Hey thanks guys. I certainly will if I have something to add to the conversation. Truthfully I've been trying not to watch too close these last couple of months.
But you guys along with ero, Z, lasers and others have talked me down off the ledge a few times without even knowing it. So cheers for that.

Could not agree more Phil.
I have been long since early 2013 and can only give an opinion on Punit based on my observations thus far. But I have to agree with TJ, Ahab and others and was compelled to post.
The role of a Leader is to attract, organize and motivate the best and brightest towards a common goal. Not to mention make sure everyone plays nice in the sand box. And in my opinion he is doing just that. You cannot do that without the respect of all involved. So to me that is mute point.
Him being active on Twitter... Just a sign of the times, get with it. I like knowing our CEO is. Blogging? same story. Just so happens that these are also effective and far reaching means of communication. So we as shareholders should be happy about that and take each post/tweet for what it is on a case by case basis. Dismissing some, dissecting others.
As far as motivation, success, other initiatives Cancer Positive etc. Looks to me like his personal interests and causes align with his business and professional goals too. That's a powerful combination in my mind.
Lastly what does him coming from a wealthy family have to do with his ability to lead? Throwing that out there like it is a negative only makes you sound bitter for some reason or another.
I will agree with you here:
My first impression was in line with your thought below.
"phase 2 is going well and they want to quickly try it against cancer and get some data to add IL-12 to the HPV phase 3."
But in regards to your next thought. If it's believed that IL-12 is necessary for VGX-3100 to be successful, would a phase 2 redo be absolutely required? Or could we move forward as long as it meets certain end points? Thanks.
I agree risk reward is nice here IMO. My opening position was in at .44 a little while ago. I'm thinking about doubling down here. You think .34 will hold or should wait and see if it tests .31 again?
Long term I know it won't matter much. But I would like to average down as much as possible while I still can.
I can not believe you might be right... What do we make of this action?
Agreed. That, plus new institutional investors will surely help stabilize the PPS for the next leg up. You think they want $16 million worth of shares in order to sell .10 later? I think not.
As far as the discount... If I was coming with $16 mill I'd be looking for a discount too. And not uncommon in the small cap bio world.
We will be back in the .80+ in no time.

Interesting stuff.
IMO I have a hard time seeing it drop much below $2.90-3.00. The big players that were able to get in on that secondary now have a vested interest in keeping this above that level wouldn't you think?
Thanks for the TA.
Wow great post! Thanks for kick starting my DD. Going to dip my toe in long while I continue to research.
Thanks!
Nice interview with the CEO and CMO of ONCS.
Good read and insight for Investors of both INO and ONCS in regards to the potential of Electroporation .
http://seekingalpha.com/article/1976061-oncosec-executives-talk-electroporation-pdminus-1-checkpoint-inhibitors-and-the-unmet-need-in-immune-oncology
Anybody else think that this little bump in INO pps today is due to the positive interim results ONCS released this morning? Another study validating electroporation.
OncoSec Medical Announces Positive Interim Data from Phase 2 Study of OMS-I100 in Metastatic Melanoma
Prolly not much that a lot of longs here don't already know. But a new article yesterday mentioning INO and ELectroporation.
http://www.investing.com/analysis/four-alternative-cancer-picks-185442
Long INO and ONCS.
Yes thanks for that correction. I just copied and pasted right out of the transcripts.
Wouldn't want to confuse anyone though.
Kim says INO-1400 will be going into clinical studies next year.(see previous link) At which point we could already have VGX-3100 phase II results and potentially additional partnerships.
Perhaps 2014 will be an epic year as well.
This statement from the conferences jumped out to me From Dr. Kim
"INO-1400 is a new product. We just published our non-human primate data in a recently published general paper. This is targeting the HAART antigen which is prevalent in 85% of all cancers. So this is potentially a universal cancer therapy. If we can show an efficacy of this drug in our first targets which are breast and lung cancers we could potentially see and develop and own a universal cancer therapy that can treat up to 85% of our cancer."

I can see the main stream media really giving this one wings once they PR the initiation of clinical studies.
Completely agree. Nice breakdown and the reason I sold all but 500 shares last week. This recent batch of turmoil just validates that decision to bail. IMO
Thanks for these.
I was wondering the same thing, looked into it and came to the conclusion that we are still all good.
Check my last post #1332 a few hours ago for some supporting links.
However Doglover correctly pointed out that if we fall below $2 all bets are off.
Bounced off that level once today. We'll see how it plays out.
Current drop in share price should have no effect on ability to uplist.

If new management is sharp (and corporate governance issue is cleared up) Perhaps they decided to adjusted their timelines to something more practical, enabling a more slow and steady PPS growth into the future. Then follow up with an uplisting announcement to soften the blow.
Just my own opinions and speculations of course.
Please let me know if I am missing something about the uplisting requirements.
The sentence below is what jumped out the most to me after reading the article you posted. The more schools using this tech the more ONVO will be mentioned in connection with their published research and subsequent breakthroughs (hopefully).
"Also last month, it forged an important partnership with Springfield, VA-based Methuselah Foundation, in which the regenerative medicine-focused public charity said it would commit to funding research at major academic institutions that use Organovo's proprietary NovoGen bioprinting technology."
Future looks good for ONVO.
Even better response.
Great response.
Anybody think yesterday's EOD sell off was due to people booking profits for the end of the month? Then jumping back in today as to not miss the next leg up.
It took 30 days for ONVO to announce its uplisting after the press release your referring to. Should we expect the same time frame here with NVIV? That would be 30 days after they resolve the "corporate governance issue" whenever that is.
Trying to gage how long we're going to be treading water for here.
What do we make of this?
