Yeah Joeylynn, They seem to have everything covered on their end but are missing the two most important aspects on our end, the payment amount/information and the wiring information needed to pay us (routing and account number stated in section 5.8). The Escrow Wiring Information Form does not ask for routing and account number in order to wire us the money. I’m not being negative; I’m just looking for honest answers. Please pass along if you receive any information on this. I will do the same.
In the the Return To Treasury Agreement some of received last night, it says in 1.1, “the Shareholder hereby sells and surrenders the Shares in exchange for payment in such amount also identified on the signature page (“Payment”)”. There is not (“Payment”) information or “payment in such amount” on the signature page. I emailed Lans to get clarification on this as well.
I agree, but it definitely seems fishy to leave off that very important detail.
Do you agree the payment information needs to be on the agreement?
I don’t see it anywhere and I don’t like it either. How do agree to something you don’t know the terms of?
How many of the 1400 have gotten the email confirmation from step 1? Surely, he/she should have been able to get through some of them in the last few days.
So how do we make money on this, since that is reason for the interest?
I’m with you. I’ve held the prove it mentality for a while. I’ll believe it if I see it.
My big issue is the contradicting expectations provided. The repurchase is expected in July, very close, soon, shortly, asap, a day or two, week or two…..etc. Then when it doesn’t happen as quickly as they say they expect it to, people get frustrated, and they say, it’s never been done before so please be patient. Well then, don’t set the expectations of it being ready to go. The timing expectations come from management. I just hope it’s not intended to create excitement, in an attempt to generate volume, because that has and will not happen. Only acting on the repurchase will do that.
Agreed. Let’s just get it done and move forward.
They will if/when the repurchase is a %100 certain and money starts rolling out.
This has been a sad joke for a long while.
They were very close in July/Aug/Sept/October….. zzzzz
Facts…. A bunch of broken promises
So the 71 days didn’t really mean 71 days? Where is the repurchase?
“Hey XXXX, 71-day deadline is the SEC requirement. We hope it doesn’t take that long. We do obviously have the high-end financials (couldn’t do the deal without them). But the deeper details of converting them from a cash business to accrual and then of course, the fun part of forensic auditors with all their deep dive questions. That will take some time. Any news that we can share before then, we will…
GSCG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Meso Numismatics Inc
Thank you,
Investor Relations
Meso Numismatics Inc
Stock Symbol MSSV”
Repurchase and amended 8-k have failed to be delivered. Promises mean very little with no follow through. Facts…..
I don’t believe them, nor am I buying shares. I don’t like being lied to, so I will be here to speak on the non-follow through of promised actions until the end.
In my opinion, the three updates over the summer were deceitful and created false hope. Unless they were 99.9% sure the repurchase was ready to kick off, they should not have posted they expected to commence in July/soon/shortly, and all the other false hope language they used. They posted it, not the lawyers, so don’t blame others. ACCOUNTABILITY
Honesty is what we want, not hope, not positivity, not negativity…. just honesty.
Giving false hope is cruel. How many delays before all hope is lost? There was hope for July, then August, then September, then October…. Now It’s November, what’s the new date for hope?
Plenty of reliable sources out there that discuss shady market makers that short heavy and their posters. Again, I’m not interested. Best of luck to you on your watching.
Lol. What are you trying to convince me of? And why? I’m not interested.
Sure they do. And “ Understanding what percentage of any particular stocks daily volume is short is extremely important in understanding the level of manipulation occurring on that particular security. Market Makers are shorting small OTC companies in increased frequency.”

I’m not a dirty MM or a poster for them.
Lolololol. So defensive. I wonder why.
Agree to disagree. I know it happens. You know it doesn’t.
Lol. It’s risky for retailers but easily done with certain brokers.
Not that I like him but:
https://www.timothysykes.com/blog/how-to-short-penny-stocks/amp/
As we’ve stated multiple times, there is no volume, low float, no shares currently available to short MSSV for your average retailer. MMs different story. Other penny tickers different story (including LAHO prior to suspension). Shorting pennies is prevalent as I’m sure you are well aware
IB, Suretrader, etc… dirty MMs
Bagholders and shawty. I’m repping with my fellow bagholders.
I don’t need tinfoil. I need the company to follow through on their word, communicate with their shareholders, be honest, show integrity… You know, be ethical, but I know that’s crazy talk.
Good call. Some would have you believing anything under .20 is a steal, .16s won’t last very long, LAHO money was to be distributed before closing, run up into closing, soon/shortly is a day or two / then week or two, fins are an upcoming catalyst to posted by the end of 10/28, people will follow the money rolling in here, .50-1.00 pps should have been here undoubtedly, etc……
In the past, you posted your opinions as if they were facts (WILL/guarantee/100% certain). That is the problem.
So the post wasn’t “all in my opinion of course”. Just partially in your opinion.
Another opinion I’ll come back to in a month to see how it transpired.
Looking forward to that .50-$1.00 pps.
Lol. Your opinions have been so far off. Nice try
“The repurchase of Laho shares WILL happen but I agree the Mssv pps will struggle or bounce in this range until it does. But know that another 8k/a will drop with GSCG financials which is another catalyst for price movement. There is no reason why Mssv won’t hit .50-$1.00 in the near future. All my opinion of course.”
That last line is why I thought it was your opinion.
Awesome opinion, “ The repurchase of Laho shares WILL happen”
Thanks. So nothing new. Same old bullshit excuses to buy time. Blame it on the “vendors”.
