You don't see bids on the Expert Market, regardless of pps.
That's right. That was 12/18/19, the day after we went Expert Market, and it was highest volume day in the last two years. We may surpass it today.
Heaviest volume since right after we went Expert Market last month, and the day is still young.
Nice!
500,000 share trade at .0001 posted after the bell.
It's all a mystery to me. ;0)
But it has resulted in a number of spectacular runs that I am aware of.
My understanding is that on the Expert Market, MM's are not blind. They are able to see all orders, making it easy for them to execute trades. It's still a grey market stock, so we are blind, but with Expert status they no longer are.
Yes, it would be nice to know how many .0001 sell orders are on the table. Of course if this thing starts humming, people can always pull those orders and raise them. So it can be a very fluid situation.
Oh, I see. Yes. We don't know what the float is.
BTW, I figure about $45,000 worth of trades since mid December.
Well, every trade is both a buy and a sell, so clearly someone is buying.
453 million shares have traded since we went on the Expert Market on December 17th. Of those, 446 million traded at .0001.
The million shares traded this morning were actually a series of 26 small trades in less than three minutes, most of them 10,000 shares each.
It's fun to see this trading on the Expert Market. Fingers crossed!
Since then only about 30 million shares have traded. Would love to see something happen here.
....Nevertheless it was suspended in June 2017.

Hey, we're on the Expert Market. When did that happen?

That would be awesome!

Lol. Me too.
Yes, there's been increased activity since December.
Nice to see this waking up.
Retail traders like you and me can only trade to the fourth decimal. Market Makers can trade to the sixth. They can fill our orders in the sixth decimal place, but we can only place orders in four. For example, we may place an order to buy with a limit of .0001, but no lower. However they may surprise us by filling the order at .00005, for example.
YW, Mcoyle!
The patent is amazing. Frameless-solar panels, and how to manufacture them.
Scroll down to see patent.
New company tweet.
Form 8-K out today.
"On December 31, 2019, the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued patent number US 10,522,701 B2 to National Mechanical Group Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Pacific Holding Corp., for a Frame-Less Encapsulated Photo-Voltaic (PV) Solar Power Panel By Encapsulating Solar Cell Modules Within Optically-Transparent Epoxy-Resin Material Coating a Phenolic Resin Support Sheet. The Company will begin work developing a business plan for expanding on either manufacturing or licensing of the technology in 2020. A copy of the patent is attached hereto."

Good question. I see ten of them.
The Expert Market is a private market established to serve broker-dealer pricing and best execution needs in securities that are restricted from public quoting or trading.
Stocks that are in the Expert Market are still Grey Market stocks, but there is an important difference. In the Grey Market no bids are quoted. There is no Level 2. We are all blind. But in the Expert Market, while bids and asks are still not quoted publicly, the Market Makers can see bids and asks, making it easier for them to facilitate trades. Recently we have seen a number of Grey Market stocks experience runs once they are in the Expert Market.
You too, Soulman. Really good to see ECCI starting the year off on the Expert Market. Let's see what happens.
Too many holidays lately! ;0) I want to see this thing move!
Fingers crossed here.
Me too. News is long overdue.
Merry Smas, Chonrm!
Thank YOU for all your great DD!
You're exactly right, Ccox44. The company filed form 15-12G on July 5th, 2018, and is no longer required to file.
The company's SEC filings are listed here, and here is the 15-12G. And here the form is explained. The company checked Rule 12g-4(a)(1) on the form. That releases a company from filing requirements if the company has fewer than 300 holders of record at the time of filing.
Here you go.

Not sure what you mean by "true buys". In order for volume to register, someone has to buy and someone has to sell. Today's volume shows that over 144 million shares traded.
All trades are both a buy and a sell. Volume is created when someone sells to someone who buys.
