Closed at .0002. Amazing day!
If there were, that would be incredible.
Wow! Ask at .0002, and this is the highest volume we've seen since April of 2014.
Impressive!
Well, whatever it is, it's fun.
Sounds interesting. How does that work?
Isn't that interesting?! They are coming in every few seconds. Every ten seconds, to be exact.
We got the bid back.
Honestly I have no idea.
LOL. Who knows...
Yes, that's interesting. And the ask at .0002 has slowly been building.
The trades that went through on the massive volume day last year (10/31/2019) were almost all at .000001. Today's trades have been at .0001.
Yes, a R/M would indeed be nice. And I would imagine that it helps that EWKS is a pink stock, rather than grey.
I'm sure some are. While others like me are holding in case of a run.
Yes, it's intriguing. Makes me wonder who bought 269 million shares today, and why.
You were right!
Yep, still kicking.
Would be great to see this one run.
A lot of triple zero pink stocks like this one are running right now. Would be nice to see that here.
Would love to see that!
Would LOVE to see that!

You're welcome. Don't know why the company waited until the 16th to file the NT 10-Q asking for the five-day extension. The 10-Q was due on the 14th, which is 45 calendar days following the end of the third quarter on September 30th. But as I see it, the 10-Q is still due by the end of the fifth calendar day following the 14th, which would be the 19th (Thursday). I don't think they get an extra two days simply because they were two days late requesting the extension. But maybe there is a different rule since the 14th was on a Saturday this year. We'll see.
It's the 10-Q quarterly report that is due, so the extension is for five calendar days.
..."or the subject quarterly report or transition report on Form 10-Q or subject distribution report on Form 10-D, or portion thereof, will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date"

Looks like about 180 million shares have traded over the last year.
You're welcome!
All volume is created by trades. All trades are a combination of a buy and a sell. Someone sells a stock to someone who buys. Classifying a trade as a buy or a sell usually depends on whether the trade went through on the buy or on the ask. In the gray and expert gray markets there is no bid. Buys and asks are not quoted. So it has no real value to classify a trade as a buy or a sell in the gray market. They are just trades. The only importance is the amount of volume, and the pps.
None.
That was my point.
It is important to note that the Form 14C that you quote (specifically the DEF 14C) was filed with the SEC on 8/26/2019.
Doing one's DD is good advice. That's why I went to the trouble of checking to see if Adelson was involved in murder as alleged here. Turns out it was another man who was convicted, and Adelson was never charged.
Regarding LCLP director Charles Adelson -- From the New York Times:
That would depend on whether or not we're looking for an upside.
Yes, in dribs and drabs.
