PVSP is worth 1/2 penny range on current business
This price we see today is nothing more than manipulation of a PINK stock that is highly illiquid and easily manipulated.
Fundamental support the 1/2 penny range on the current $20 Million revenue business and much higher on future revenue and earnings.
Agreed, It is what you DID, not what you said, LOL

(5) $PVSP letting the shorts go after yours and our business is simply [...fill in your favorite expression ...]. Time to buy PVSP! At current $ we're easily 5 times below the most conservative value! Do the math! Check the market! Dive into Financials! Shorts are loving it!
Audit will be done in only few weeks now!!!
The audit is on track for an end-of-March, early April release.
Financials will again be posted on time and reflect the current weak cannabis market.
And lastly, we are reviewing several new venture opportunities for PVSP.
Huge Shopping week coming up !!
Lets get some negative sentiment going here, could help get some more of those .0004s but I think they may be gone forever.
We could see the financials this week, they were released last year on Feb 28.
Not expecting any exciting, management already said they will reflect the current weak cannabis market. The numbers are from Sep, Oct & Nov, and here it is end of Feb.
The State numbers for Artizen were out some time ago.
Sept. 727,778
Oct. 1,307,213
Nov. 1,329,337
Total. 3,364,328
Note August was the highest month ever, $1.7 Million, so stands to reason Sept would be lighter.
.0004 to .0008 is 100% GAIN !!!!
Easiest Money you will EVER make.
Lot BUYING last week among the BS Short & Cover which was most of the Volume.
MM move the shares from Left Hand to the Right Hand and show 60M Traded LOL
Smart Money continues to Pick'em Off like the sitting ducks that those shares are.
Got a bunch of those .0004s, great Hunting!!
There is no toxic debt.
Any debt remaining is ALL FIXED at conversion price and x amount of shares. Very little is left and it is peanuts.
Toxic debt is when there is no limit to the number of shares that can be issued, the lower the price goes, the more shares have to be issued. We have NO Toxic Debt.
Debt holders in PVSP are not shareholders unless they convert the debt to shares, which is probably what they will do if they want Artizen shares. We may fine that PVSP debt is also gone if the do convert from debt to equity in PVSP.
By the way Converting debt to Shares does not mean they are selling any of those shares. IMO most of this sell off has been Shortie doing what Shortie does, Manipulating share price.
Why Shorts always lose, it is always about percentages.
What is the most you can make with a Short position? 100% if the company goes under and you never cover.
What is the most you can make with a LONG position? Unlimited upside!!! Talking 14,000% or more, LOL
I will take the LONG side anytime.
Train is leaving the Station!!! 6's nearly GONE!!
Sellers should have been completely eliminated in this last sell off. No one will be selling going forward.
We are left with only the Strong Hands holding PVSP Shares, soon to get additional shares in the New Artizen Stock!!!
6's getting HAMMERED, 7's coming up !!!!
All Aboard, Train is leaving the Station !!!
5 s BLOWN OUT!! 6's UP Next

Cannabis Legalization Gains Major Momentum
2023 and The Road To Cannabis Legalization
In 2023, federal cannabis legalization efforts continued to gain momentum in the United States. After years of individual states legalizing cannabis for medical and/or recreational use, the federal government finally began to seriously consider its legalization. The ongoing debate over cannabis legalization is multifaceted, with a range of factors at play, including economic, political, social, and public health concerns. This article will explore the state of federal cannabis legalization efforts in 2023, and the potential implications for the country.
Background
The road to federal cannabis legalization has been a long and winding one. In the 1930s, the federal government began cracking down on cannabis, ultimately leading to its classification as a Schedule I drug in 1970, alongside heroin and LSD. This classification made it illegal at the federal level, effectively shutting down any efforts at legalization. However, over the past decade, many states have begun to legalize cannabis for medical and/or recreational use, despite its federal illegality. As of 2023, 38 states have legalized medical cannabis, while 16 have legalized recreational use.
Despite this progress at the state level, the federal government has remained resistant to legalization. However, in 2023, federal cannabis legalization efforts began to gain traction in a way they hadn't before.
Legislation
In 2023, several pieces of legislation were introduced in Congress with the goal of legalizing cannabis at the federal level. One of the most significant was the Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement (MORE) Act, which was first introduced in 2019 but had been stalled in Congress. The MORE Act would remove cannabis from the list of controlled substances, expunge past cannabis-related convictions, and reinvest tax revenue from cannabis sales into communities impacted by the war on drugs. The MORE Act passed the House of Representatives in late 2022 and was awaiting a vote in the Senate.
Another piece of legislation introduced in 2023 was the Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act, which was a bipartisan effort to legalize cannabis. This bill would remove cannabis from the list of controlled substances and allow states to regulate cannabis use as they see fit. The bill also includes provisions for expunging cannabis-related convictions and reinvesting tax revenue into communities impacted by the war on drugs.
In addition to these bills, there were also several smaller pieces of legislation introduced that would make more incremental changes to federal cannabis policy, such as allowing banks to work with cannabis businesses.
Public Opinion
One of the driving forces behind the push for federal cannabis legalization is public opinion. Polls consistently show that a majority of Americans support cannabis legalization, particularly for medical use. In 2023, a Gallup poll found that 70% of Americans support legalizing cannabis, while a Pew Research Center poll found that 91% of Americans support legalizing medical cannabis.
This widespread support for cannabis legalization has put pressure on politicians to support the cause. In addition, several states that had previously been resistant to cannabis legalization, such as Texas and Florida, began to seriously consider legalizing cannabis in 2023, which could potentially tip the scales at the federal level.
Economic Implications
The economic implications of federal cannabis legalization are significant. Legal cannabis sales are projected to reach $41.5 billion in 2025, up from $17.5 billion in 2021, according to the research firm BDSA. Legalizing cannabis at the federal level would allow for easier access to capital for cannabis businesses, which would help the industry grow even more rapidly.
In addition, federal cannabis legalization could create new job opportunities in the industry, particularly in states where cannabis has already been legalized. According to a report by Leafly, the legal cannabis industry employed over 321,000 people in 2021, and that number is expected to grow to over 500,
,000 by 2025 if cannabis is legalized at the federal level. This growth could provide a significant boost to the economy, particularly in areas where jobs have been lost due to the pandemic or other economic factors.
Furthermore, federal cannabis legalization would allow for the collection of taxes on cannabis sales, which could provide a new source of revenue for the government. According to a report by New Frontier Data, federal cannabis legalization could generate $128.8 billion in tax revenue by 2025. This revenue could be used to fund a variety of government programs, including education, infrastructure, and healthcare.
Public Health Concerns
While many advocates argue that cannabis is a relatively safe substance and should be legalized, others have raised concerns about the potential public health risks associated with increased cannabis use. Some worry that legalization could lead to an increase in cannabis use, particularly among young people, and could contribute to other health issues such as impaired driving.
However, advocates of legalization argue that regulation and education can help mitigate these risks. They point to the success of regulation in states that have already legalized cannabis, such as Colorado and Washington, which have seen decreases in youth cannabis use since legalization. In addition, they argue that the tax revenue generated by legalization could be used to fund public health and education programs aimed at reducing cannabis use and preventing other negative health outcomes.
Conclusion
The push for federal cannabis legalization in 2023 represented a significant milestone in the ongoing debate over cannabis policy in the United States. While there are still concerns about the potential public health risks associated with increased cannabis use, many believe that legalization would provide significant economic benefits and help rectify the harm caused by the war on drugs.
As of 2023, it remained to be seen whether federal cannabis legalization would actually come to fruition, but the momentum behind the effort was significant. With public opinion continuing to shift in favor of legalization and more states considering their own legalization efforts, the potential for federal legalization seemed closer than ever before.
When the Selling Stops, the real BUYING Begins!!
I too believe the Selling has ended and it doesn't really matter if it was Conversions, Shorting, Shareholder Panic, or a combination,
The Share PRICE is completely detached from the intrinsic value of the Company, no relationship what so ever.
The company is worth 5 to 10 times the current price TODAY.
Shareholders have 3 Options: Buy, Sell or Hold!!
Some will recognize this opportunity and increase their BUYING NOW, we shall see.
PVSP Setting Up to make some shareholders a ton of CASH!!!!
When Safe Banking passes in the next few months, Cannabis stocks are going to BLAST OFF like we have never seen!
If you think that last run up to .01 was special, you have not seen anything and we will be looking at 5 to 10 cents here, where 70% of the people here think it is impossible.
Perfect, we negative sentiment, and today you can cut it with a knife it is so bad!!!
Most people don't understand this game
Many think that shares that show up on the ASK are people dumping, when it our case it nothing more than MM rotating inventory that they purchased lower and selling them higher.
Just ignore the trading noise, hold your nose and press the BUY button, in a few months you will be glad you did. LOL
GOP Congressional Lawmakers Tout Poll Showing Republican Voters Back Federal Marijuana Legalization
Federal Legalization of Cannabis will happen this year, mark my words!!!!
February 23, 2023
Three Republican members of Congress are celebrating the results of a new poll showing that more than two-thirds of likely 2024 GOP presidential primary and caucus voters support federally legalizing marijuana so that states can make their own decisions on the issue.
The survey, released on Wednesday by the Coalition for Cannabis Policy, Education, and Regulation (CPEAR), found that 68 percent of respondents back ending federal marijuana prohibition. There was majority support across age, gender, educational and religious groups.
The overall level of backing for reform has increased by 10 points from a similar poll the group conducted a year ago.
The new survey from CPEAR, which is funded by several alcohol and tobacco companies, included a separate question similarly finding that 70 percent support “allowing individual states to decide whether cannabis will be legal in their state.”
GOP lawmakers who have championed marijuana reform in Congress are welcoming the results.
“The polling is clear: federal cannabis prohibition is in direct contradiction to the overwhelming will of the American electorate, including a notable majority of conservative voters,” Rep. Dave Joyce (R-OH), who is a co-chair of the Congressional Cannabis Caucus, said. “I hope more of my colleagues on both sides of the aisle will heed the call of their constituents and join me in working towards a safe and effectively regulated legal marketplace that respects the rights of the over 40 states that have enacted some varying degree of legality. Continued inaction is no longer tenable.”
Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL), who is another Cannabis Caucus co-chair, said that the survey result “isn’t surprising,” pointing to conservatives’ belief in states’ rights.
“At its core, cannabis is a state issue, and that’s what I’ll continue to advocate for: commonsense federal policy that lets 50 states decide on 50 solutions that are best for their constituents,” he said.
Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), who filed a comprehensive marijuana legalization bill in the last Congress called the States Reform Act (SRA), said that “it appears the only place where cannabis reform is unpopular is in Washington, D.C.”
“It is time we give states the power to make decisions around cannabis without fear of federal consequences,” she said. “The provisions found in the SRA strike a balance between what voters are asking for and what regulatory framework exists for other industries. The ball is in our court as members of Congress to bring this legislation across the finish line.”

New Hampshire House Passes Marijuana Legalization Bill That’s Sponsored By Top Republican And Democratic Lawmakers
February 22, 2023By Tom Angell
The New Hampshire House of Representatives passed a bill to legalize marijuana on Wednesday.
The legislation, which is being sponsored by Majority Leader Jason Osborne (R) and Minority Leader Matthew Wilhelm (D), was approved in a 234-127 vote.
Rep. Anita Burroughs (D) said during Wednesday’s floor debate that the proposal is “good legislation that is the result of the goodwill and diligent work of both political parties.”
“We can now join other New England states that offer safe, regulated and a profitable cannabis industry to their citizens,” she said. The bill “allows us to do it the reasonable way, the responsible way, the innovative way and the bipartisan way.”
Speaking in opposition to the legislation, Rep. Lilli Walsh (R) argued that the bill “does not contribute to the common good” and “puts profits ahead of public health and safety.”
“Legalization of cannabis should not be a political issue. It’s a public health and safety issue,” she said.
Members of the House Commerce and Consumer Affairs Liquor Subcommittee had spent weeks working the proposal over a series of meetings, going back and forth about a variety of provisions and making amendments to the original measure.
A major change made to the legislation from its introduced form would put the state’s existing Liquor Commission in charge of regulating the marijuana market, rather than create a new independent commission to do so, as was proposed in the original version of HB 639. The body would also be renamed the Liquor and Cannabis Commission.
Rep. John Hunt (R), chairman of the Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee, said on the floor that his panel worked to “try to create a balanced bill that will address the issues that we have heard over the years in terms of the legalization of marijuana.”
He said that the rationale behind how the bill proposes to regulate the market through the Liquor Commission was to “take a model that we are successful with here in New Hampshire [for alcohol] and repeat it.”

What is wrong with DUMPS?
Why do you paint this as some terrible event, it is an opportunity for long term shareholders to get some really irrationally cheap shares.
Why someone DUMPS shares is irrelevant and who cares.
I am interested in BUYING Cheap shares all day long, all week long and all year long.
The Cheaper the better!
Few Weeks and we will have AUDITED Financials baby!!!
2023 should be a GRTEAT YEAR for PVSP and Artizen.
The cannabis market is asleep from negative sentiment and waiting for Federal reform.
Everyone is going to be very surprised when the Banking Reform Legislation Passes, and it will be OFF to the races.
Someone has been hitting the ole bottle again, LOL
Really funny to see the foolishness that people can come up, like PINK day traders and such would or could read an audited financial statement. LOL
Absolutely True!! You make your Money when Fear Rules
Lot of people don't understand that, the time to BUY is when everyone is too afraid to BUY, like it might go lower. LOL
If you don't believe that PVSP is worth .0004 with Market Cap of $1 Million and Revenues of $20m and growing, you really should stay out of the market. Screaming BUY here if you understand anything at all about PINK stocks.
We are lot closer to a BOTTOM than we are a TOP
PS when you see those $10 dumps to the BID to paint the TAPE negatively, there is your manipulator, just ignore this foolishness and take a long term position.
Little Spoofing LOL
They still want the shares, just at the BID and it may not happen, they may have to step up and hit the ASK, we will see.
That BIG BID can start a stampede chasing that ASK! LOL
How about that 36 Million Share BID at 4? LOL
Too funny, but hey lets hope you guys can manipulate it lower, gets me even cheaper shares.
Safe Banking Legislation is Coming and SOON!
Booker, Schumer, Wyden really blew it last year with all the human rights BS for so called cannabis victims, clearing records etc. There is a lot of bipartisan support for a CLEAN Safe Backing Legislation, and this is what we will get this time around.
Expect approval this summer if not earlier!
I feel like BUYING 10M today, LOL
Love the negative sentiment, always a very, very reliable contra indicator, we may see a huge bounce any day, once the selling pressure ends.
This is almost like cheating, $20 Million Revenue Company with share price market cap of $1 Million, LOL, just insane, only on the PINKIES.
Also know as the Twilight Zone!! Wooooo, so scary!! LOL
