Foot in mouth syndrom.
Let it fall. I'm backing up the truck. Impatient sellers = $
Patience pays.
Those are general results. NOT THE ACTUAL DATA . The data has always been protected by NDA. Viscosity reduction and pipeline efficiency is not the actual data.
Wrong. There has not been any data published before or made available to outside parties whatsoever. They maybe have said "commensurate with lab results" in the 10k/10Q's, but no actual data has ever been published and made public and made available to anyone other than the current customer at the time. No 3rd parties were ever allowed to view the data whatsoever as any data derived with a particular customer was always restricted by NDA.
So, you're 100% wrong on that.
Anyone who knows this story well knows that.
I am so bullish on this company right now. Now more than ever. If you want to make a small fortune, buy QSEP.
It's as simple as this:
1) If the data is good QSEP will have many well paying customers for their product with a recurring revenue stream. AOT will provide QSEP with a cash flow machine with every barrel of oil.
2) Good data is a no brainer easy hurdle to vault over.
3) Sales, Adoption, Press Coverage (news and television I'm sure will happen), and a multi billion dollar fortune 500 oil company as QSEP's partner all the way through. Many other oil companies have said they will be second in line to buy after the first sale. This is well known.
Imo this investment is truly a no brainer.
Couple things Faith.
Hey Whack, yes I think the partner/customer will be named at the appropriate time.
I don't think it's Exxon but honestly I have no clue, so I suppose in theory it could be. If I had to guess it would be someone like Enbridge, or even maybe a services company like Haliburton or Slumberger. I do think it is a big name though, one we would all recognize. It's pretty damn exciting actually, if you have followed this story and to see them back on a pipeline of a massive energy company that is a member of the PRCI.
AOT on pipelines = cash flow machine
Ka-Ching Ka-Ching
HAHA Whacky, no drinking and posting...hilarious.
Feeling pretty excited about QSEP. Gonna be watching this week for dip opportunities to add. Despite things always taking longer than we hope, I think once we get this data out there things will move forward relatively quickly and the company executed on a lot of things we all hope we would see years ago. Pretty pumped actually. Really thing this stock is going to be one of the great investments, and people will look back at the chart in amazement.
I’m staying the course here, and want the biggest position I can have. If the data is good there will be no looking back.
Still more of the “twister defense” eh? How typical. Very important QSEP keeps all those payments up as they give them the rights to bring AOT and other products to market. Those licensing fees will soon be responsible for making QSEP shareholders wealthy with boatloads of recurring cash flowwwwww. They will prove to be well worth the investment.
Still banging on about something different now. Everyday it’s something else to bitch about.
Once this company gets on that line and goes public with positive data (oh and they will be...) all the bears will run away and tuck tail wising they never heard of this company. Or more apropos, wish they had put all their money into this company. Many feet will be in many mouths, and all the other ones will drop to the floor ;)
I’ve been saying it for years, once they move into sales the number of units they will start getting into the field will generate recurring revenues that will drive this stock so high grown men not invested will weep.
Multiple dollars are coming. If you played this smart you could have had a .03 average to .38 and nothing has even happened yet. Wait until positive data is made public and the IR firm and PR firm kick in, and the first sale hits. Buckle up It’s gonna be one hell of a ride. Slow and steady all the way to $3.00, then much higher from there.
Agreed smile, and I have no concrete insight into this specifically. However there is not a monetary aspect to a potential contract, so in theory they could just do something like an MOU (or other informal contract agreement) or they could do a full on contract but not have to do an 8k and make it public. I could be totally wrong here, but I just don't want people expecting a filing if one doesn't hit the wires.
That said numbers should be reached fairly quickly, and they should have initial data quickly. When the IR firm and the PR firm are given the go ahead to run with it and it's all made public...and when/if this massive oil company order another 2 units to outfit the rest of that small pipeline this stock could be headed to $2.00 quickly as an initial reference point.
There is also a plethora of things that could be done with this PRCI fortune 500 entity.
IF they come out with a contract and 8k it, then yeah, that would be pretty sweet. Remember we hit about $2.00 on the TransCanada contract? Whew. But that's not my base case. I of course could easily be wrong, I hope I am because that would be nice to see.
I bought some at .25 today and am bidding 20,000 at .22.
You are correct KC, it’s s couple weeks later it looks like. Not a big deal at all.
Now this is some good DD. Many thanks to Alkalinesolutions for bringing it to my attention.
Boom time sooon.....
“Case Studies from Crescendo”
Basically this is what they have done for past and current clients. Damn these guys look good.
—————————————————-
Case Studies
Nuclear Services Company
NASDAQ
The principles of Crescendo began work with this leading provider of nuclear waste services in 2001. Since then, Crescendo has been instrumental in dramatically expanding this Client’s institutional shareholder base, which now includes many of the premier funds on Wall Street. With our assistance, the Client secured analyst coverage from leading investment banks, has been featured on CNBC and Fox News, and presented at many of the top investment banking conferences in the U.S.
Telecommunications Equipment Provider
Over-the-Counter
Crescendo was retained by this Client in mid-2006, at a time when they had a very “toxic” equity financing in place with prospectively harmful reset and “make-good” provisions. Crescendo identified a long-term, micro-cap focused hedge fund to buy out the shares from the original toxic investor and replace the toxic investment with a very clean, long-term structure that enhanced the attractiveness of the company to investors and provided greater financing flexibility to execute on its operational plans. Subsequent to the refinancing, Crescendo began an aggressive and successful marketing campaign to build the Client’s shareholder base and raise additional capital on less onerous terms.
U.S. Healthcare Services SPAC
Over-the-Counter
Crescendo began work with this Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) in 2007, after its IPO, but prior to the Client’s planned merger with a healthcare services company. In order to consummate the merger, the SPAC required an 80% approval vote from shareholders as is standard practice. The Client did not have the necessary support from shareholders for this transaction and hired Crescendo to find new investors to support the transaction. As a result of Crescendo’s aggressive outreach to new investors, combined with subsequent turnover in the earlier investor base, the acquisition was approved by shareholders allowing the SPAC to become an operational public company.
Infrastructure Material Company
NASDAQ
Crescendo began work with this Client in mid-2008 immediately following the Client’s reverse merger onto the Bulletin Board. The Client had very limited float and almost no trading – it traded on average 100 shares per week. Crescendo implemented an aggressive outreach program, in conjunction with the CFO, and arranged meetings across the U.S. As a result of these outreach efforts, the trading volume increased to over 100 thousand shares per day, and Crescendo ultimately helped the Client to successfully list on the NASDAQ.
Agricultural Distributor
Over-the Counter
Crescendo began work with this Client in 2009 during a turbulent period in the U.S. capital markets. Prior to working with Crescendo, several leading banks were unable to raise desired PIPE financing for the Client. Once engaged, Crescendo secured financing term sheets with several hedge funds. As a result of Crescendo’s introductions, the Client raised over $3 million allowing it to expand its distribution and enter new markets.
Lithium Ion Battery Company
NYSE Amex
Crescendo began work with this lithium-ion battery Client in 2009. The Client had a very limited float and shareholder base. As a result of our aggressive outreach campaign, the Client dramatically increased its institutional shareholder base and secured first time research coverage. In one year alone, the Client presented at five of the leading investment banking conferences tailored specifically for U.S. listed Chinese companies.
Battery Technology Company
Over-the-Counter
Crescendo began work with this Client in 2010 beginning with identifying a suitable public shell in which to merge. Crescendo helped coordinate the reverse merger working closely with the attorney and auditors. Following the reverse merger, Crescendo began an aggressive IR campaign that resulted in more than a 5-fold increase in the market value of the Client, unlocking value for existing shareholders and lowering the cost of capital by an order of magnitude for any future possible M&A transaction(s).
Amen to that. Right there with ya. I’m just waiting to see how this one or 2 sellers get before I take their shares.
Oh, and this statement is such a load of bull I can’t believe it:
“Tcpl and KM were the only real field test pilots....and it’s laughable anyone would actually quote Tcpl results as being evidence of success or efficacy. “
The fact that TCPL didn’t continue leasing AOT has absolutely no bearing on the validity of the results. So if your not going to quote the TCPL results as being evidence of success or efficacy then where are (and who are) you going to quote results from? That was from a live massive commercial pipeline with a Fortune 500 billion dollar operator, and it was verified by a third party multiple times and Tao, oh and I guess you could say the lead engineer for TCPL on that test as well as he was there and just so happened to want to work for QS....I consider that one of the best 3rd party verifications as well...
Hilarious. Yet another “twister defense”
-let’s twist again...
Wow there are simply no words to explain the joy I feel from reading this. AISI you are calling out the BS and it’s so well stated and dead on. Bravo.
“Twister defense”! I love it...Fantastic...and sooo bloody true. There is no real defense here whatsoever. Just the need and desire to argue, and the obvious desperation to convince others they aren’t wrong. If not being commercialized yet is the defense, there is no defense....
“Just as I thought, no defense except that it hasn't been adopted commercially. You failed to address the main point of my last post which listed all kinds of third party statements that concluded the AOT reduced viscosity in crude oil pipelines. This DIRECTLY contradicts what you and your made up laws of nature say. According to you, all the real scientists and engineers must be lying or are just plain stupid. How else do you explain all of their conclusions that THE AOT REDUCES VISCOSITY IN CRUDE OIL.
And then there is the original statement of yours that insists that viscosity can't be reduced without reducing density, which was blown up by the following:
Quote:
There is no relationship between the viscosity and density of a fluid. While viscosity is the thickness or thinness of a fluid, density refers to the space between its particles......A liquid that is dense does not necessarily have to be viscous, and the opposite is also true. For example, honey is more viscous than saline water, but it is not as dense. Viscosity can be defined as the speed of the flow of a liquid. It is the measurement of the shape of molecules and the intermolecular forces.
We are still waiting for a coherent response to that one other than the "twister defense".”
How about the “sub-penny” prediction that was made. Said the stock would be under .01 by now.
Nope! We just hit .30 cents...again recently for the 2nd time...
Just another bs prediction that never materialized along with the “running out of cash” prediction and the “cash burn” prediction....
Exactly!
“Please explain how ATS concluded that the AOT reduced viscosity of crude oil treated on the TransCanada pipeline. Don't throw in the red herring about the initial test being flawed. ATS said that a subsequent test showed viscosity reduction and that it could have been better if the engineering of the device was improved. “
Wow yeah I never did see that. That is just a sad and pathetic attempt to discredit Tao.
“Most people reading this message board don't remember or never saw what was in my opinion the lowest moment in the discussion of Dr. Tao's competence. That rock bottom moment was when some of Dr. Tao's divorce papers were posted on ihub. The attempt to discredit Dr. Tao by any means possible was so vicious and had nothing to do with the science, that it is unforgivable. I think that is important context when reading about made up "laws of nature".”
oh I am bud, got 100k of bids in there.
Absolutely lovely. Nice work AISI. It helps when you have proof to back up one's statement.
Anyone can make a blanket statement with no proof to back it up. Anyone can say "this person is complicit or that person is complicit" without any proof. It's BS.
Great quote from the CPP China Petro. Love it.
I'll take their word over the garbage man's any day of the week!
No reason NST, no news out or anything. This can happen after a big run up. I have a total of 100k on the bid in various spots right now. I'm loading.
Ha! He just crushed his own argument. Hilarious!
Hell no. No way. The damage over the years to the companies perception based on lies (at least on here) and people's accounts warrants any and all retribution.
Brilliant argument. Bravo. Electrorheology is not new. I wish I had stated this basic fact more eloquently in the past, I just get so annoyed with blanket false assumptions made to serve a false narrative (otherwise known as lies).
All that aside, what's really great is that to my knowledge AOT is the first product to apply this technology to oil pipelines. And I believe they are the first and only one to market = monopoly. If QSEP are successful at bringing AOT to market the business can grow very quickly. QSEP won't ever be the size of P&G, but it doesn't have to get anywhere near that to make us absurdly wealthy. One deal and they are off to the races. Completely worth the risk/reward imo. Great odds of hitting a home run here.
One word: awesome. Ok two words: toast!
I love it when AISI shreds the ridiculous completely unthoughtful comments that are arrived at by blanket assumptions and generalizations.
Fantastic. Bravo. Here here. Huzzah.
Oh, well more than that my friend. And I’m not selling :). I know what’s about to happen here. I’ve spoken to management, and they see this as far more valuable than it is right now. I’m adding on dips.
Float is locked up, no real shares for sale and totally unknown story. Just wait till the word starts to get out. The company is working on that now. Good data alone makes this company worth a lot more than where it’s trading at now. We haven’t even been delivered or installed yet. We should see them do some nice PR/IR around this installation building up to the demonstration pilot and data. Good data gives us our first real contract, sales, and adoption by the industry. If that happens these prices will seem like a bargain. “20-30 companies” will move to sales if the data is good. That’s a lot of contracts, but all we need are one or two to make this the home run we’ve always envisioned for this.
Absolutely ZF full respect here, we are 100% on the same team, no worries there at all and I have absolutely no problem with you selling if you want, it's your investment 100%. And, apologies for all the responses, I just didn't have time and responded on different points when I did have time.
However, you are wrong on the point about the institutionals not being able to buy the stock. I'm not talking about institutional firms for the big boards with trillions under management. There is an entire financial industry of small insitutionals and family offices and microcap funds that focus on microcaps and yes stocks under $5.00. In fact, for many of these firms microcap investments are all they do. That is their sole focus. The number of funds and institutions that do this typically have less AUM than the large ones that only do big boards, but I assure you there are plenty of them. Enough to fill a massive conference in NYC anyway. Maxim Group Ltd. is one example if an institutional firm that buys OTC stocks. They can take large stakes in OTC stocks. They took a 49% stake in an OTC stock just a few weeks ago. I can name 5 OTC stocks right now they have taken large stakes in. Look them up. Now, I do NOT want Maxim on QSEP, no way. I don't like how they invest, they gouge the company. I'm not a fan, but that's not really the point here. The point is that there are plenty of firms just like Maxim Group that do this and buy OTC stocks in the market.
And, some of the big board funds/insitutions can and do buy microcaps/OTC stocks as well, but they are far fewer in number. Not all big board firms do it, but there are several that do.
Why do you think QSEP would attend a conference entitled "The Microcap Conference?" Do you think they would have attended that if none of those small institutions/family offices could buy their stock? That would have been a total waste of their time, and pointless. No. They attended that because these people can and do buy these types of stocks everyday. And, there are many more conferences for microcap/nanocap securities that different firms attend. They don't all attend the same one. so there really are many of these types of companies.
I don't agree that it is as an impossible task as you suggest. Imo small insitutions/family offices are already buying QSEP. Imo QS has already been talking directly to a couple of these small insititutions and family offices. That's why I think the stock has gone up so much. I see them in there buying. But stocks don't just go from .05 to $2,00 in a straight line my friend. And no one can, nor should they be expecting that. I think QSEP stock is performing perfectly and dips are natural and we should want them. imo a slow and steady rise is best. QSEP shot up very quickly from .08 to .38 basically is a very short amount of time. It may not be enough for you, but that's an absolutely huge move and a great sign. That's too steep for me, I prefer a slow and steady rise so that sellers (like daily market makers who are short and retail) who think they can get back in won't be able to, and are forced to chase it back up.
Getting the word out to these firms is also not hard. It's as easy as hiring a quality IR firm, the firm does the outreach and will also set meetings with management and institutional firms. QSEP will make the rounds, taking meetings like every other company that does this. There is a whole industry set up just to introduce new/emerging companies to large investors. All QSEP has to do is set the wheels in motion.
But they won't do this until they feel they are ready and have the goods. That's also why them hiring an IR firm and a PR firm could be an important indication of whats to come. Because they likely wouldn't be wasting their money and getting people's attention if they didn't feel the company was about to deliver.
Hey ZF, is that you selling at .28 today? Cause if I know it‘s you maybe I’ll take you out. Lemme know, thx. If it is that means you are basically one of the two sellers right now. If you leave the offer we’ll go right back to .30. I know who the other seller is. Just a shareholder who has no choice. If he leaves the offer we will bust over .30 easily.
Above .30/.32 = dollars
To address your other concerns, sorry was busy trading the market...
I have a ton of confidence and support the stock and management I'm invested in and believe in. I'm not worried about the pull backs, because I KNOW ultimately these are buying opportunities. I don't get scared at the slightest or even largest down tick. I look forward to them, because I know what I own, Most investors don't have a cost basis lower than .25, and if you got scared out at any point below there history shows now you were wrong. Sure we ran to $2.00 but we didn't have anything then. NOW this tech is about to get adopted by the industry. Have confidence, know what you own. I do. Hold tight QSEP family, were at the home stretch right now finally for real this time. Or, you can just sell and miss the boat and live to regret it. Blue pill, red pill. The choice is yours :) Just remember this stock is super thin, and if you want to try to get back in with any size you likely won't be able to.
Let's be strong hands. Not weak hands. Institutions will be needing shares, so why give it to them. 60% of this float or more is locked up in strong hands by a couple groups that aren't selling, and oh yeah they don't need to sell to exercise their warrants. Did I leave that out? Silly me. Yup, almost none of the warrant holders will be selling to exercise their warrants.
This has been a public service announcement from OTC news.
Lol.
ZERO, come on man, the stock just went from .03 to .30, that's 10 times your money! The investors at the conference knew about QSEP as they were buying IN FRONT OF the conference. Things get baked in BEFORE they happen Zero, that's how markets work. The company said the conference went exceptionally well far exceeding expectations. I am 100% confident that as the company progresses and checks developments off their list that these guys will be in the market buying.
As far as ownership of the stock is concerned I have been saying this and keep making the point that these small institutions have already been buying. How do you think we went from sub .10 to .30?? That sure as heck wasn't mom and pop I can guarantee you that.
We literally have ONE or TWO sellers in the market dipping us lower. That is seriously a joke. this stock trades so clean I love it.
Gimme gimme.
Sarcasm Fav. Not meant for you. I was just having some fun. That Kel Varsan and Jason are always so right so I wanted to agree with them.
Sell BARZ it’s going to crash BIG TIME. Going sub .01!!!
Always the best, most thorough, highest quality due diligence from AISI. As always he is spot on and leaves no stone unturned. He reads every word of every filing.
Don't fade him.
Thank you As I See It for focusing on the facts and getting them right. Your insight here is always extremely valued.
If you're going to listen to only one here, As I See It is it.
I think we are going to do well here Sir.
Gimme first, lol. Loading the boat for that multi dollar run.
