What can happen to the share structure from a R/M?
Thats why I'm here. Gonna continue to aquire more shares in the mean time. Have you experienced a succesful receivership in the past?
Weird. Did you have an order good til canx? I placed an order in after your last post and it was filled. You might want to call your broker and have them check the time stamps.
Wow. It was a hard pill to swallow selling at .002. I lost my ass on this stock. Now another reverse split?! My mind is blown. Regards to those still holding on~ Buyer beware for anyone eyeballing this stock. I can't believe the bashers were 100% correct on this one.
No doubt about it. I've been adding since .0011 and I'm happy with my shares. I definitely do not want to see these trips though.
Where is this downward pressure coming from?!
I love it.
Yup yup. Thanks again!
Thanks. I hope there is good news on Monday. My main concern is what seems to be a lackluster amount of gold. .029 oz per ton over a 40 day leach cycle. At least thats what was said in the webinar for one of their test samples. I'm really curious about the cost of the operation and if it would even be profitable.
Hey everyone. I watched the Webinar video. The key item I took away were the metallurgist's comments. They were leaching .029oz of gold per ton over 40 days. I know that number has come up since April in testing. Does anyone know about how many tons of material are expected to be processed and on what kind of time basis? Or is that to be included in the final preliminary plan being sent to the BLM?
Lol. This is so... Happy 4th everyone. I'm done.
Well. Lets see if we repeat history here. After the last RS the SP dropped all the way down to .002. After a couple weeks they announced the lease aquisitions in Oklahoma sending the SP to .12 and some change before dropping like a rock. Here's to hoping I can take what I learned, a couple more bucks, some luck and salvage what I've lost here.
So they can dilute more shares and the price further erodes? 500:1 RS brings the price to what? $0.05? I sincerely doubt itll go much higher from there without substantial production numbers. Again...
Yup. You're right. Sad day.
Well. If you have 10bopd•$100/barrel you get $365,000 in a year. $365000/10,000,000,000 shares gets you .0003 per share.
But. I dont think money from Tx operations are going to go directly to revenue. More like running the lights.
I dont know. It's kind of like. When people try to assure me they aren't lying I tend to think they are even more. ...oh noo. He's an honorable man. He wouldn't run a scam... Yeah. That would bug me.
I was an optimist. Now I'm stuck with the bag. Oh well. I really don't view Smith as a scam artist. I think he's just a product of the system if you will. Granted it is all at our expense.
How would you feel if she layed it on so thick? Honestly if I had asked the secretary if the company was a scam and she touted how honorable the man was it would worry me a little. I guess it's all in the context of the convorsation and tone of voice used though.
Under the agreement for the S1 CPUS would have bought shares from PEII at a 30% discount of the average share price for the past 10 consecutive trading days. I believe Petron's last agreement was at a 50% discount. I'm not sure what the current rate is.
I do know that at this point it doesn't really matter. MM's are going to play the one tick flip game until no one wants to play anymore, there is a RS, or substantial oil production.
Hey. It's a step. Maybe after the big Oklahoma leases they can repressurize the wells in Tx? Who knows?
I do know that the Texas wells are now one less thing to worry about.
Thanks Cakes!
Seriously. All rick can tell us is what has been made public already. He'll tell you this and that there are things in motion. Give you a warm fuzzy feeling and have a good day.
The conversation goes this way every time I call him.
Wow. Thanks for the heads up!
Rick's number. (727) 491-3911
If only PEII produced oil...
With all things happening I would suspect that the company is producing oil. What oil company would aquire more leases and withdraw already approved applications for funding unless they were producing? However, I would think the company would PR production results before all this... I don't know what to think.
Thanks Alpha.
Hey guys. Has anyone tried calling IR? What's their number?
Yup. Just tried it. I can't put a purchase order in... This isn't good...
Weird. I use Scottrade. I bought more shares a couple weeks ago.
I dont see Smith scheduled for Money for Lunch at all this week.

You can scroll through to see everyone Bert will be interviewing.
That is the flip side to the story. Smith very well could be doing nothing more than aquiring leases at shareholder expense. All to put out fluffy PR's to attract new investors into the trap.
And so far this story has played out nicely for the last year. All I can do is hope there is a shred of truth to this and The company begins pumping some oil.
Honest question about the new lease aquisition. To me, at first, the notion of aquiring a new lease seemed absurd. This company needs to be profitable before worrying about expanding.
However, I'm starting to think purchasing the new lease might be a signal of their confidence in future success. The company is supposedly all ready to go in Oklahoma, weather permitting. Operations in Texas are awaiting the go ahead from the RRC. Both of these events aren't entirely in Petron's control at this point. But I get the feeling that everything is about to start moving.
So if we are really just waiting to turn everything on, if you will, then doesn't it make sense to purchase more leases? With only the PR to go by I have to believe that Smith saw an opportunity and jumped on it... Any thoughts?
I don't see geopolitcal news pumping this thing. There's only one thing thats going to bring this company up. Oil.
Yeah. So am I...
I understand. I'm just trying to be constructive. I'm tired of reading the same posts over and over.
Pre-announced? I'm a private investor here Swim. Been averaging down here since 0.06. Go read a weather report.
Then It's reasonable to believe that there will be more delays. I can't imagine they would want to get their equipment stuck in the mud or anything.
Right. However the Texas wells are awaiting approval from the Railroad Commision. Not the weather.
Snyder/Simons is the area that Smith repeatedly sais he is waiting to dry out. My weather app has been showing thunder storm for the last couple weeks in Tulsa. Sunny by Wednesday...
Honestly. I believe that .0004 is a very good price to get in at. There might be a glimmer of 3's and 2's but those are going to be mostly absorbed by CPUS and their discount. Provided Petron produces...anything, .0004 should be the optimal entry point.
Thats my opinion of the current share price. Follow your instincts. It's easier to wait for a stock to go lower than to wait for your investment to go higher.
I feel like everything is coming togeather. It sucks that dulution drove the share price so low. Soon we will be producing. This thing moved purely on aquisition of leases and speculation. Now it all comes down to PEII pumping out some oil. It's exiting to think about what is to come with production and profits.
