This DD update was done 8/7/14 and I didn't expect the 2nd quarter 2014 filing to be made early. I will update this DD with the 6/30/14 filing analysis and the 8/5/14 conference call summary as I have time. Please feel free to let me know other info you'd like me to add, such as a pps projection based on Revenue growth.
Please remove my April 2014 sticky as this post updates that one.

PennyMann overall opinion:
Good long-term hold. 6-month chart has overall uptrending, but a long period between of sideways trading. Fundamentals show improvements and strength for a penny stock. Company has new products and revenue streams planned with improving existing product sales. Investments in a Hong Kong location and marketing will boost global sales.

(BB)Technical Analysis (6-month)
Many liken chart analysis, also called technical analysis (TA), to tea leaf reading. Yet, many traders have proven TA to be reliable on the short-term given proper analysis and other factors such as news, filings, and promotions for buying stock are considered.
(B1)PennyMann's TA: 9/10 Buy.
as of 8/7/14
+ Line chart: Overall uptrend since Oct 2013 with flat trading from Dec 2013 to February 2014; next leg up started 3/31/14.

(FF)CAPC Stock Valuations
This section will show current and future projected valuations related to CAPC. Traders like to know what may happen along the way...
[I](F1)Current EPS and PE:
4/7/14:
Here's my calculation of eps and PE using the 12/31/13 10-K earnings figures. Let me know if I messed up a value.
Fool.com stock valuation intro
Fool.com earnings based stock valuation
Earnings per share:
$727k earnings (profit) / 850m a/s = $.0009/share eps
$727k earnings (profit) / 657.76m o/s = $.0011/share eps
PE currently:
$.0236 current pps / $.0009 eps = 26.22 PE
$.0236 current pps / $.0011 eps = 21.45 PE
Most stocks trade at 10-15 PE of eps. So, CAPC is overvalued. We should be trading at $.009-$.0135 pps with PE 10-15 using the a/s in the eps calculation. Based on earnings in the last 10-K.
Future looking PE and eps expected at that PE:
$.10 future pps * 10-15 PE = $1.00-$1.50 eps
$.20 future pps * 10-15 PE = $2.00-$3.00 eps
$.40 future pps * 10-15 PE = $4.00-$6.00 eps
Let me know if you want another stock valuation method as there are a few...
I had discussed projecting out CAPC's eps and PE based on meaningful growth rates but I haven't determined those yet. I'm happy to hear growth rate projections to aid me.
5/16/14:
Earnings per share:
$261k 3/31/14 earnings (profit) + $1.113m 9 months 2013 / 850m a/s = $.0016/share eps
$1,374k earnings (profit) 12 months trailing / 654.05m o/s 3/31/14 = $.002/share eps
PE currently:
$.037 current pps / $.0016 eps = 23 PE
$.037 current pps / $.002 eps = 18.5 PE
Most stocks trade at 10-15 PE of eps. So, CAPC is slightly overvalued. We should be trading at $.016-$.024 pps with PE 10-15 using the a/s in the eps calculation. Based on earnings in the last 10-Q.
Future looking PE and eps expected at that PE:
$.10 future pps * 10-15 PE = $1.00-$1.50 eps
$.20 future pps * 10-15 PE = $2.00-$3.00 eps
$.40 future pps * 10-15 PE = $4.00-$6.00 eps
(F2)5/16/14 Revenue Based Valuation: Price/Sales Ratio (PSR)
654,010,532 o/s 3/31/14 X $.037 5/16/14 pps = $24,198,390 market capitalization.
Conservative valuation would add current long-term debt: $5,474,057 3/31/14 + $24,198,380 = $29,672,446 market capitalization.
$659,794 3/31/13
$14,593,826 2013 less $659,794 = $13,934,032 ending 9 months 2013
$4,088,369 3/31/14 plus =
Total $18,022,401 12 months trailing Revenue
$29,672,446 market capitalization / $18,022,401 12 months trailing Revenue = 1.65 PSR
The lower the PSR the better is the general rule of thumb. Compare PSR with industry competitors.
Revenue valuation stock method Fool.com
(F3)Industry Comparisons

Highlights
+ Three initiatives
- Deepen our market penetration for our existing power failure lighting solution products
- Expand our product portfolio
- Capitalize on our expertise and innovative and rapid product development, contract manufacturing in Asia and product import and logistics knowhow
+ Feb 2014, assigned power failure technology rights from AC Kinetics
- Will allow lighting fixtures to recover from power failures and for uses to turn on and off as needed as an industry first capability
+ Larry Sloven is leading Capstone International in the fully staffed Hong Kong office
- More revenue and faster product response independent of US operations
+ Capstone is a more scalable organization as a result if the three initiatives and investment
- More products will be introduced in the next 6-9 months than the prior 18 months
- Most major domestic retailers do business with Capstone and the 2014 product roadmap is expanded
+ 12/31/13 stats:
- 74% revenue increase from 2012; $1.3 million invested in marketing efforts would have made gross revenue $15.3 million
- New products contributed $5 million; products base have been diversified
- Non-core products, such is FIFA watches, were sold to increase revenue
- Gross profit doubled vs 2012
- Operating expenses were 17.1% of Sales versus 24.1% in 2012
- $845k invested in the Hong Kong office and branding and $1.25 million in marketing for a $2 million total
- Net profit $727k vs $600k 2012
- $500k invested in AC Kinetics for minority stake
+ The company has no interest in having stock promotions but instead is building a valuable company for long-term investors.
- The CEO feels insider shares have not been sold due to the officers' belief that the company will be greater in the future.
- The 12-month metrics are best to evaluate the company upon, not quarterly metrics
+ Most of the Q&A at the end focused on CAPC stock trading questions, so see the transcript, but here are some specifics:
- The company will not issue fluff PRs and is investing in new initiatives to expand the company and product offerings.
- AC Kinetics shares technology and Capstone has a business relationship; AC Kinetic Officers are but on the Capstone Board yet and it is hoped to share revenue streams in the future
- The company has been in more product buying meetings and is focused on selling products that are received well; reviews take 6 months so growth may not be as fast as expected
- AR increases are due to 2013 4th quarter sale increases, not the 80% customer concentration
- The doubled long-term debt will not be refinanced and is held by insiders $3.2 and Sterling Bank $4.2 million

(II)Shareholder Thoughts
(I1)Townie's (iHub CAPC mod) thoughts 3/27/14:
CAPC is just getting started. The CEO is very happy with Q1 and how it is going. They got the momo, and this will continue into the summer at least. These new products that were due to be shown at the housewares exhibition in May 2013, could be shown earlier as the CEO mentioned in PR today, 3/27/14. These are maybe and I stress maybe, HUGE game changers.
Still time to get in and get 100% return in a couple of months, that's not bad in my books, and comes with little risk. This isn't going down, it's going up.
+ Chart looks great
+ Company Revs are Great
+ Company is profitable.
+ Insiders hold a bundle and they aren't selling
They are looking at a up listing, but I'm unsure when this would happen. They need to get off the OTC imo.
The 3/28/14 webcast should be very interesting, lots of great questions have been sent in with no holds barred.
Has anyone discussed the fact that AR and Notes Payable have been dramatically reduced in the 6/30/14 filing? That means AR was collected and debt was paid down. Not a big deal to anyone?
$CAPC's 10-Q is out early. The most striking change is that AR is collected and some notes have been paid off or paid down. The 2nd quarter 2014 is still showing a net loss and Revenue barely changed (as expected).
I'd like to see CAPC be profitable at this point to be honest. Until then it's going to stay a penny stock with ambitions of being better in the future. I understand all the initiatives, new management, and new products but results speak the loudest.
Does this link borderline being illegal? Who made this site to like similar to CNN News? It shows create your own free website at the end lol...
The a/s is 6.8 billion. O/s is 6.5 billion. Still about 300 million shares to be issued. It's not my opinion BW is done issuing shares based on the 2014 shares issued...
I wonder how the dilutor feels after smashing buyer interest after a decent PR? Ya, the news is of a foreign partnership. The dilutor wants less for their shares or just desperate to unload?

Dilutor test now. BKRT and VNDM putting on the press. Too bad.
$GEIG- Thinking of taking a loss on this one. The dilutor is just too aggressive. Won't even let this run for an hour...
I'll try to reach the TA again today. Michael didn't back to me last Friday.
Ya a seller using PUMA, a known shorter :). Volume is low still just wish I got the below $.05 shares.
$CAPC appears to be under shorties today. Lol.

“We as a community are a very excited to work with AISVEC and GEI Global to showcase this efficient alternative to grid generated central power,” stated Deputy Mayor : CLAUDIO GARBO. “Furthermore”, stated Garbo, “Fuel Cell electric power generation systems are rapidly being adopted throughout Europe and we want to ensure that our community is on the leading edge when it comes to energy efficiency. This is even more important when considering GEI’s ability to integrate with and to improve upon solar power generation efficiency.”
Alessio Montanarini, AISVEC Vice President, states: “We are thrilled to be moving forward at this level and look forward to hosting the GEI Global technology showcase as we will invite over 3000 public authorities and private companies connected to our Association to review this technology. The competitive advantage of the GEI hybrid fuel cell electric power generation technology will address the paramount need to decrease the high energy costs in Europe, whose market amounts to 500 million people. Initially, the partnership will focus on the Italian market and later on the European one, the Balkans and CIS countries addressing the 3000 public authorities and private companies connected to AISVEC. To this end, AISVEC is also negotiating with governmental authorities in Central and Eastern Europe with regards to fuel supply, power requirements, and economic development.”
“The GEI goal is to remove the fuel infrastructure as a commercialization barrier, and to provide the GEI hybrid fuel cell electric power generation technology to large scale potential consumers and thereby lowering manufacturing costs,” stated Dr. K. J. Berry, GEI Chairman and CEO. “The partnership between the two firms will enable European companies to install the GEI hybrid fuel cell cogeneration power system, and take advantage of the new EU Policy on Climate Change. Also, companies will be able to leverage the large scale methane and natural gas infrastructure system within Italy and the rest of Europe in support of grid independence and energy efficiency,” concluded Berry.
The pilot plant constitutes an example of a combined heat and power (CHP) fuel cell electric power generator to be installed within Europe and paves the way to creating a more efficient decentralized system of smart grids in accordance with new European environmental policies.

PRPM is still Pink Current. But I'm catching your drift...
I thought Kolbe was with Vortex? I am very confused after so many promises have been delayed. I'll try to catch up, like so many brokers not allowing transactions...
I thought Kolbe wasn't working with PRPM management any longer? Where's the Luther updates for the DTC Chill?
Thanks :)
Thx for the link and text version :). I'm working to update my CAPC DD sticky.
I'm really surprised that this has been trading flat the past couple of months with the latest news and conference call updates. I'm anticipating a jump on pps on the next 10-Q filing.
Seems most of your ticker suggestions have been Pink Current lately. Liking the 1-2 week holds then bounce. I'm writing up your strategy of Bottom Bouncers on my blog is that ok?
I've been working on an updated CAPC DD sticky. Did you have a summary of the latest conference call that I could add? I didn't want to hit the board and other mediums yet because I wanted cheaper shares. Almost hit $.05 again on Friday from beer money trades. I picked some more shares last week with the filing coming 8/15-8/31 and the great conference call update.
$DNAX is back below $.002? Lol. Dilutors I'd imagine. They have a real product so it's inly a matter of Tim until results match up with pps.
Great job again Townie. So many golden opportunities the past month from your suggestions.
$ELRA up 200% now...I always sell too soon lol. I'm still happy for the gains on Townie's suggestions though.
Uhhh, Madison Stock Transfer ant being prompt with replying to my share structure request today...sorry.
Very nice hold petey :). I exited in the $.008s cause I got scared earlier lol. Hope it launches to $.02 for you. $ELRA
I'll do that right now. Michael at Madison Stock Transfer is expedient...
So thin to $.01 petey. If the Asks would back off just a little...the buys keep coming on $ELRA.
I'm still in $GEIG hoping the dilution ends. Proceeds go to $CAPC next...
Ooo noooooo lol.
I'm in at $.0067. Trying to gauge top before it falls...$ELRA.
$ELRA had a 3 million Bid slap at $.0057 bypassing all the Bids...how does that happen?
Ooo that's not good. So ELRA is a no entry?
$ELRA target pps? I see volume is above normal 30 min into trading...
We all know BW isn't directly dumping shares into the market. But he decides which shares are to be issued to what financier or vendor, so many skip right back to BW as the dumper indirectly.
Seems someone doesn't want this running. To have VFIN block the Ask after 7 million in trading volume is just too bad...same story past three days.
Ooo the Ask is being slammed for once. That's been rare lately...
No one going to sell so PUMA can cover? Ahhh too bad...
$CAPC- I'll try to interact as I get time. I'm not liked by a few posters there so I've lacked motivation to help their pumping. I'm motivated by your request though.
$ELRA volume is low. Dilution done there yet? Can't tell because volume is low.
It appears Circle K near Blaine, MN are operated under Croix Oil. I don't know how those agreements are made for store branding, and the Croix website states they operate non branded Circle K stores.
