I'm not liking seeing PUMA in the action but we'll see what occurs...
CAPC is looking great. Traders are afraid of a real company because trading volume is low IMO.
Is the estimate a pps fall at this point below the last pps climb back to original levels due to low trading volume? I see news of loan forbearance but don't think theta helping....
Yes, Gumbie's sticky is slowly coming to pass. Just hoping some 2014 promises come true with all those shares issued...
Kinda boring lately. Bid keeps growing as more Bid whacks are done. 102 million on the Bid now.
DNAX is being pushed down and I'm not seeing dilutors. Maybe shorts are at work at this point? DNAX is at all time lows so I can't imagine large shareholders are selling.
Time to take my loss?
Think you had it wrong the first time.
I think I meant to write relaying. Woops. I'm just relaying what PRs have stated.
I thought I asked for an opinion of a reasonable time to get EU expansion at least selling KU lol. The can, with 5 year anniversary marking, I'm sure wasn't a part of discussions a year ago for EU expansion. I don't think a year is good enough if legal issues arose...
I'm not the one that stated a team of 20 lawyers was working the EU issues. Just relying...
Nope I think that makes sense. Pretty smart as us intermediate L2 users are busy looking for dilutor and shorting MMs. I see CSTI a lot lately is that a go to MM swapper?
I'm not seeing a promised time frame for the EU expansion in the shareholder updates...Is a year a reasonable time to accomplish the expansion? I thought there were ingredient conflicts with a team of lawyers working to resolve for EU?
Can you enlighten me to MM share swapping please? I've heard of the activity but don't know why they do it.
But 90 minus 50 equals 40 left...I've seen some Bid whacks and the Ask goes up in response lol.
UNGS has VNDM on the Ask now? Oye Vay lol. I see quite a bit of Ask walking now. I didn't see VNDM earlier so I was hoping someone wanted cheapies with the wall.
But PUMA is the only MM consistently showing up leading the Ask at 10,000. I know PUMA has been leading the Bid occasionally also but it's infrequent. I see the o/s has been increasing so what other MM possibility is there?
I like MRIB and I'm hoping dilution doesn't become a major factor here. Every company needs funds to succeed and giving disclosure helps explain the need for dilution. Margrit's been upfront about many company initiatives so I was hoping for that continued openness.
Very nice Flex ;). I've had UNGS on my blog alert for a little bit now.
A large investment group may have decided to avoid MRIB at this time because PUMA (thanks to Channel Trader :) ) has been leading the Ask the past couple of weeks coupled with low trading volume. Most large trading groups are looking for a company to suggest to its trading base that is showing good signs of progress. Dilution and low volume would be warning signs IMO.
Those bi-monthly short selling reports are a joke IMO. BBDA shorters can just cover before the reporting date requirements.
I agree, shorting isn't the main reason for the BBDA pps decline because that's coming from the dilution. Shorting can still be being done, and if not through SureTrader then I don't know. I don't short sell myself. I offered short selling or an investor selling a large position as a reason the past couple of weeks for the Bid whacks because it's been discussed that the o/s hasn't changed since 7/8/14 and no one would really have taken an investor stance since BBDA is a share "selling scam."
What other reasons are left for why the Bid is being whacked by large share amounts? Because the float doesn't equal the o/s so the tradable float is still increasing from a dilutor selling still? This is the convo I've been trying to have but I feel it's being dodged.
You did? You deserve the credit CT :), not I then. I'm just stating what I've been seeing the past couple of weeks. I apologize for ninja-ing your analysis.
I like MRIB for all the contracts and the new sales in Costco and some other retailers. The company is light years ahead of where it was 5 years ago. I just hope the share issuance is for the right reasons such as ramping up vodka production.
I'm not shorting, I just know from trading friends that it's possible and usually done by toxic debt financiers or the market makers due to account value requirements. SureTrader is one broker that comes to mind that allows most short selling. I'd like to meet BBDA short sellers to learn more but I must go by what I found through empirical evidence and word if mouth from my trading friends.
I've posted links to empirical evidence of toxic debt financiers shorting to get the pps down, and then selling the shares they receive as the pps bounces from technically (that is chart analysis) perceived oversold conditions or promotion made to groups of traders to get the pps and trading volume high enough to unload the many shares received. It's a win win because profit is made on short selling while profit is made on the perceived pps recovery to them. This is a nightmare scenario to investors...
The company dumping translates to shares being issued to a vendor, debt settlement to a financier, or for capitalization. In the end it's the company issuing shares and the receiver of the shares selling to the market to recoup their $ due plus profit due to generally receiving shares at an amount lower than the current pps average.
CAPC- What is the deal with lack of buyers there? Had Japan news yesterday and traders be Bid whacking trying to get that $.05 pps. I guess traders just want to wait for the next quarterly?
Yep. Just as good as some evidence I've read here disparaging BBDA. The quest for proof goes both ways. I'd rather withhold proof of Walmart sales to piss off disparagers at this point...
Short selling is real for BBDA. Unfortunately sellers other than dilutors are needed to aid covering. Sorry.
..l..
Hmmm. 20 million slapped the Ask and 10 million whacked the Bid. Bids are still 94 million. I call that Bid absorbing. If the Bid fell from the whack then if call that a dump.
Why can't we accept both are occurring? That's not a revolutionary concept. The dilution is the greatest problem, but the o/s hasn't changed since 7/8/14. Many keep arguing the float equals the o/s, so what other explanations are there for the increased Bid slapping since 7/8/14? A long term investor, which many argue doesn't exist, sold their large position at the Bid?
And you should because I'm not a market maker or a toxic debt financier related trader, but a retail trader with a small account value...retail traders are not the only BBDA related traders though...
When you say "nobody" do you mean retail traders? Or do you mean no market makers or toxic debt financiers or retail traders? It is possible for non-retail traders to short sell a sub penny right? I have trading friends who know these short sellers so keep telling me it's not possible lol...
What if I told you I was short selling BBDA? O.o.
Not weird to me. The short sellers play the same "game."
The buyers interested in buying shares can either buy at the Ask of $.001 and probably see an immediate trade or place a buy offer below $.001, such as $.0009, in hopes of getting a cheaper buy price. It's part of the buy low and sell high strategy. If a trader decides to buy at $.0009 when the Ask is $.001 then the order with share count appears on the Bid at $.0009. Sellers with L2 can see this order. There's no rule that states a buyer must keep their offer in the Bid or even show all shares intended to be purchased. This is part of the "game" of a prospective buyer possibly placing a really large buy order on the Bid in hopes of enticing a seller to sell at the Bid offer price. If many sellers, or a seller, decides to wipe out the Bids then other Bidders remaining might change their mind and lower their Bids to get a lower price before all the sales go through. Market makers could be a part of the buyers also.
Short sellers do this in the reverse. Short sellers want the pps to go down because they borrowed shares at a high prices and will "cover" hopefully at a lower price to see a gain. The short seller may place a huge sell order on the Ask to make buyers afraid of buying, and instead entice them to place buy orders at a lower pps and sit in the Bid waiting for a lower price. Short sellers then compete with that Bid sitter to "cover" and complete their short sell transaction. Market makers can be sellers or short sellers.
L2 warfare is a part of the trading fun.
ABSORBED. Yes. I agree. 93 million on the Bid currently.
Indeed. It's astounding all the Bids still remaining and that 3.1 billion shares have been ABSORBED. Good point.
500 million shares left to be issued until the o/s is maxed to meet the 6.8 billion a/s.
Nonetheless, BBDA has accomplishments.
Here's to future accomplishments...
I like the idea but waiting for a BBDA accomplishments counter, such as all the accomplishments suck or something.
Just 39 million on the Ask? I think a better wall can be made there...VFIN is helpful though leading the Bid assault.
TCEL- BMAK is leading the Ask off and on. Trying to dilute a little here and there without killing the technical bounce IMO. Dilution has been hard for TCEL lately.
Don't be shy, slap that NITE Bid more...Must be only 10,000 shares there...
BBDA Accomplishments as listed in the BBDA 5 year anniversary PR. Rip em up:
+ A feature in a music video by Grammy award winning artist, Jennifer Lopez.
+ Numerous championships in team sponsorships.
+ Several features in industry-related magazines.
+ A spotlight in both Beverage Industry and Beverage World magazines.
+ Becoming the first relaxation drink to be launched in Walmart (United States).
+ Product was featured in The Oprah Magazine.
I'm looking forward to the Nice Dreams ice cream and Chillaxation drink.
VIIC- Lol...good thing we traded the quick bounce only...
I'll enjoy watching the Bid grow as share are ABSORBED. I'll also take solace in knowing BBDA is working hard to improve its business, sell KU, and hopefully bring new products to consumers.
Everyone has good and bad opinions of BBDA. Enjoy the day!
