This 33 to 36 cent area is key and has always proven tough to get through.
It has been here before but has been slapped down hard by sellers.
A change in tone would be slow accumulation through this level and into the upper 30 cent range or higher where it can form a new base.
The low 20 cent range has been going on for a few years now.
Hopefully the company's improving fundamentals and operational progress is why the stock might move higher and not because some momentum traders get on board for a temporary blip and then sell-off.
I think the company is doing a lot of things the right way, but the stock price suggests otherwise.
Hopefully that will change soon.
Kinda sounds like it is mostly about the K-cups and investors pricing in a high probability that they will be a hit. A big hit. So much so that they will have to expand production and order another k-cup maker or 2 or even 3. I know it's early to predict but I'm cautiously optimistic.

Management owns 74.6%
of the shares outstanding, while another lone shareholder owns 7.8%. So essentially 82.4% of the shares are closely held for now.
It's in the 10k.

He could very well be up 40% if he bought most of his shares around .20 or .21
Very plausible.
I think one was fired from the company and the other is just mentally ill.(Hope he gets better soon.)
And the other finds gainful employment.
I like your insights Rug. Keep 'em coming.
Looks like k-cup machine is up and running and is doing about 212 cups per minute.
They are the only direct seller in the industry with field to cup capabilities, and now the k-cup machine which was just installed just extends their lead in this segment of the business.
They anticipate adding several more k-cup machines as the growth in this business accelerates over the coming years.
Might be a good time to check out Dave Briskie's Facebook page and "friend" him.
Some interesting comments from the CFO, as well as a neat video from CLR Roasters; their coffee division.
The next month or two should prove interesting fellow investors.
The bids are becoming larger, and more numerous.
At some point they should start to eat through some of the larger blocks holding the stock back.
A matter of time now.
This could finally be the year it breaks out.
So what are you trying to say?
Every once in a while the stock will make a trip to around 32 or 33 cents but then head back down to 20 cents.
If it ever breaks out over 35 cents then that would be a wake up call. Otherwise the stock is a snoozer.
This won't go up without a fight. If you are looking for a quick profitable trade, it probably won't happen.
Was not impressed with q4 results. Essentially flat with q3. Should have done much better than that.
I thought you were telling everyone to sell?
Make up your mind.
How much of his own money has Briskie spent since August on YGYI stock?
Answer this please.
What were his mistakes with YGYI since he had no say in how the company was run?
And why is YGYI not successful?
Because the stock price is low?
Is that how you judge success?
Investors might. But the company is finally generating revenues at a level where profits should begin to follow.
That story is only 3 years old and they are finally gaining some traction.
Any long term investment basically starting from a very low level, should be given more than 3 years to succeed.
CVSL is in the same boat, and they can't be judged for another year or two.
You don't know the outcome on any of these companies yet.
And we don't know for sure either. But we see the vision that you lack.
Finally some insight into the thought process, even with a disclaimer at the end.
Cute.
Well there you go.
300 thousand shares for sale at 26 cents.
Must be someone cashing in their compensation.
Maybe someone called in a favor to a Zack's staff writer to get YGYI mentioned a few times.
This way it will be easier to sell all the free shares Youngevity likes to hand out as compensation?
Just creating a little liquidity so the sellers can sell without driving the price down into the teens.
Cool.
Now come and visit the YGYI board please.
Need an your opinion on something.
You don't really like to give a direct response to a direct question do you?
So I will try again. Or will you continue to hide and evade?
Here goes...
So Josh, are you going to tell us in your opinion, whether Youngevity has any value at this level or not?
Not asking for a buy, sell or hold recommendation.
You follow Youngevity very closely so you must have a feel for where they are at this stage in their growth.
It would be helpful to have another opinion that isn't just through the eyes of a shareholder.
Just an honest opinion on whether YGYI can generate enough revenues and income to be a viable long term investment?
What do you think Josh?
This looks like an inexpensive acquisition.
Where's Josh?
I am sure he can spin it another way.
So it looks like the new addition added 68 million dollars in revenue to CVSL?
CVSL was doing 112 million the trailing 4 qtrs. ending in q3 2014, and now they are at 180 million.
How's my math?
Looks like they paid about 5.5 million dollars. (base consideration)
Sound right?
From the following line..."With the addition of Kleeneze, CVSL will include nine companies. The combined trailing 12 month revenue of CVSL and Kleeneze, based upon the most recently reported results, as of September 30, 2014, was over $180 million."
Can we figure out what Kleeneze revenue is?
There's news out.
Anyone here?
Looks like it will be April before we see the next financial report.
"We are proud to report nine consecutive quarters of profitable results and we look forward to announcing our fourth quarter and year-end results at the end of the first quarter."
So are you going to tell us in your opinion, whether Youngevity has any value at this level or not?
Not asking for a buy, sell or hold recommendation.

Shouldn't you be telling him to sell instead of "hang in there"?
Well I am not sure about the chart.
What I am waiting for is the next quarterly, which apparently won't be out till mid March.
Should be a good one though.
Bodhi you have to be a disgruntled former shareholder.
Nobody gets this worked up over a company unless you sold at a loss.
Hope you make it back some where else.
And my apology was sincere. And it's fine that you won't accept it.
You have not been the most civil person either.
Good luck.
Josh won't give his opinion.
Bodhi seemingly is thinking about it now.
But my guess is he won't give an opinion on the value of the stock either.
If they won't or can't, then it's all just a game they are playing.
Before I do that. I believe I made a few personal attacks on you in prior posts, which I apologize for.
As for the research reports, yes, some could deem them to be unreliable and possibly worthless.
G.B.Y.
So what is the stock worth?
What's the upside or the downside in your opinion?
Not asking for a buy or sell recommendation.
Just asking what you think Youngevity is worth?
Do any of the numbers in recent research report, paid for or not, have any merit?
Unless you think the numbers are made up because someone was compensated?
Was the analyst who prepared the report compensated? Because if he was, that would be unethical.
G.B.Y.
If the issue is not whether YOU "like" YGYI or not; than what's the point?
There are more important things in the world to complain about than how a company operates.
We all pay our money and take our chances.
But God bless you anyway.
So I take it you don't like Youngevity?
The coffee business or the MLM side.
That's ok.
That's life.
None of this really matters.
Everyone has issues and we all do what we think is the right thing to do.
But have a great day and God Bless You.
So what did you find "unfair" or "unreasonable" about the report?
How does it or does not coincide with your beliefs?
And what do you think is a fair price for YGYI?
I think it is inexpensive.
Giving your opinion on the stock is just that, an opinion, and I am sure the "lurkers" would appreciate your opinion, which would not be a recommendation one way or another.
Also, analysts are not supposed to be compensated, but any company with coverage usually does business with the covering firm, from the smallest to the mega international corporations.
What is relevant now won't matter tomorrow.
Things change.
Youngevity should be the least of our concerns.
Hope you have a great day Bodhi.
So, God bless you.
It doesn't really matter in the big scheme of things. So all I can say is God bless you Bodhi S.
