An RS means something, it just doesn't have an immediate effect on the market cap. Market cap is a common way to define a company's value. The calculation is:
outstanding shares x price of stock
In am RS there are fewer shares, but the price of them rises....at least temporarily
The 8K clearly says 2 billion o/s so I'm confident in my market cap calculation.
The market cap is $200,000 based off 2 billions shares at .0001
That's hard to argue against since it's a standard financial equation
The 8-K says 75% to ezticket, 20% to Alexander and 5% to existing shareholders. It mentions it in the first few lines. These numbers are supposed to be post split proportions, so that RS doesn't matter.
I have no idea what to value EZTicket at without and financials, but anything over $4million and our shares are worth more than they are to. I realize there are lots of ifs, but that seems to be the clearest interpretation of the 8-K I can come up with.
From what I gather of the 8K, current shareholders would get 5% of the new company. That's a small portion, but if the valuation of the EXTicket company hits $20 million then our share would be worth $1 million. Right now at .0001 with 2 billion outstanding shares we have a $200,000 valuation so we would be at five times our current value. Full disclosure: I'm pulling that $20 million dollar valuation out of the air. Any guess at the EZTicket market cap is pure speculation at this point. Thoughts?
1,250 share trade went through at .001
L2 shows only one MM at 1. Looks like a retail trade. Let's hope for some volume and some 2s today!
1s almost gone?
More insight from our grammar-impaired financial analyst. Yay.

1.8 million share trade after hours...strange.
Maybe someone sold shares off the market to get them off of their books
This is a strange stock with a relatively low O/S for a .0001 price
Could be a run coming someday
Calling the top at .0002, huh? Daring call....
I already own a butt-load...rest assured I'll be sitting pretty when this runs like it should
$$MNVN$$
MNVN L2 says just over 35 million shares on the ask at .0001
Some will tell you that there are more shares hidden at that price but they are only guessing...
That's about $3500 dollars in total. Chump change that could get taken out at any moment.
This'll run big someday
$mnvn$
"Always looks at facts" is a bit of a stretch. As I've already pointed out, speculation is a huge part of you analysis. I'm aware that shares available at different prices don't always show up on L2. Are you aware that you spend hours and hours every week typing negative speculation about a stock you claim to have a long position in? Shenanigans.
I mean that it's highly speculative to suggest there's still a billion shares at .0001 when the L2 only shows about 90 million. Doesn't seem to make much sense for a guy who claims to be long the stock to say something like that on the board. Shenanigans.
This is a highly speculative statement. Shenanigans.
300 shares at .0001
Very strange
That's a 3 cent trade
The share price is ugly
The volume is ugly
The O/S is ugly
But something tells me this could run someday
Definitely a lot of chatter for a stock at no-bid with 0 volume. It's a stock that behaves strangely for sure. One of the reasons I've stuck around.
Ho Ho Ho!
You may have been right about some things. Certainly the price has gone down these past few years while you've posted bearish sentiments. On the other hand, you were wrong when you suggested that a "skinny emerges from bankruptcy" headline caused the run last April. You were also wrong the time you suggested that the preferred shares would take over the company, when in fact Skinny has no preferred stock. You were wrong when you implied that no institutional investors would show any interest, when in fact four different institutional investors bought SKNYQ stock in Q3 2014. You're also wrong to suggest that you know much about the company's fundamentals since they haven't reported earnings in more than two years. You're also wrong to suggest a company that exiting bankruptcy is saddled with debt. In fact, bankruptcy proceedings are meant to provide debt relief and Skinny's case was likely no different. Couple that with all your contradictions and exceedingly negative speculation, and one might conclude that you could end up wrong about this stock in the end. My old man likes to say, "people are right, right up until the moment they're wrong." The most important call to get right is the last call. Seeing as how we paid off all our secured debt and our shell is clean and we have a reported O/S under a billion shares, we might just be acquired buy another company located in West Conshohocken. Who knows? Not me, and also, not YOU!
What makes you so sure it'll be years before it's removed from the account and that you won't be able to sell it? I mean, I'm willing to grant, that it's possible you might be correct. We really don't know. For all we know we could end up merging with some wholesaler nutritional website or something. Perhaps someone from the old neighborhood. Our shell should be squeaky clean post BK.
Any fan of Donald Rumsfeld or the Socratic method would agree that there are too many unknown unknowns, and the self doubt can be a virtue.
My shares still show up in my etrade account. Hope they get replaced with reissued shares soon!
So we're happy the merger was canceled, cause it was a bad deal, right?
.0000
Anyone know what's going on?
Yeah. Lol.
Patience grasshopper, this sleeping giant may still yield healthy returns for its investors.

SKNYQ$$$
You had the chance to "escape" when there was a huge bid at the price you said that you bought in at(.0001), yet you claim you're holding for a double at .0002, which I imagine you must assume is unlikely to come, seeing as how "this POS is worthless."
Doesn't make much sense. Do you believe there's a chance for retail to get out at 2? That sounds like the way your playing this. If so, then you believe this could be a doubler from these levels! I hope so too! We're a couple of MNVN bulls. If you don't think it's likely, then you are foolish for not getting out at 1 when you had the chance.
Lots of irrational behavior and contradictions abound.
Keep posting all that negative blather. Waste your energy bashing a stock you allegedly own.
So hard at work making sure nobody interprets any information about this stock positively. Heaven forbid the price rise. You wouldn't let that happen. At least not yet.
So you saying it's not true that BOI gave us 47 million shares in its company? It's not true they agreed to assume $438,880 in debts? It's not true that BOI is currently trading at .82 CAD? Which part did I get wrong?
So you're saying we own 47 million shares of a stock that is selling at nearly a dollar per share, and that company took on nearly a half million dollars of our debt?? Sounds like great news to me. We should be at .004 by now.

Janney Scott, an institutional investor from Philadelphia bought skinny stock in the third quarter of 2014 according to this filing.
http://www.nasdaq.com/quotes/institutional-portfolio/massmutual-trust-co-fsbadv-189005/new?page=15
Mass Mutual trust also bought shares during the same time period.
How about that, Kezz? All those "hedgies" you were joking about buying the stock really were!
It looks to me like the shares aren't worthless. The company has gone dark, but current shareholders may still make a handsome profit!
Anyone else out there(at the risk of summoning a response from Used2Bepoor) with any specific news about SKNYQ or general info about 15-12g forms or CUSIP? I'm at the edge of my seat over here wondering how this'll all work out. Could be in for a long wait though. Who knows?
Go SKNYQ$$$
Canceled or delisted? You are aware that they mean different things, right?
Obviously he doesn't consider the fact that our stock currently trades under the name Skinny Nutritional Corp. to be an association. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
Great management. From efficient private placements, to globe-spanning promotional presentations, to prudent capital expenditure, this is a well run company.
These guys crack me up. HARDLY the types you'd want to take financial advice from.
MNVN$$$
From the looks of this chart, it appears the 200 moving average and the 50 day moving average are about to intercept one another. I suppose that could be interpreted as bullish since it implies long term price stability...
Good assets
Good charts
Good value at .51 USD
P.S. If they ever get that pipeline deal figured out it will be bullish for this stock in multiple ways. Besides increased steel/niobium demand and improved energy prices which reduce production costs, the Canadian dollar should also strengthen as their commodity markets get a bump. That'll help NIOBF holders big time and could also help those holding shares in CAD.
Boy oh boy, y'all have been busy posting on this one today, huh? The
O/S is still pretty low on this stock, and the company does have a few potential catalysts for a price rise. This week's quadruple zero print was confusing and frightening, but things appear to have stabilized, and I remain cautiously optimistic. Go MNVN!!$$$$
I tried to buy a some 5s today but only half of my order filled. Nobody dumping in the 5s, for the record. Hardly the trading behavior of a worthless stock that's about to be canceled. Perhaps this one will have a different fate...
Chart doesn't account for unexpected Senatorial grandstanding.
