Please comment on the recent appointment of 3 PROLIFIC people to the board of directors. Why would people of this stature CHOOSE to be on the board of a company when they have VERY LIKELY conducted extensive DUE DILIGENCE to satisfy themselves that their good names would not be adversely affected.
Please comment on the value of Lawful Intercept.
Please comment on the value of the other patents pending in the portfolio, once granted.
This is why I am invested in VPLM.
Evidently not, but Colin Tucker and his fellow board members clearly are - Let me see, whose opinion do I place more faith in? I wonder who? hmmm.....
So what do you think Colin Tucker is doing on the board?
Yes, the company COULD release press releases to talk about possible valuation, and they could have conference calls, but why should they?
Apparently, they are spending their time and resources getting the IP issues (RBR and MG) resolved with the USPTO, and have brought on 2 board members with excellent credentials and reputations.
Based on my experience with small cap companies, the ones that tout their value are often the least valuable....
On another note, the chart for VPLM is looking interesting, to me at least....like it's poised for another major move, one way or the other....
I am NOT an expert chartist, but it looks like a pennant, which typically indicates a "continuation" of the recent trend (which has been up)....
Any other folks here want to weigh in on how the technicals look...?
(While we wait...)
Nothing has changed. VOIP Pal HAS LI and Mobile Gateway. RBR looks extremely promising. We have new board members, one of whom is a rock star in this sector.
If VPLM is going to generate interest in their technology, they got mine...
Why does a stock need to be " propped up" if the primary aim of the company is to sell the IP ?
Please explain
I don't really understand why the "frustration" with the company. They are executing by getting the patent(s), getting GREAT board members, testing the LI, and generating interest in their IP. To boot the stock is up nicely since the first of the year.
What's the problema?
Yes, of course, you are right...and that's why Tucker decided to lend his credentials to VPLM.
Don't you think that a man of his experience in Telecommunications has done his due diligence?
my gracious...
Here's a significant time and date
May 6, when Tucker joined the board
As we sit here at nearly 8 cents, it makes "sense" to take minute and re-cap where we were and where we are today.
Since January, the company has achieved a number of milestones
LI has been GRANTED and ISSUED.
RBR is being "negotiated" with the patent office. Obviously, until ISSUED, it is an unknown, but based upon the way the patent office is interacting with Voip Pal it's far more positive than it would be if they were outright going to deny allowance
LI has been DEMONSTRATED
2 key board members have been added, especially Dr. Tucker. If you don't know who he is, do a google search on him and ask yourself if a man of this caliber would lend his name and expertise to something that wasn't first class.
It is true that the company has issued more shares, but without using the company's stock to pay for its operation and legal fees, where would we be?
Remember where the share price was in January? (I do)
The dilution will not matter if the company is able to monetize its intellectual property.
My bet is on the company.
TBTJ
Te addition of Tucker to the board is very impressive....
could not agree more. A strong board is an important asset.
The closing bid/ask was .093 x .099. The late print is not significant. Often, MM's print late to get their books "flat" on the day....
This was an excellent day for VPLM. I am very pleased.
A pleasant evening to all
I posted this on April 18, a reminder
Any shareholder has to be prepared for a great deal of volatility. Small caps are notorious for massive price swings as market makers often can manipulate the price to suit their needs and induce selling...
However, the fact remains that LI is valuable property....
Luck to all longs
I agree. The company needed money to make itself VALUABLE.
Mission accomplished, apparently....
As much as I share your concern about the # of shares, the company has ZERO revenue, and must finance itself, including the legal expenses through the sale of shares. I'm not ever thrilled about dilution, but what alternative do they have?
I agree. all I needed to know about was the need for LI and the patent being granted...Sounds simplistic, but that's really how I based my decision to invest....
are those after the market buys? Or late reported trades? How can one tell???
prove it
Start with " a lot"
Start with " a lot"
Start with " a lot"
When browsing the various VOIP related publications, it is easy to see why the industry is so interested in Legal Intercept. Clearly it is not a "catch all", but can anyone doubt the vast importance and application possibilities for the technology? I think that is why the stock continues to perform well, and the company is getting noticed....
Remember, these patents are worldwide, and there are MANY countries that have a far lower tolerance for protecting privacy than we may have....LI is a valuable tool...

However, if the company is interested in selling the assets, the share price isn't the key, the overall offer is. The share structure only matters if you are trying to go out and do a capital raise and can't attract certain investors when the stock is a penny stock...
That does not appear to be the case here, IMHO
I don't see how you can say that management is NOT interested in the PPS. The stock has had a GREAT RUN in the last 4 months, and they have been diligent in dealing with their IP which is the main event, here.
Methinks you expect too much.
I've been a buyer, based on my belief in the value of LI and RBR. Nothing has changed that belief, especially now that the "patent lien" issue has been resolved, based on the USPTO website. VOIP is too important a technology going forward...as the solar people say, it is a "disruptive technology" in that it "disrupts" the traditional models (land lines). In this day and age, the ability to monitor VOIP for security reasons is obvious. Of course, there are NO SURE THINGS. But I like our odds.
I have to differ. The stock has been performing very well. From a chart perspective, we just formed a nice base from the recent move to .055 and the retracement and now broken the downtrend. The stock acts very well for an OTC issue.
The patents news has generally been excellent.
and what has been made public is very positive info if you're a shareholder....
and the recent cleaning up of the patent issue is a help, also
Long and strong...
The patent issue apparently is resolved

All back to VPLM
Great news!
interesting to note that CNN is discussing the possible Saudi ban on Voice Over IP protocol due to security concerns. Would be fantastic to hear the mainstream media discussing LI technology as a viable solution to the security issues.....
