I haven't spoken about any court date.
Sorry, I don't know.
Typically, once these things start to run, the number of shares required for upticks become less and less.
You're welcome.
I like your analogy! ;0)
According to Fidelity, the volume for the last three months has been just over 1 billion shares traded. That breaks down as 264.04 million shares at .0002, 734.94 million shares at .0001, and 12.18 million shares traded below .0001. Almost all of those traded under .0001 were between 11/18/19 and 12/9/19, before we went Expert Market on 12/17/19.
Agreed. The company is still alive. Would that the stock were too!

Okay. But I'm not standing. I'm bringing my chair with me.
Doh! but..... but..... It's power hour!
.0002!
ROTF!! (Oops. I was looking.)
So that's it. I was watching this one, and nothing was happening. But as soon as I looked away......
David and Mimi Walters were no jewels. That's for sure.
I believe the CEO abandoned the company years ago. And his wife is no longer a politician. She lost her re-election bid.
I'm hoping for Expert Market too. Have seen what can happen.
I'm hoping for Expert Market too.
Lol! Well, more like a "private market to serve broker-dealer pricing and best execution needs in securities that are restricted from public quoting or trading."
In other words, though a stock remains on the gray market where we retail traders are blind due to the lack of a bid, ask and Level 2, on the Expert Market the market makers can see all our buy and sell orders, which makes trading much easier. I've seen a few gray market stocks explode when they went EM. Would love to see that here!
I would LOVE to see MSTF go Expert Market!
I wonder why SNRS went Expert Market.
Partial fills are common. Usually the rest of your order gets filled later.
That's right.
Okay, so today 65.51 million shares traded. 42.58 million traded at .0001, and 21.92 million traded at .0002.
Right. No buy and ask in grey market stocks. But happily the MM's can easily see orders in the Expert Market.
Great minds. ;0D
This hasn't exactly been a thrill a minute today, but it's still ticking along.
It was also a huge buy.
That was supposed to be a , and it came out as two question marks. Oh well.
I'm really looking forward to tomorrow.
My pleasure ??
All trades are both a buy and a sell. It just depends on how you want to look at it. You can look at it as someone selling to someone who buys, and call it a buy, or you can look at it as someone buying from someone who sells, and call it a sell. But there is really no difference. Again, all trades are both a buy and a sell.
Fidelity charts make it easy to see at a glance how many shares today sold at .0001, and how many sold at point 0002. Just over 17 million sold at 0002.
As to the question of whether the trades were on the bid or on the ask, this is the grey market, so there is no bid and there is no ask. But because this is the expert market, the market makers can see all of the buy and sell orders, and they can put them together and make trades.
More than 17 million .0002's traded today.
Nice!
Over 17 million shares traded at .0002 today!
There goes another tiny trade. I would really love to see this thing go Expert Market.
.0002's!
Don't you just love it? A trade today at .0001 of 25 shares - that's just a quarter of a penny - brought the pps up 9,900%. :0D
Being on the Expert Market makes it easy for the MM's to see everybody's buy and sell orders, so they just start putting them together. The orders don't even have to be for the exact same number of shares. MM's can, say, put two sell orders for 100 shares each together, and trade them with one 200 share buy order. MM's can mix&match and combine orders any way they want until they get the numbers they need to make a trade. This is fun!
Yeah, that how trades usually get called buys or sells. If for example someone dumps 100 shares into the bid, a lot of people will call that trade a sell. Many charts and trading platforms will color that volume red. So they'll say that there was 100 shares of sell volume. Of course they were only able to dump those shares because someone else bought them. So the same volume was also a buy. The problem comes when someone says, "All the volume today was sells", and someone else mistakenly thinks there were therefore no shares bought that day, when in fact there were just as many shares bought as sold.
All volume represents both a buy and a sell. Volume is created by trades, as in shares moving between a buyer and a seller. Classifying volume as either a buy or a sell is really meaningless, except it can be useful to understand how many shares are trading during a given period of time when the pps is moving in a certain direction. But it doesn't mean that all those shares were either bought or sold. They were all bought and sold. That's volume. And classifying as either a buy or sell is particularly useless when the pps isn't changing.
Already 601 million shares have traded at .0001 since we went on the Expert Market last month. I have to assume that those who bought are interested in this going higher.
There we go! We just surpassed the volume record set last month when we first went Expert Market. In fact today's volume is now the highest volume since February of 2018 when we were still on the pink sheets.
That's right. Only the market makers can see.
