Superb summary of facts! Your post clearly qualifies as a Sticky, and I urge the Mods to follow through in the spirit of informed choice.
Further, I advise all to check out the details of the 16 “In default” admissions, which prove our CEO continues to be financially irresponsible. One must assume it clearly works for him!
Thinking
Thanks for your detailed and well researched reply. As I stated previously, all efforts hinge on the integrity of our CEO. Even the cheerleaders agree, his shareholder-unfriendly conduct has not improved during this iteration of NPHC.
As in the past, everybody is waiting for a few crumbs of info from Rik. Some even resorted to begging. I’ve seen happier faces in a lifeboat! Thousands of former shareholders believe, Rik Deitsch is as toxic as Colin Kaepernick.
This is just one of numerous examples of his poor judgment:

Thanks for your sobering post!
In addition: Instead of posting substance on NPHC, we have a disproportionate amount of wishful thinking along with wild speculation: Take the time to balance the hype against the substance. Below is the wish list of just the past few days:
A new PR cycle is about to begin and i believe its going to be the biggest material events this company has ever seen.
NPHC is setting up for monster updates that will be game changing.
The manipulative traders who have held this back for the past month are slowly loosing [SIC] their grip.
Looks like great things to come!
Big things commeth.
Expecting much more news in coming days ,weeks, months...
big news to follow shortly!!!
Pennies will be where the next churn occurs as we move back up to the deserved market cap.
We are going to a penny VERY soon .
All the buyers here will be rewarded HUGE.
All we need is shareholders willing to take it there and Rik to keep following through!
Rik is going to make this happen for all us faithful NPHC longs!
Rejoice as NPHC proceeds to multiple pennies and beyond!!!!!!
We just need that one tiny piece of news and this will take off so fast
That news hits the wires folks and it is going to be a buying stampede
WE ARE READY TO GO!!!!!!
News this week will blow the lid here!
Perfect storm brewing!.
Its simply a matter of paperwork and formalities before the military starts stockpiling this product.
We are on the verge of a news cycle filled with major events
This is the calm before the storm
The real big news hasn’t even hit yet.
NPHC will challenge copper in the weeks ahead.
2s will be gone after today.
And next week we get the fireworks!
The tide is turning.
The stage is set for an NPHC run to multiple pennies and beyond.
Rik could quit. And sell this shell and IP portfolio for $50 to $100million
NPHC will be bought out... or has been bought out... and the deal is being inked.
NPHC has what BIG PHARMA WANTS.
Thinking
Thanks for making my point:
Due to bad judgement, they are trapped in Rik's web. It matches the definition of Stockholm Syndrome.
Naïve shareholders expect a huge buying frenzy after the 10-K drops, assuring a brilliant future. That will certainly happen, however, based on the past 9 years, it will be short lived. Then there's the race to cash out.
A bit of DD of NPHC’s past 10-K’s will reveal a history of failed marketing assurances.
Excerpt from NPHC 2015 10-K
International Drug Registrations
We are continuing our efforts to complete the registration process internationally. On March 25, 2013 we announced the publication of our patent and trademark for Nyloxin® in India.
We are currently working with potential Distributors in India. In February, 2015 we completed the first test shipments to India through our importer, S.Zhaveri Pharmakem. We plan to begin active sales and marketing in India by the end of 2016.
In April of 2015 we announced the engagement of the Vancouver Commodity Group to identify potential distribution partners in China. Later that month, we announced the acceptance of Nyloxin® by the China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Healthcare (CPAM). With this approval, we have been working with several groups to find a large distributor for our products in the People's Republic of China. We expect to announce a distribution partner by the third quarter of 2016.

I see no difference from, "The dog ate my homework"

Can anyone please help me understand why, almost every morning, the first few trades are miniscule?
Could they be corrupt MM's (commission free) attempting to "get the ball rolling"?
Thinking
I am certain hundreds, if not thousands, of former NPHC shareholders would agree; a more pertinent list of highly motivated CEO's is the TV series, "American Greed".
Thinking
Those are things you tell a therapist, not a field of shareholders!
Thanks for a refreshing, level-headed description. Unlike your balanced post, the majority of posts, instead of providing fresh factual substance, are far too heavily weighted with wishful thinking, old cut-and-pastes and worn out phrases. They serve to cover up the fact there's nothing new to report, and energize only the gullible, who, instead of conducting proper DD, lazily rely on the propaganda provided by a few fire-eyed zealot’s.
While I certainly agree with your facts, they pertain to a normal situation led by a shareholder-friendly CEO. However, such is not the case.
One must assume there were extremely exciting, distinguishing facts with the venture each year since 2009. Yet, all failed to meet the minimal expectations of the hopeful shareholders.
Please refer to post # 33766.
Thinking
History of 10K filings and unkept promises:
For your DD, please review the filings each year since 2009 and focus on the contained promises which sparked an immediate flurry of shareholder investment. A significant number of those assurances ultimately failed to materialize.
https://www.last10k.com/sec-filings/nphc/
A pattern of unkept promises has been established and there is every indication the only change for this year is the new flock of investors. Same song, different jukebox!
Thinking
Thanks for your cogent post!
IMO, there’s a fly in the ointment; our CEO. He’s made the same "errors in judgement" for 10 years. Unless he’s had a lobotomy since his last fiasco (Cobroxin), I see no reason to believe he has changed.
It appears as if he, along with his cronies and a couple of corrupt MM’s, found a way to pocket greater profits from screwing-over the shareholders than being shareholder-friendly.
Perhaps he’s convinced the SEC, due to budget constraints, ignores crimes of the sub-pennies. So, if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it. It’s rinse, wash, repeat, every few years with a new set of overzealous shareholders.
I hope I’m wrong!
Thinking
Based on your repeated list of positive items, what could go wrong?
Thinking
Yes, it's painful to watch the SP collapse. However, I would feel much worse had I not posted many alerts concerning the CEO's poor street cred.
I prefer everyone to be rich, based on Informed Choice. If the NPHC stock saga wasn't so sad, the Baghdad Bob style banter would be funny.
I'd much rather be incorrect and laughed at in this case.
Thinking
I agree; Trust in our CEO is a must.
We are in desperate need of Smart Money share purchases. However, SM spooks easy and are scared off, in part, because: A review of the posts by enthusiasts here, demonstrates most of the posts are far too heavily outweighed by hypothetical outcomes, wishful thinking and wild speculation on potential news, sales, huge contracts, etc. Therefore, no substance. Not to mention, the CEO has proven his mismanagement over the past 10 years and is absolutely NOT shareholder friendly.
And the odd post begging for news doesn't help.
As I stated before; this venture hinges largely on the character of our CEO. So far, not encouraging.
A famous saying: Judge a person not by his intentions, but by his capabilities.
Thinking
You asked: I don't believe everything the US government says, do you?
Of course I do not. However, there’s a huge difference between what the "government says" and US law. We must always comply with the law, and the law clearly is strongly against the approval of homeopathic products.
United States of America FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION Washington, D.C. 20580 Enforcement Policy Statement on Marketing Claims for OTC Homeopathic Drugs:
Source: https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/documents/public_statements/996984/p114505_otc_homeopathic_drug_enforcement_policy_statement.pdf
NHPC would do well to pull the term, “Homeopathic” from the Nyloxin label and literature. The absence of the term will not change the product's efficacy.
In spite of the Nyloxin's miraculous performance, any hopes it will easily replace opioids through government purchases and/or Big Pharma buyouts without the required documentation, is both overzealous and egregiously misleading.
For more details, simply Google 2 words: homeopathy sham.
The above plus the horrible past of our leadership explains the recent S/P trajectory.
Thinking
From your vast cut-and-paste library, your constant drumbeat is, VA contract and big pharma buyout, implying they are easily attainable.
I posted a fact which is common knowledge in the health product industry. While you have the right to an opinion, it's impossible to disagree with fact.
Nyloxin is a fine product, but it is years away from meeting government and/or buyout potential. That's why Rik relied on Multi-level Marketing, which unfortunately failed.
Thinking
Thanks for your candor and congrats on your successes. There’s one glaring difference between the conduct of the CEO’s of the 11 ventures on your list and ours: I’ll bet not one of their CEO’s owned the sad track record of egregiously screwing-over their shareholders through mismanagement, indifference towards substantive updates, false encouragement, etc.
I have warned many times: This venture, with all its extremely attractive qualities, hinges solely on the CHARACTER of our CEO, who thus far, has failed to perform as expected.
Thinking
9 year old? You don't need to go back that far.
Shorting NPHC proved profitable in the past:

Thinking
Another plausibility; We haven’t heard about Brewer for a few months. That's very unusual for a paid celeb endorser. This could be due to him not being paid, as agreed.
In the most recent 10-Q, Default is mentioned 60 times. That’s of little concern because it’s a boilerplate statement and has little factual backing.
However, what is of great concern is the mention of "In Default: 28 times", all of which are document based. And Brewer may be one of those waiting in the long line.
Thinking
You said: "This post applies because NPHC has a solution for the opioid drug epidemic. It is stated in PR's from the company."
I used to be in the health products industry (That's how I met Rik's friend, the infamous Pil Piccolo). The government can never approve a pain killer which is not supported by double-blind, published, peer reviewed studies. Without such validation, they won't even consider it. Smart money demands the same.
So, when asked for such legitimate validation, your reply is crickets.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Thinking
Those are merely reports and articles. They fall far short of published, peer reviewed studies . I found only 1 Nyloxin study at pubmed.gov. It was only for arthritis pain but NOT opioid replacement. Further, there were no peer reviews.
Thinking
Thanks, but the site did not provide what I requested:
Documentation beats conversation.
Please direct me to double-blind, published, peer reviewed studies which substantiate your claim.
