Of course it is a P&D. Before the wrecking crew arrived a little over a week ago, this ticker was treading water in the low teens.
Much has changed in the past 3 years. And getting the classification from the FDA is just for treating animals and is not an actual approval of the device.
Not meaningless at all. Company is flat out broke and can't pay its bills, and doesn't have sufficient revenues to fund trials ... one of the reasons things have taken this long.
But effectively, they were kicked out of the premises because they could no longer afford to pay their rent. End of story. Doesn't really matter at this point anyway, since the stock price is back into tanking mode and shows no signs of letting up.
I agree.
Not that I know of. The reason for the steady decline is that the stock was bid up in order for some investors to flip. Absent fundamentals, you're seeing a lot of red and likely will continue to do so in the coming weeks.
They could not pay their rent, period. It has been reported on this board a number of times. They had no income to do so. Company now being run out of someone's home. Disgraceful.
And that's all you're ever going to get. They used to have a secretary at their old warehouse location before they were evicted, then at some point they decided they didn't need anyone answering calls. This was during Katzaroff's reign at AMIC.
Same thing. Battelle did not issue new grants just because of the name change. Research. They just updated the license use grant rights to the "new" entity that used to be called AMIC. That's all they did when the company changed its name.
LMFAO!! 7 year old news. Nothing has been accomplished since the license grant. Who knows? Battelle may pull it if Vivos does not perform. Very common occurrence. Very important point here: Vivos owns NOTHING. They have no IP of their own, just debts and bills. One more R/S will demolish this ticker IMHO.
Mic drop?? Bargain basement histrionics. You'll see what happens to the PPS once the wrecking crew leaves the building. No monies. No revenues. Evicted from their premises. Being run out of someone's home now. They cannot get institutional investors on board no matter how many begfests they attend with hat in hand. Read Tcsxyz's excellent post on this company from yesterday.
Mic drop.
Silence. Crickets.
WOWOWOWOWOW. Just brilliant Tcs. Thank you for shedding light on actual history here rather than what some investors would have you believe b/c it's more convenient to do so. Your post should be stickied!
Not personal opinions, just the FACTs as they stand today. I've been following this ticker for some time now. I'm sure that Battelle didn't know what they were dealing with when they originally awarded the license to AMIC and Jim Katzaroff years ago. The FDA has turned them down TWICE for exactly the same product device as they have today.
A large company that is involved in many industries owns IP rights to a possible cancer cure for animals and decides to license it to AMIC, now Vivos, and expects them to produce. Instead, this stinky pinky winky just mucks around with what they have with no revenues or monies for several years now, twice having been turned away by the FDA as a viable device to use on humans. Then a new wrecking crew suddenly comes in and tries to jack up the PPS in the short term, when company fundamentals have not changed.
What's wrong with this picture? This is called a classic pump and dump. The only investors making money on this ticker are flippers.
Yes, yes, yes ... a stinky one, not conclusively, not for human use, no, barely.
How many vets are licensed to handle radioactive material? From what I hear, ZERO.
Remember that the current PPS is AFTER the 1:100 reverse split, and the company plans to do another one as it has been discussed.
And they've done little or nothing with the license use rights, because they have no money. That coming from their most recent filing and is a FACT.
Battelle gave them license use rights and nothing else. Please get your facts straight before posting nonsense.
It is a fact; sorry to burst your bubble.
I would agree here.
Not true. License use rights are expressly subject to the agreement, including the license term, but Battelle still owns the IP and the product at the end of the day, while Vivos owns nothing.
My point is that Radiogel is not owned by Vivos, and Battelle can do anything they want with this ... including selling off its IP rights leaving the company with nothing.
LMFAO!!. This piece is 6 years old and is outdated. Battelle owns the IP to Radiogel, not RDGL. They license it back to RDGL but, at the end of the day, they own it outright and can with it what they wish.
Absolutely!
Because most know by now that a crew came in to P&D this ticker. Now that they've made their monies in fliptardery, we're back in retreat mode.
"The Company is also engaging the FDA for permission to use RadioGelTM for the treatment of advanced basal and squamous cell skin cancers in humans" ... with human trials.
Wow. Just wow. Already back under a penny as investors dump their shares. Down 37% today, and more to come.
It's going fine, thanks for asking. So is my electronic trading. We haven't hit bottom yet, so good luck with that. Just like crappy batteries, the PPS can't seem to hold a charge.
Trader Dan, this is correct. A crew moved in a few days back to drive up the PPS, only to flip their shares a day or two later to make their shekels. So the only way investors are making their money now is via fliptardery.
Fundamentals of the company have not changed at all. Still broke, still unable to fully fund animal trials. And forget about FDA device approval, as that has been put on back burner for now apparently. Plus, the FDA is very likely looking at human trials, which will take a lot longer and quite a bit more funding.
As soon as the current efforts have subsided, the PPS here will return to the low teens and possibly trips. Already back-sliding.
Stop sending me vile PMs, dude. On ignore and blocked.
Not at this PPS.
Yep. Sure is. When a new crew arrives to manipulate a stock, this is what happens. Then sell, sell, sell starting a day later.
Difficult to sell when it's just buying, and difficult to time a buy and get it filled when everyone is selling. Buying occurs at the ask; selling occurs at the bid.
No, it is not. A wrecking crew is setting this up. Short term capital gains tax on fliptardery is 28%.
That's a matter of opinion.
Looks like more fliptardery is underway ... again. Doesn't change fundamentals or trending. 1-2 day blip on the radar, then sell, sell, sell.
100% agree with your assessment, tilltom. Thank you.
Agree. But difficult to convince others.
