“Where have all the flowers gone???” Please examine the data:
A year ago, this NHPC board had over 200 posts per day. Proof: https://investorshub.advfn.com/Nutra-Pharma-Corp-NPHC-5678/
Today, only 9 posts. Facts are stubborn things…you can’t just wish them away.
Obviously, for many staunch supporters, the excrement has hit the rotating blades.
Thinking
If, if, if…if my grandmother had testicles, she’d be my grandfather.
“We’re all attracted to the strongest magnet”: Discipline15. If you think it was exciting here for a while, it was far more exciting 1 year ago.
Sadly, in spite of the great excitement, almost all of the posters no longer post. I assume they’re busy with higher priorities.

After 6 - 8 months of proclaiming, “Long and strong” plus other platitudes, they become worn out phrases.

Builder 101: While the announcement appears positive, it typically lacks red meat. As usual, it will require much hyperbole from his apologists. Those in the know, are no longer impressed with Rik’s promises. This is a recent post on Rik’s other stock play:
It's extremely similar to his past ventures, as well as his present ones: Check out the history, volume, as well as the participation or lack thereof of the one-time posters:
i.e.: https://investorshub.advfn.com/GH-Solutions-Inc-GRSU-3388/. I believe it's a harbinger of things to come. And I truly hope I'm wrong, because I hope all earn a fortune, however, the red flags are ominous.
Thinking
What's a paltry $4 mil invested in an attempt to market a (private labeled) product?
Thinking
Profound question! Answer: Crickets.
Thinking
According to Rik’s playbook, he relies on a steady stream of gullible shareholders. Check out the NHPC picture of a year ago (which was 2 yrs after the Orphan Drug status announcement): https://investorshub.advfn.com/Nutra-Pharma-Corp-NPHC-5678/?NextStart=15751
Notice the enthusiasm plus many of the same, wild speculations as today. e.g. patience, undervalued, something big is about to drop, etc. Yes, as of today, it’s since gone up a bit, but not nearly as almost all expected.
Please note: almost all of the posters no longer post today. I wonder why.
Thinking
Why very little substance? What is telling about almost all posts; the highly disproportionate amount of wishful thinking plus assumptions rather than substance. (e.g.: the big news is the $20 million funding for trials)
Also, regarding Rik’s history of hyperbole; over-promising and under-delivering, please see: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=139103879 (Excuse the spelling error: exiting S/B exciting.)
To quote a frequent post: "Nothing has changed".
Thinking
No government agency is permitted to approve Nyloxin unless they make a minor change in the formulation (homeopathy). That’s one of the reasons it was quickly removed from the GSA listing, likely never to return in its present form.
Source: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=139862094
Also, to protect themselves from lawsuits, the gov requires high standards for acceptance of Nyloxin: double-blind, placebo-controlled, published and peer-reviewed. In spite of being an awesome product, none of Nyloxin’s studies meet those requirements.
Thinking
I didn’t want to post a reality check until the buy/sell orgy calmed down. However, your post reminded me of past JV’s which raised false excitement and hope.
I have warned with irrefutable facts that Rik is an established, rogue CEO.
But Facts are stubborn things…you can’t just wish them away.
Thinking
More very telling DD on Rik’s character: Have you been checking on one of his other current stock deals? This is a post from today:
If you think NHPC is going downhill, compare it to another one of Rik's stock deals. Note the extreme lack of shareholder posts since Jan:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/GH-Solutions-Inc-GRSU-3388/
It is easily foreseeable that NPHC will devolve likewise.
Thinking
DD Bombshell! I warned, many times, NPHC is right out of Rik's playbook.
Rik has been very busy with GRSU as Chairman and CEO.
Thanks for your warning. Four rhetorical questions to shareholders:
1. Based on how you felt about our bright future when you first invested in NPHC, have your expectations been met or exceeded?
2. Are you just as excited today as in the beginning?
Instead of the promised exciting news, we are repeatedly advised;
• The calm before the storm
• Undervalued
• It’s a quiet period
• Rik made mistakes and learned by them
• Have patience
I recall the same posts beginning over a year ago, not to mention Rik’s last fiasco, of toxic management, “Cobroxin”. At some point, patience becomes absurd and foolhardy.
The CEO, who presumably, makes daily visits to this forum to learn the sentiments of his shareholders, routinely ignores the pathetic begging for news, leaving his strongest supporters twisting in the wind.
3. Do you think a potential JV is impressed when he/she learns the dark facts?
4. How long will you tolerate this dire situation?
Concerning Rik’s well documented, sketchy and fiscally delinquent past: "Those who refuse to consider the past are condemned to repeat it."
Thinking
If that's all you've got, then you made my point...thanks for the gift! And a happy Father's Day!
Thinking
I totally agree. Every stock like NPHC hinges on the character of the CEO, and history proves; Rik has been rapacious, heavy on spectacle and light on substance.
The most recent 10-Q was a Nothing-burger. It’s the same old garbage as the former 10-Q’s.
In default: 23 times, Negotiation of settlement: 17 times
Many were carried over since 2009. Rinse, wash, repeat.
Takeover appeal is slim to none. And slim’s out of town.
One would expect numerous achievement awards during a ten year period…but actually none.
The cheerleaders want us to believe NHPC has the same potential as:
https://www.forbes.com/sites/zackfriedman/2018/06/14/bill-gates-jeff-bezos-mark-zuckerberg-branson-startups/#2db740d512c0
However, ironically, based on historical conduct, Rik stands a better chance of appearing on American Greed.
Thinking
Your courageous, rational post reflects my predictions. While I've posted warnings for a year, check out a few more-recent ones:

Thinking
At the outset, no one but Rik and his cronies can know when he’s lying.
Don't get overly excited over the next PR. Many empty promises from Rik.
Here’s a major one from a May 2015 PR…3 years later, still "hoping and waiting": "We recently announced our plans for distribution in India and China," stated Rik J Deitsch, Chairman and CEO of Nutra Pharma Corporation. "I'm excited to announce that we have begun working with Canadian distributors to register Nyloxin for sale throughout Canada," he continued. "We already have dedicated product users in Canada that have been purchasing Nyloxin for personal consumption. Regulatory approval will allow us to warehouse, market and distribute Nyloxin throughout the country and permit for the eventual retail sales of our brands in Canadian stores," he concluded.
"We are extremely pleased to be working with Nutra Pharma Corp.," commented Chris Sullivan, President of the Nature's Clinic.

Imagine how many good faith, gullible shareholders became hysterical over the PR and invested large on the news. However, they’re still “Hoping and waiting”.
Thinking
Yes, but was the CEO as disappointing as pRik???
Thinking
Only prescription based products require FDA approval. Nyloxin is FDA registered.
It’s more about the character of our CEO than changes in the drug industry.
It's unwise to ignore the past, especially when Rik's "mistakes" have been repeated year after year, stock play after stock play. Imagine how many shareholders lost their money, yet Rik is still around...laughing.
Below are comments about the CEO’s previous stock play. It was regarding Cobroxin, the former name for Nyloxin. Notice the similarities? Can a leopard change its spots?

Rik Lied & Investors Cried
Pumpers and investors have been burned by Rik of NPHC and his false guidance of $16 - $20 million in Cobroxin sales from NPHC to HCHO. The following chain reaction has occurred:
1 - Rik has been exposed as a phony or incompetent CEO. Either he flat out lied about Cobroxin sales or he is an idiot who shot from the hips with some absurd sales predictions. His forecast has missed by so much that any scintilla of credibility is beyond reason. I say he both lied and is incompetent.
2 - Frank is a boob. No getting around it. He failed to get Cobroxin launched on time as promised and he failed to get the Ad campaign going on time. When he finally got the Ad campaign going, investors were playing "Where's Waldo?" trying to find Ads
3 - Rik has tried to cannibalize Cobroxin with Nyloxin - albeit a stronger product, but the same as Cobroxin in an extra strength guise - selling Nyloxin with another distributor. This is a clear rebuke of Frank.
4 - Rik has gone to the well again with another private placement. He said he would not have to do this because Cobroxin sales would keep NPHC afloat. This is a tacit acknowledgement that Frank has failed.
5 - Total silence and no specific upside guidance from XCHO.
Unless Frank pulls a Rabbit out of his hat with some specific positive news about a drastic jump in Cobroxin sales - stressing reorders - IMO XCHO is toast.
The desperate pumpers: Geo, Raphael and Brown are besides themselves with all kinds of BS pumps

Why, you ask? Over 10 years of NPHC"s consistent predatory conduct by our CEO. Weak strategic partners*, weak PR’s, over-promise, under-deliver. Same song, different jukebox.
That’s why it’s rainin’ red. The next iteration is probably already planned. So, as soon as we get out of his way, he’ll welcome a new flock of gullible shareholders. Just as in the past, among them will be the fire-eyed zealots who publish only cleansed facts, followed by the zombies.
*We all have our level of tolerance: When I learned that Rik partnered with the infamous Phil Piccolo, the notorious "One-man crime wave" (Last summer), that was it for me. You can judge a person's character by the friends he keeps.
Thinking
Shareholders need freakin’ NPHC specifics!!! The time is long over for faulty rationale and wishful thinking, such as:
Makes one wonder why not NPHC???
Thanks for your cordial reply.
By not revealing this until now, Rik deliberately created confusion.
That’s the problem!!!
I fully agree, GR! Beggars can’t be choosers. Rik’s street cred is so gloomy, he must resort to scraping the bottom of the barrel for both VC’s and Distributors. That’s why he had little choice but to select EuroAmerican and Nexgen Brands, etc. who are likely just as desperate, though overzealous shareholders tout them as if they merit Fortune 500 status.
Desperation is likely also why he selected former distributor, the notorious Phil Piccolo (http://www.worldwidescam.com/philalt.htm ), who’s Nyloxin sales hardly got out of the starting gate.
When Rik finally seduced a good one, Jack Brewer, a person with huge potential, that arrangement failed as well.
Prospective investors conduct DD, discover some painful truths, e.g. (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=139103879) and move on.
Thinking
Promises, promises: Many believe a 10-K or a 10-Q is an unimpeachable contract which cannot fail to materialize. Not so fast. To view an example of Rik’s history of over-promising and under-delivering, please check out post # 31577. Source: NPHC FORM 10-Q, Quarterly Report, May 17, 2017.
Warning: Some viewers may be very disappointed. Viewer discretion is advised.

Far too many challenges remain: With a dismal track record of 10 years of stagnant sales, we urgently need nothing less than immediate, huge orders for Nyloxin. In the unlikely event that wish comes true, through our latest, insignificant, year old distributor (https://www.corporationwiki.com/p/2zkdn0/nxgen-brands-llc), how will NHPC finance it? How can NHPC attract Smart Money?
Smart Money stays away from HPHC: e.g. Brewer and Associates Consulting, LLC http://www.thebrewergroup.com/meet-the-ceo.
