“Darkest before the dawn”???
Superb DD, 'flaflyersfan!!!
Thinking
Rik is not stupid…he simply miscalculated the intelligence of a few shareholders. Because, as with almost all convicted felons (except for the mentally ill), they were certain they could get away with it.
Rik’s miscalculation was; the SEC did not have the budget to chase down sub penny crime. That’s how Rik got away with it for well over a decade. There are so many examples he could reference. e.g Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (SFMI)
However, this time, he must have screwed-over a very influential person (Jack Brewer?)
Please look up the credentials of the attorneys representing the SEC, as I did. They certainly would not risk damaging their resume’s by accepting a case which would embarrass them:
MARC P. BERGER REGIONAL DIRECTOR
Lara S. Mehraban
Sheldon L. Pollock
Preethi Krishnamurthy
Lindsay S. Moilanen
That’s quite a team of committed attorneys. Happily, they’ve got predatory Rik, hook line and sinker…finally!
I’m not a lawyer but one of my daughters is. After careful review of the case, she said, “I wish I was on the SEC team!”
Thinking
In addition to my 2 years of warnings, months prior to the SEC charging Rik and NPHC with deliberately misleading the shareholders (Sep 28, 2018), I posted many of the facts:
Posted: March 7, 2018

That doesn’t make me a hero, because I simply gathered it through the same DD available to all,
Thinking
They certainly do, cngreen, because our CEO, Rik, was directly involved with the Zeolite catastrophe, as with all of his other pursuits.
Good work, Goofy R. A few more of my early alerts:

More nostalgia…this warning from as far back as 11/14/17

The date was: 09/25/17

For nostalgic purposes, this was my very first post, 2 years ago:

Thinking
Excellent DD, Goofy R! Add to that, Rik's other stock deal, which was a harbinger for NPHC:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/GH-Solutions-Inc-GRSU-3388/
I expect the SEC will analyze GRSU to support their case against NPHC and new charges will arise.
Thinking
I don’t believe there’s any question regarding the efficacy of Nyloxin, holter49, I believe it’s an awesome product. The fly in the ointment is Rik. The records establish, he has been working his hidden agenda for many years.
Thinking
Like attracts like, cngreen. According to the records, only corrupt individuals embraced Rik. The honest ones bailed (e.g. where is, Jack Brewer? Rik stated they’re negotiating his return). This includes corrupt brokers who happily manipulated the stock.
With the perfection of hindsight, I hope you now see the manipulation was from the start.
Thinking
Very comprehensive post, Goofy_R! In addition, this is my post of 03/07/18, where I pointed out a number of Rik’s misleading statements:

Thinking
Watched an interview today with James Altucher, an American hedge fund manager, entrepreneur, bestselling author, venture capitalist and podcaster. He has founded or co-founded more than 20 companies. He has published 20 books, and is a contributor to publications including The Financial Times and The Huffington Post.
When the interviewer asked, “What’s the first thing you do before investing in a recommended company?” He replied, “First, I do a strong background check on the CEO”.
That’s what I did 2 years ago when looking at NPHC, and found the red flags. The deal breaker for me was Rik’s strategic partner, Phil Piccolo, the reputed, “One man crime wave”. http://www.worldwidescam.com/philalt.htm
Two famous sayings came to mind:
1. Judge a person by the friends he/she keeps.
2. Those who deny the past are condemned to repeat it.
As a responsible participant, I posted my findings and stated, I had the displeasure of meeting Piccolo at a corporate dinner in Mexico, peddling his wares and determined he was creepy. So, instead, I invested in Bitcoin.
I am haunted, wondering how anyone actually invested in NPHC, while having access to the same info.
Thinking
PS: How ‘bout my hometown Raptors!!!
Many conflate wishful thinking with careful analysis, cngreen. The true owner of the snake farm is convicted felon and repeat offender, Tom Crutchfield, who was sentenced to 30 months in prison.
Proof: https://www.justice.gov/archive/opa/pr/1999/April/140enr.htm
Crutchfield symbolizes Rik’s low standards which leave him little choice but to deal with D-level candidates.
Thinking
Warning: The risk in investing in NPHC is no different than hiring Michael Avenatti as your lawyer.
Thinking
You’re nitpicking, cngreen:
Myself, as well as others posted the proof many, many times, cngreeen. That’s why nobody else requested “proof”. Check out some of the proof below:
• Google Erik Rik Deitsch lawsuits.
• Also, check this link:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=134877446
• And don’t overlook https://investorshub.advfn.com/GH-Solutions-Inc-GRSU-3388/
Thinking
Thanks for your factual summation plus opinion, octbbnpink. I do not recall any post decrying the efficacy of the products. Without question, they work.
Thanks for the highly valuable link, Attention.
In March, I warned about:
Rik is already invested in CBD.
Proof: https://investorshub.advfn.com/GH-Solutions-Inc-GRSU-3388/
Thinking
One material topic may have been missed by those remaining plus newbie NPHC shareholders: 1 year ago, I warned about the FDA’s distaste for homeopathic remedies: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=139862094
Knowing Rik’s outrageous history, purchasing shares in NPHC is similar to buying a lottery ticket; It takes one from the impossible to the improbable.
Thinking
You forgot: "Quiet period" and "Calm before the storm!"
Thinking
Rik is the CEO of a publicly traded Cannabis Industry company, Chingga

Thinking
In addition, EmptyBones, consider the SEC economics*:
For over a year, I've warned that Nyloxin lacks the credentials to be sold in the US.
Eg: Nyloxin failed to meet the government standards for an opioid replacement: Double-blind, placebo-controlled, published and peer-reviewed studies.
Proof: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=143940654
In another post, I even stated, I've been through it myself.
Those who took me seriously are not unhappy today.
Thinking
Actually, Mav, compared to how I see the future of NPHC; today is, ironically, the BEST case scenario. Meaning, things either continue to flat-line or go down from here.
Time and again, I provided undisputed proof of Rik’s poor character from his past exploits. Yet, you (and some others, many of whom have moved on), ignored my unimpeachable warnings.
I’m not at all happy about the miserable outcome, but I also can’t feel sorry for you because I’ve been consistently warning, “It all hinges on the CHARACTER of our CEO”. And, “Those who deny the past, are condemned to repeat it”.
There are rewards and consequences to every choice. I feel satisfied that I am a responsible participant, attempting to mitigate the consequences via my constant agenda: Informed Choice.
Thinking
I feel very bad for you, Rimbo90 however, you and so many others must accept partial responsibility for your losses for ignoring my many warnings. What more could I have done?
Thinking
I believe NPHC and GRSU are straight out of Rik’s playbook, which he’s been implementing for over 10 years. If you wish to observe the fireworks, read the posts at https://investorshub.advfn.com/Nutra-Pharma-Corp-NPHC-5678/
Thinking
Updating you. This refers to Rik's other stock play, NPHC:

https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/25779230/Securities_and_Exchange_Commission_v_Nutra_Pharma_Corporation_et_al
Thinking
I did my part as a responsible participant: I’ve been posting fact-based warnings about Rik’s character for well over a year.
2 examples:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=134877446
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=136184130
Some shareholders laughed, accusing me of trying to lower the share price so that I could buy cheap, some moved on.
I believe I saved people a fortune.
Thinking
Does anyone have a calming post? Bewler…Bewler? Crickets!
Thinking
From bad to worse: In the current 10-q, "in default”, 37 times…up from 28 last time. Also, if you compare the latest 10-q with the submissions over the last 5 years, it’s mostly copy and paste with a few adjustments.
Others plus myself warned many times; Thanks to Rik's lack of CHARACTER, NPHC is a house of cards.
Thinking
“You can judge a man’s character by the friends he keeps”:
Sean Peter McManus, a former registered stock broker who had effectively been barred from the profession for misconduct.
Christopher Castaldo, is currently serving a 24-month sentence in the United States Penitentiary in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania for conduct unrelated to Nutra Pharma, after he pleaded guilty on March 1, 2017 to one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud in United States v. Castaldo, No. 16-cr-00234 (E.D.N.Y.).

Prison exists for law violators. The SEC needs to prove their efforts are cost effective or their heads will roll.
You are a wise investor, 'moorecj1976'!
I posted this warning excerpt, adker, from the 2015 10-K on 04/05/18, 5 months prior to the SEC charges. They raised serious questions regarding Rik's BS promises not kept. Hopefully, it saved some shareholders' money.
