I hear they are changing their business model to start designing games for the Atari 1600 game system.
To uplist to QB you need to file with the SEC 2 years of audited fins. To file audited fins you have to file with the SEC an 8k announcing your approved accountant, still waiting for one Q Of audited fins plus the 8k file... Uplist is not happening
Check out this link. At the bottom you will find a PR put out by a company that tiered up. Then look at any other company that tiered up to the QB, you will find the same type PR, 2 years audited fins:

Because a 15 million dollar market cap is appropriate for a company with 55k in annual revenues. Basic stock knowledge. A company deserves to be trading at almost 273x revenues. Shark tank would buy it.

Not sure that accounts for a loaded spring
You mean there is mmj being sold in States all over this nation? There is opportunity for their product to be placed NOW? Sing is failing at this? Some make it sounds like there isn't any business opportunity out there for sing to grab ahold of; you are saying there is and sing is just bad at running their business and the best they can do is tell shareholders to wait till mmj is reclassified? I mean the way some make it sound their products can only be used in the mmj sector. What, it is a product that can be used anywhere? But it is used no where.... Must be a crappy product that no one wants to use regardless of the application.
The thrill is watching how much money this company can spend to "lay ground work" and seeing how little revs that money spent brings in. Spent 500k in dilution money to "lay ground work" last year and only brought in 55k in revs....good money spent if you ask me. But they gave employess over 700k worth of preferred shares for bringiong in that 55k. And the CEO is already converting his preffered shares to dump on the unknowing investor(when it was once said "the ceo would never convert his preffered stock".hahahaha). Big thrills
Quarter 1 2014:Cash $ 293,432
Quarter 2 2014:Cash $ 159,62
Quarter 3 2014:Cash $ 43,304
Where did all that money go? Laying ground work is not an acceptable answer. Two states are active in recreational mmj sales, that much spent on laying ground work would produce way more revs than <70k; unless of course poorly managed. " laying ground work" is a scam phrase used to explain...we spent the money that we diluted the company with but have nothing to show for it.
500k worth of dilution... Where did all that money go?
Let's read the following PR and highlight what are not lies... Debt free with sustainable profitability.. No
500k dilution used to rapidly enter mmj market... No
1.6 in revenues... No
Guess they got the name of the company right, bully for you Greg, keep up the lies, fish are biting
Raises Substantial Investment Capital Toward Rapid Expansion Into Cannabis Markets
PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwired - Apr 8, 2014) - SinglePoint, Inc. (OTC: SING), a state-of-the-art mobile technology and full-service mobile marketing company, announces that its 2013 Annual Report, filed with OTC Markets on March 31st, 2014, exceeded management's revenue expectations with a reported $1.6 million in revenues.
"I was pleased, but not surprised, with the numbers," states SinglePoint™ CEO, Greg Lambrecht. "We've been working effectively to harvest growth in the company in terms of attaining additional clients and workflow, expansion of brand recognition, and formation of valuable strategic partnerships. I am confident that by the end of Q2, the company has a solid chance to become debt-free, and well on its way to sustainable profitability."
In the past few months, since end of 2013, SinglePoint™ has paid down and or settled $100,000 in debt. In addition the Company has raised nearly $500,000 through private investors, which the company intends to use primarily toward expansion into the medical marijuana markets via existing business models and attractive verticals, utilizing management's expertise in distribution and prepaid products.
SinglePoint™ looks to have updates in the coming days with regard to attractive opportunities in Medical Marijuana and Merchant Services sectors.
Yes, just like the boots on the ground campaign that got them no where. Two years of boots on the ground for under 70k in revs is a big old lie to investors. They claimed the last time they diluted they were going to use that money to aggressively enter the mmj sector, big old lie. Where did all that money go? Investor relation salary, consulting payment, website design? Keep lining up the tweets Greg, some people are actually buying your lies.
Too bad other payment services got to the customers before Singleseed. Again another thing they were late to the game with. If they entered the sector at the right time they would have revs of more than 70k; but no, it's like they try to find a business plan where others have already flooded the market and say "hey that sounds like a good idea. We'll just tell people we were the first there and they will believe us. We'll just keep sending out tweets and they'll buy everything we tweet"
Now if sing was only involved in the mmj sector. Having placement of 25 (give or take) cashless atms and a POS Legal420 app doesn't really put them as a strong MMJ player. Think there are other mmj plays that will grab investors other than these stinky pinkies. there are legitimate plays on major markets, too many people got burned down here hoping for paydirt only to get bent over. Under 70k in revs with most of that coming from donations...how much they make in mmj cashless ATMS if most of that<70k was outside the mmj sector?
Notice no buying? Those that bought will get bored with the no pps moving and dump. It will come be patient. The CEO can't even get the name of his website correct, maybe he is spending too much time smoking the kush and converting preferred shares to learn what bussiness model they are currently running. New share holders will realize this company is all about the build up hype with a big plate of under delivering and get in line to dump.
This company spends as little as possible on websites and apps so there is more money to line their pockets with. They just create something in their basement, convert preferred shares, PR the basement creation and sell those converted shares. I mean less them 70k in revs last year; what better way to celebrate than dole out 750k in preferred shares....brilliant. Plus the salary Greg pays himself for investor relations and feeling the company still owes him 49k @ the end of 2014, at least someone is making money off this company, sure isn't the long investor.
Ever wonder why(if this company is such a steal in pps) insiders NEVER buy common shares? I mean if there really was something going on behind the scenes, they would be falling over themselves to aquire as much as possible, instead they are converting preferred shares to dump on the long investor....Duck and Fish for dinner(appitizers tho) Crow is the main menu item
Palladium up $19.00 this morning, 2.55% nice move
Check that, 7min later it is up $25.00, 3.36%. That should add a boost to pps
Plus put in the recent filling that the company still owes him 49k.... Amazing
OTCQB is the Venture Stage Marketplace with Current Reporting Companies. Companies are required to report to a US regulator such as the SEC or FDIC
Sing reports to neither of these, and to report to the SEC you need a FINRA accountant, which had to be announced in an 8k filled with the SEC
Look at any company that had tiered up, you will find a PR like the following (omitted the company name to avoid tos violation) 2 years of audited fins are required:
is the creator of proprietary software with installations worldwide , today announced that it has initiated its uplist process to the OTCQB since posting its financial audit for the Company's 2012 and 2013 year-ends.
With the completion of the audited financial statements, the Company is now filing to become fully reporting. The Board of Directors has elected to file a Form 10 registration statement under the Securities Exchange Act, which automatically becomes effective 60 days after the filing with the SEC, at which point the Company will be fully reporting.
Yes, who knew they were lying thru their teeth. If they were serious about the uplist, wouldn't at least one Q have been audited this last year? To tier up you would need 8 Qs of audited fins; oh and to file an 8k announcing the accountant. They claimed their paper work was in order, it can't be without audited fins... Another lie

SING 2013 Q4 reported revenue of $494,429. Due to the seasonal nature of a part of their business structure(Donations), I am hopeful SING beats Q3 Rev numbers and match or beat q4 2013 Revenue number.
I am also expecting expenses to be significantly less in 2014 from 2013.
$SING
His did that work out? Expenses doubled, revs were 1.6 million less
That's because leaffly was a month by month contract. They realized they were late to the game in this sector so it didn't behoove them to keep buying ad space from leafly. So no they didn't start working with leafly, they bought ad space from them.
You are correct it wasn't a sing product but it was sings attempt at marketing, hence another business model. Just as donate by text is not a sing product, but for some reason they now claim it as a sing product?!? Weird and very misleading; misleading like claiming donations they took in as revenue.
Wow did you notice the rise in operating expenses? Holy cow almost doubled year over year. How does a company do less than 70k in revs but spend over 1.4 million. I had heard a rumor that operating expenses were dropping... Guess that was a false rumor
lets check the time line of business models....donation software>paybytext>legal 420 app>cashless atms>golf cart drink girl app>PGA event app>smokeless vapes>geolocation app...can't wait for whats next. All of that and 75k in revs for a whole year. &%
75k in revs surely justifys 750k in class A stock to employees...Good job fellas..Keep up the subpar work
i go to either website and neither is a geolocation site. one is nothing ommy.com and oomy.com is a desktop organizer. Stay tuned this may be the last we hear of the app...that is usually how greg rolls. i like the natural gas app idea the best
How do you arrive at a $15million market cap for a company that had 75k for revs in 2014 plus operating expenses of 1.4 million?
I did a search for geolocation apps and found many out there. Apps produced by companies with more known name than Singlepoint. The app is a POS, like someone said, it looks like a second grader out it together. A Fluff PR is bringing in new investors(sells out number the buys by 10 fold wouldn't call that accumulation call that dumping), that is just more investors to bring the pps down one they wake up and dump.... Stock is down 70% in the last year... plenty more to go. Way over valued with a market cap of over 3 million and only 75k in revs for 2014..... Correct, do your own DD. Look at all the PRs put out by this company then see if any of them came true or are still part of their business model. Company made less than 75k last year but have employees over 700k work of preferred stock.... Something fishy
Yes with revs under 75k for the year a 15 million market cap is justified. This companies market cap shouldn't be over 500k, so about 1/7th of where it is at. I mean their payout to employees beat the revs by 10 fold....
I was referring to palladium spot price going up as much as platinum spot price
exactly; they were claiming the money they brought in as donations as part of their gross revenues. Filed unaudited fins, why do that if the uplist was real? geolocation app? how many of those are availiable? And companies with a much more known name than Singlepoint offer them. Everybody got scammed. under 75k in revs with a 1.4million operating expense? Wow
I agree. Didn't say i wanted it to reach the price of platinum, said i wanted it to move like platinum
wish it was moving like platinum
palladium up $11.00
Nothing like being late to the game on yet another venture. Do a search for geolocation apps and find how many there are..... can't believe this stock is going up for that fluff...wait for the end of the day dump
Actually they switched from gross revenues to net revenues, meaning the previous Qs they counted the donations received as part of the gross revenues( but they have to give those donations to the client that contacted their service) what the company acutally brought in is net revenues...they were pencil whipping previous Qs
But did you notice the rise in operating expenses? holy cow
Wait for the dump...it will come
Did I read them revenues correctly? Unaudited at that? Not even 100k for the year? What happened to all the six sigma revenue? Don't even show it for last year.... Is this the curtain being pulled back to show the little man behind it? Operating expense of 1.4 million, almost double last year? Have to admit, this don't look right. Duck and fish for dinner, but the main course is steamy crow.
SingleSeed Payments ads on Leafly started August 1, 2014and have already produced a substantial amount of unique visits to the recentlylaunched SingleSeed.com
I said a portion of their business, not all, is seasonal. Donations being the seasonal part. Q4 not out yet as it is donation season....Revenues already increasing quarter after quarter with out the donations income of q4. Awesome!
