Trying to understand here
...you're saying someone in the Texas judicial system intentionally mislead them?
Wouldn't an actual attorney have been able to determine their physical presence was mandatory?
And then what? It's Peter and support staff.
It's still a shipping/cruise business (I think), and Peter IS the company.
Plus, there are 2 more suits after Texas.
So, can peter present any new evidence tomorrow?
Was there more to the summary judgement against Peter other than the fact he didn't show for the hearing?
In other words, were the merits of the case even considered?
Sorry, but without news of revs this continues on the same merry path as the last 6 months. Peter is still paying for his past blunders.
People gonna buy 2's and 3's and then sell at 3's and 4's.
At the end of the day investors want profits. Being a baseball fan, the analogy is to compare a singles hitter vs a home run hitter. You can score the same profit by hitting singles over and over as you can from occasionally (rarely) hitting a home run. (Flipper vs long term investor).
Nothing.
Yes, it was announced that signing was to occur last month.
Agreed.
Until revenue news, this is still a flippers play.
Bingo.
Until verifiable ongoing revenue is proven, it will remain a flippers paradise.
They have come a long way on the IR front, and now they need to show progress on the business side.
I think a pr now would be much better.
If news was big, investors would be lining up to buy all they can, and sells would be insignificant.
It would also kill the flipping, which I feel kills every rally we have had.
IMHO.
It's funny how legit concerns are often contorted to mean bashing.
When did investing come to mean sticking your head in the sand? It's our money, and every investor has the right to ask questions about there investments.
Too funny!
I still maintain we are looking at the results of months and months continued flipping...not shorts.
Investors still not believing...so they ride a wave up...sell, wait for the dips and buy back. Been this way since last July.
Divy is nice, and the potential contract is nice, but sooner or later they need to demonstrate progress in ways other than investor relations.
I see a lot of venom directed at flippers.
The real question isn't "why would anyone flip?", but rather should be "why wouldn't you flip"?
I've been in this stock for 8 trying months, and this stock is by definition "ground hogs day".
Through every unfulfilled pr and every change in corporate structure, the one common denominator has been "what goes, comes down, and then goes up. Like clockwork.
Strategic flipping has proven to be only successful play. The goal is to make money....correct?
So, are you the smartest guy in the room to hold really really long, or the most naive?
Time will tell, but clearly, flippers are waaaayyyyyy ahead here.
Run a daily going back 8 months...you decide.
Nice to see a shipping company with ships! Been a while since we discussed anything other than lawsuits, divys, corporate transitions and re-inventions, and mergers. Quite refreshing.
Lots of geat things happening very quickly!
The following information might be related to the $250 million contact PVEC signed last month but has yet to disclose.
Effective April 13, 2014, government stops lithographic printing of NOAA nautical charts

Also, on March 21 we should get a resolution on the Texas court case.
PVEC
Wondering that also. I remember residuals being part of the equation also. Has anyone heard anything?
Bring it!
Ummmm....what happens to this stock if the contract doesn't happen?
Seems all the eggs are in the one basket.
People keep saying read the charts in PVEC.
IMHO the charts are meaningless here.
Atdf has this on chill...
Agreed. Looking for a boost very soon.
Good question.
Or better yet, packaged with additional news
Exactly.
Added. Nice volume thus far!
Give it time.
Facebook is now perfectly acceptable.
Smaller piece of a much bigger pie.
Win for shareholders.
Admitting conjecture?
Based upon what I read, they are making great strides. So it's clear the revenue from the sale isn't just lining Cyril's pockets.
This was good for the company, therefore good for shareholders.
It's a small company in need of cash to grow. I have no issue selling stock to create growth.
Not all dilution is bad.
It's progress. Turnarounds take time.
Like watching paint dry.
Not sure how anyone can discern anything from this chart.
All these 100 share trades skew it beyond anything readable.
What services exactly would they perform?
I read something about a print on demand service for the charts.
Are you sure when he said HP he wasn't talking about Agilent technologies? They are an HP spin off which does manufacture semi conductors.
We should be good this week.
It's good the pps held up with all the dilution.
I am as well. This stock is amazingly resilient.
If the volume holds...
10s are gone and no vert. Perhaps a run today??
Very confident vert will leave soon. That's when the pr's will come and pps rises significantly. IMHO.
