We all make mistakes. BW's LinkedIn was mixed with 25 others. The PR states BW has a bachelors degree so add it to the prospective litigation evidence.
PRs is all we really have to go by right now...
How about this from Sputnik post #267362?
More Brian Weber connections!

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Announces Midwest Distributor Agreement
FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwire - May 16, 2008) - Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc (PINKSHEETS: EESO) CEO Jared Hochstedler announced today that the company (in keeping with its contacts in the Convenience store industry) has finalized the agreement to be a distributor for all of the Midwest for Potencia Energy Drink.
Potencia Energy Drink is an up and coming rapidly growing supplier of the only energy drink directly targeting the Hispanic market. Potencia has distribution agreements and supplies all of the major retail chains in Mexico. The Hispanic energy drink market is exploding in the United States as well as in Mexico.
Brian Weber, Co-Owner Potencia Energy Drink, holds a Bachelor of Science and is a former NASCAR race car driver and team owner. www.potenciaenergydrink.com
Weber stated, "We have created a very nice synergistic alliance with EESO. They have a great footprint in the Midwest Convenience Stores and we have a very strong footprint with the major retail chains in Mexico. As Jared and I discussed how we can assist each other, opening our distribution networks and sharing warehousing with each other allows for a very efficient way to open new markets for both companies."
"Brian Weber and I were in Mexico recently and as a result I am looking forward to releasing further contract information in the coming days. As mentioned earlier our fully automated bottling machine has been delivered and we expect it to be operational no later than weeks end. I hope these recent events will demonstrate my desire to build shareholder value. I trust all shareholders will be pleased with our results," stated Hochstedler.
Hochstedler further stated, "I understand that there is some misunderstanding why I am pursuing the C-Store Beverage business. For those that do not understand, obtaining shelf space in the retail market is the key to success. Once you have an in to the shelf space it becomes a matter of placing items that will sell the best. The C-Store industry, with the help of Bill and Owen, is becoming a huge opening for EESO product placement and in my view it does not matter whether it is enzyme based or otherwise. I said from the beginning I am focused on sales."
Ooo, here's where I read he had a bachelors degree for today:

I'm guessing he lied right?
$CAPC lol.
I thought I read a PR from 2008 that stated BW had a bachelors degree when CEO profiles were discussed in a TX partnership PR paragraph. Let's see if I can find it...like it really matters...
Let me contact Circle K and 7Eleven and see if they will give me a competitors and strategies analysis for the other retailers you listed...
It may be awhile until I get a reply, if any reply comes...
I want to pay $2 for a KU. Therefore the discussion of NO ONE wants to buy KU is now discredited. Let's see if BW has some good Pepsi meeting updates.
There is an improving pattern of KU success unfolding here. Many customers exclaim their pleasure with the product use on social media. Many locations are selling KU ever than before. Marketing efforts have increased for KU exposure. Many 2014 PRs have come to pass.
I look forward to seeing Circle K and 7Eleven efforts helping the product sales unlike prior retailers tried.
So Norfolk VA sales failure at those 7Elevens equate to 7Eleven failure in the US? I do not agree with that inference.
I look forward to the proof and evidence presentation of BBDA being a stock selling "scam." Until those many years pass I look to KU and hopefully future products to aid BBDA's sales increase. I'm concerned about BBDA ever being very profitable with BW at the helm.
I don't think stock sales are the only funding keeping BBDA afloat, but is the majority probably. Products sales offer some operations cash as well.
No proof of Circle K or 7Eleven being failures yet. One persons verification to a couple stores does not confirm failure for these two new retailers.
It will take more time to be able to state these two retailers have failed. Walmart has had over a year to be a success, and I still contend all Walmarts 100% failure is not accurate.
I look forward to KU's future success. In glad the company hasn't given up on trying as many avenues as possible to find the right customer base. If the US isn't responding well to KU, per discussions here, then other markets in other countries globally may respond better.
I don't agree that you have to be a success locally before going global. And I don't agree that local sales are a complete failure.
I thought we've discussed that Washington has more than 2 Walmarts? So the KU displays and thx by a Walmart rep on Twitter means more than 2 Walmarts are selling KU.
If KU was a complete failure then BBDA would be closed and all the customers saying they like KU wouldn't be doing so.
Right. Only the US matters. Don't expand to Europe or South America, let alone think about expansion to Asia or other large consumer beverage markets. Thinking globally isn't key but to a share selling "scam." BBDA needs to focus locally such as Circle K and 7Eleven. Ooo wait...forget global marketing and sales for sure.
Lol.
$RSII feels like a dilutor is at work. I see VNDM and VFIN on the Ask, and though not leading seems to be Bid whacking whenever possible with retail Ask shares not changing. I know when I tried to enter my order was being skipped for Bid whacks instead of my Ask slapping order placed.
I thought it was agreed that South America has summer when BBDA sees winter? Remember that ice cream study done for South America with BeBevCo named?
I don't want a North America Nice Dreams launch in winter either :/
Doom and gloom? The pps is still $.0008. I'll agree once $.0001 appears. BBDA has some ice cream freezing and some KU fizzing for some future hope IMO.
$RSII has my nice Bid in and the MMs changed it to Bid whacks but I'm in :). How any hidden sellers remain is the mystery.
$RSII Bidding there after smashing the Ask that's been stale. Let's make some waves.
What 14 steps are you referring to swzzle?
$RSII still ready?
$TXTM bounced Fri so good call there. Too overbought for my entry and I couldn't get in without chasing Fri.
$VOIS have the dilutor gone yet? Didn't seem like it 9/5 and the pps didn't move with the 9/4 news.
DRIO seems ready to continue its uptrend. SC 13G filed 9/5 hinting the financier is out of shares. A QB with a downtrend since June chart inception. I'll be watching the L2.
Sounds like Marani has some Revenue unlike the discussions back in January that stated Marani had nothing and no sales license.
I like the nit picking of details because it shows MRIB has product and now Revenues to debate.
At the rate of pps decline I'm more concerned that 3 billion shares will be issued to get that $1 million debt cleared. Is that a bad thing?
I expect GEIG to also change the last funding of $5 million to some other amount like they did with the $10 million facility. Oops, this funding won't work so maybe this one. All in the background issuing shares to a toxic financier to settle other debt already on the balance sheet.
With this dilution, possibly hitting billions by next Spring, you may see $.0001s to hold for investment. I'm told the Dr leader doesn't care about the pps so I expect billions of shares to be issued and then flood the market in the year to come.
It seems to keep barrel or bin space to be honest...is that bad? Walmart doesn't matter anyway right? The 90% Walmart rate didn't occur by the end of 2013 so Walmart is forever failed...
Did BW guarantee 100% that KU would be in 90% of Walmarts by the end of 2013? Or was that more a verbal forward looking statement? I took at is he was optimistic to get in 90% of Walmarts by the end of 2013.
Due to privacy concerns, I will not identify the Walmarts near me. I've seen the veracity and the lengths some will go to for their hatred of BW, and personal don't want to give out my info for the same purpose. Thx for the understanding.
How many Washington Walmarts were there again with the new KU displays? There must be more than just five Walmart locations in Washington alone. The "lowly Walmart intern" confirmed the Washington KU display with a thank you tweet to BW.
I only live by 2 Walmarts. Both sell KU. How many Walmarts are in Washington with the new KU displays? Surely more than 1 Walmart location?
This is an alleged share selling "scam." I agree BW has made some questionable decisions and the dilution is ridiculous at this stage of the company's life. But I keep asking how much in funds is estimated to be needed to fund the future initiatives announced in 2014 PRs? That question nags in my mind as the dilution occurs and the pps holds above $.0005.
It's simple: Some feel BBDA is worry more trading wise than the dilution occurring. The shares being diluters are being purchased. It's possible BBDA can expand to Circle K and 7-Eleven and maybe sell better than in Walmart. But we don't have certainty. With no certainty yet we look to the past. Makes sense except until you see the pps holding above $.0005 with 3 billion new shares purchased...
Yep, that's the key I agree- shareholders are aiding BBDA operations still. 3 billion shares purchased from BBDA issuance to a toxic financier. Why are 3 billion shares purchased on 2014? Haven't those buyers seen the reverse split, the $2.7 million in profits (which is a laughable argument because most say the financials are lying) that should be funding KU expansion and all those initiatives discussed in 2014 PRs, and that BW is a crook?
Someone needs to save the "investors!" (End sarcasm)
Apparently $2.7 million profit isn't enough for BBDA hence the 3b in shares issued and purchased in 2014.
I'm still trying to read the story about Monster Beverage going to bankruptcy and having a pps below $1 and then turning it all around to what we know of the beverage company giant today. BBDA is like most OTC beverage companies however issuing billions of shares to try and expand operations.
That's not millions and millions in profit. That's a couple million profit. Again, how much is estimated to fund the propositions mentioned in the 2014 PRs to aid BBDA in being more successfully. More than a couple million IMO.
The company filings aren't showing millions in profits. It's showing millions in Revenue and millions in expenses.
I'm not expecting a reverse split this year. The a/a was reduced to 6.8b from 9.8b, and then the a/s was raised to 8.8b after the o/s approached 6.6b. The o/s has 2b in room before it's maxed. We've seen about 3b shares issued the past 8 months so I'd expect 2b o/s room to accommodate the 1.5b shares follow the 2014 share issuance rate.
So no, per this reply, no one has attempted to estimate the funds required to accomplish the many possibilities PRed in 2014.
I don't think trying to measure a go cart series spending would accurately give an estimate of funds needed for BBDA to accomplish what has been PRed in 2014...
It's easy to just say a company should give up now, such as BBDA shod just give up because it's not a start up anymore. It takes courage and work to keep trying to build a successful company. I'm not giving up that BBDA can be successful despite the many mistakes made, the ONE reverse split, and the TWO now issuances of billions of shares as a consequence of the start up phase and the reverse split.
I am purposely ignoring the points of just giving up and that BBDA can't be successful at this point.
Unfortunately BW has provided some effort at BBDA.
KU is liked by a few consumers. Though it has failed to make it 95% of Walmarts, it still sells at Walmarts and many other locations. BW has been working to keep trying new companies to sell KU such as Circle K and 7-Elevens. Will these new large retailers be a good selling location base for KU? We don't know yet. Yes, promises have been made in the past of other large retailers being a good selling base but it didn't happen. That doesn't mean BBDA should just give up.
Marketing efforts have always occurred at BBDA. J Lo used as a celebrity sponsor. O Mag for a new attempt at advertising. Radio spots in KU HQ areas. Are the efforts making KU fly off the shelves yet? Not as much as shareholders have hoped. Does that mean BBDA should just stop all marketing initiatives and do what a select few here think should be done? The bus, race cars, and race boat still have KU advertising. The funds spent aren't 100% wasted effort to market the product.
BW was a bad company leader in the past. His construction business garnered a F BBB rating. That doesn't mean BW hasn't learned something from the past and taken his punishment. BW could be making better efforts now at BBDA and I say he has given product is selling and some effort is being made to make BBDA a success.
I'd like to give a person the benefit of the doubt, despite my own not liking of the decisions being made 100%, when it comes to the past and punishment has been completed. "Once a crook always a crook." That statement isn't 100% for everyone, nor is it conducive to the spirit of rehabilitating criminals and making a better community. "It takes a lifetime to build trust but seconds to destroy it." BW has lost trust but I don't agree that BBDA should be destroyed. A 6.6 billion o/s shows a few others agree with me.
