I agree tomorrow sounds like a good day to start a position. I'm going with UNG tho for less risk. MAYBE we see 2.70 tomorrow.
I am quick to admit I am new to the silver world, but out of all the charts (oil, gold, and US dollar) it seems like the price of silver trades with a very close inverse correlation with the U.S. Dollar. Silver lost most of its value this year when the dollar was gaining strength. I know this is probably obvious to a lot of investors here.
But if this is true, we should take a closer look towards where the U.S. Dollar is going in 2015. From what I read most analysts believe we will see further strength in the dollar in 2015. So it seems quite possible to me that silver can see further weakness? Or am I just scratching the surface?
Happy new year everyone. Anyone want to make a prediction for EFOIs stock price to close the end of 2015?
I'm calling for $8.50 as a stable price. Wouldn't be surprised to see several moves over $10 this year.
A main reason is because the stock price is now $4 and not $16 like last year so for every 4 shares traded today in volume it would've only been 1 share traded a year ago.
Would have to go under $2- probably Nat gas would have to go to $2
I'm strongly considering buying some silver on JM billion today. They have a sale for only .85c above spot
Yeah props to whomever said UGAZ will never hit $10 again when it was at 9.20 a month back. It might happen-but more then likely UGAZ won't see double digits unless it has a reverse split.
UNG play it LONG
What's your catalyst for silver to make a run any time soon?
If you are a long term bull on Nat gas for future exporting possibilities you should consider UNG. No decay
These are never peaceful stocks.. Today's move is all speculation with investors trying to pick a bottom and $3 Nat gas. But if we don't see weather under 20 this winter it won't go very high. I am in UNG because I want to sleep at night. Small position too, I actually like playing the oil bounce more, I like BNO at $22
It's great that it's going higher, but it hardly makes sense, really fundamentals hardly make sense anymore. It's all fear and greed on Wall Street. CNBC was talking about Nat Gas going to $2.50 on Friday. .16c up in Nat gas today, not bad!
That would be sweet! Should shoot up next earnings report
Nat gas would have to go over $6 for UGAZ to go to $20. You better go smash the natural gas storage units if you plan on that happening lol
I told that dude to not get too excited. The United States basically controls the commodity markets, and for now they want nat gas to go lower.
I wouldn't get to excited the futures are only up .019c. That's less then 3% move in UGAZ and can easily move when real players come in tomorrow.
About 30% lower not OIL to go to $10. Which would be about $40 WTI. Could happen but pretty unlikely. I like BNO over OIL, but the market seems to be balancing. I'm hoping for one more drop lower to see WTI at $50 and Brent at $55. That's when it's best to buy.
Just read an article in Bloomberg saying Nat Gas $2.50 puts going crazy These buyers of puts are either crazy or the Nat gas market is about to go to poop.
What's the next support line for Nat gas? Is it $2.90?
Just got a lot of silver for Christmas.. Looking to accrue more but it's hard for me to truly understand the underlining causes of the price of silver besides the basic concepts like inflation etc
I think I'm entering a position in UNG so I don't miss this bounce, but of coarse if it is going to $2.50 like some say at least UNG is 1X Nat Gas price and not 3X like UGAZ
Go ahead and short it and we will see who wins.
I see that those two big orders were on the sell side. But of coarse for every seller there's a buyer.
You need money to fill orders. Equity is one way to go. Not like 9M outstanding shares is that many.
Can someone post the link for Feb Nat gas future price? For some reason I can only find Jan15 and March 15
Looks like that big player stepping in at 7.30 last friday knows what he's doing--NOT
Bloomberg has the futures contracts at 3.32 right now, down 4.13%. For UGAZ that's about 15% loss to open tomorrow unless my source is incorrect.
I wouldn't be able to sleep at night putting 25% of my money in a stock, especially ugaz
Mb I accidentally clicked submit. It's just an option to apply for more money from stock. They have not announced needing it yet. And they won't need it unless they have something huge happening. They will use the cash wisely, so just because there's going to be more shares doesn't mean this company is still worth only 48M and the stock price will go down.
It's just an Option to exercise the
Whenever they need money they are guaranteed sales which should equal more profit. It's too bad to see you go but I hope you stick along the board to see how it unfolds
I wouldn't consider touching the sell button. The only reason EFOI 'may or may not' exercise their stock funding is if they need money. They will only need money if they need to fill some serious orders, because we're already breaking even, so we're not just bleeding money anymore. I see this as a big opportunity because they see the growth
Feb 2015 nat Gas contract currently at 3.53, down 15c. Change in % is 3.9% and multiply it by 3 for our leveraged fund and the stock should be down 12%. -- about 7.50 fair value right now. March calls are early for ugaz but looking at 3.47.
Looks like another secondary offering, this time 25M in cash
What is a stock shelf?
Is there signs of warmer weather showing out? Oil is up today, so Nat gas isn't trading with that.
There's the 3.50 I was looking for. Planning on buying today, downside from 3.55 is limited.
I would agree with basically everything you said. I'm seeing the next earnings report of around 8.5M in sales with a slight positive EPS and then the management forecasting 10M in sales for 1Q2015. That would be enough to go to $9 or $10 IMO. It seems they are bankable for 10M in sales per quarter in 2015, at least through the first half.
I wish the management would step in and buy some shares. I know they already own a lot, but why not more if they know where their headed?
I'm hoping the selling is from the couple investment firms that bought millions of shares at $4.50 and are fine with a small gain. If they are the sellers, they should be running out of shares to sell soon. I agree anything under $5 should be gobbled up.
Does anyone know if UGAZ is 100% in January options or Feb options or a mixture of both?
I'm buying tomorrow under $5 today's action with the move is silly. This will run to $7 by next earnings. Anyone know when the 5.9 mil contract will be finished?
