of Stewart with many flights to Eastern
Europe. But none to Russia. Russia shall
belong to USGL.

good. Note is convertible into

You're wrong. Southwest Airlines here
in Dallas have been putting customers first
for years, and also Delta. And they both
still make a healthy profit. The other
airlines gore their passengers to make huge
profits in doing so. American, just yesterday
announced they are adding seats. No wonder
people act crazy in flight. Planes have
became like train cattle cars. USGL has to
have something to attract passenagers. Over
loading in the future and they are done.
You put profit over customers and you are
dead.
