Stock not trading on fundamentals
Trading on CD conversion pressure nothing else. Weak hands will be removed during this process and MM are pressing for shares to have on the next run up coming with the Iphone App release in next few days.

Amazon beats Google, Apple with paid-for Android apps in China
Vox was recently added to Amazon app store, and the Kindle devices, this stuff is just beginning around the world.
Tuesday, May 7, 2013, 14:50 IST | Place: London | Agency: ANI
With the launch of new apps and "quality and safety testing", it is predicted that it will also lead to the company opening up stores for Kindle e-reading devices.
Amazon has launched its first ever paid-for Android apps in China, beating Google, which has offered only free apps. This move is considered as Amazon's strategy to delve deep into the Chinese mobile phone market where it had controlled less than three percent of the e-commerce market till last year, the BBC reports.
With the launch of new apps and "quality and safety testing", it is predicted that it will also lead to the company opening up stores for Kindle e-reading devices.
China already has a huge market of home grown software and apps that are often malicious and contain pirated versions. Like many other regions, the Chinese market is also acquainted with counterfeit electronic products, and hence, would be familiar with Amazon products.
Apple, to which China is the second largest market, recently experienced a hit to its reputation regarding its repair policies. It is the after sale service policies which will distinguish Amazon in China's mobile phone market space.
Google Play Vox Mobile 999
Will be busting that 1000 Reviews today, downloads are growing significantly as are pay & go daily transactions, last reported at 30 or more a day.
Fundamentals are improving everyday, the share conversion by the crooks is the cause for the goofy price disconnect from the business progress. The price can turn on a dime, as it has every time they push the price down to these levels.
Let them play their games, gives us a chance to snatch up some really cheap shares for the long haul.

Tabby, we have to cancel the debt Period
Company can't borrow for any traditional conventional financing when the current debt holds a lien on the company assets, there is no collateral with this arrangement.
Once we get the remainder of the debt cancelled at 10c on a dollar, we will be able to get new financing and they have stated that they would consider a share buy back program. Just the announcement that they would be in the market supporting the stock would send it on a tear.
#1 on Google Play VoIP and no one cares
What an achievement for a small company with no marketing at all and they still have done this by creating an app that is absolutely the best Mobile VoIP app available for Android devices.
Apple is next and it won't be long we will get noticed.
VoX in #1 Position Google Play VoIP
How about that, we made it to the #1 position on Google Play for VoIP search and we close under .002 cents.
Price and fundamentals are not aligned at the moment, that will change with Iphone App

7,248,040 After Hours Short Covering
No doubt about that, they short during the trading day, and cover after hours with shares from the CD holder. Been doing this for months on end.
Another Dump to Bid, 10k for $19
Someone needed to knock the price down to the BID or maybe it was green couldn't take it any longer and sold out, LOL
Market cap at 1.2 million total, yea right
You only release a new product once, you have to get it right the first time
Forget the projected date for this or for that, you have to make absolutely certain that you got it right before you release the new iphone app product. If we screw it up and you get negative reviews then you are done, no one will try it when you are one of the masses getting a couple of stars in ratings.
We need those 4 plus star ratings to set us apart from the pack and Mark know that and he will have it right or he won't release it period, until it is right.
It is the right way to do things and it will pay off for longterm shareholders.
Fixation on outstanding shares
Green you are way off base focused on share count and your dilution theory. Shares are for practical purposes nothing but the currency of a company, which value fluctuates by the minute based on many, many factors. Issuing more shares in the most basic sense can be dilutive to shareholders, but it is much more important to look at the type of dilution and there are a bunch of different scenarios.
Straight debt reduction is one of the strongest arguments for issuing new shares for example, rather than wasting the money on expansion which may prove to be wasted money etc. When the company has the opportunity to reduce $14m in debt for 10 cents on the dollar, that is a no brainer and the company recognizes that and is going at it full speed ahead.
Current shareholders like you may not like it, and that is your prerogative so hit the sell button and move on. Unlike some dilutive deals, everyone has the opportunity to purchase shares on the cheap in the market as a result of the CD conversions, so you are not being closed out by some private deal that is only available to a 3rd party. Maybe you just like being miserable but you are way too emotionally involved to be objective, chill out, take a walk in the park, life is too short.
What a business model, 55% margins
The $14 million debt reduction and the strategic switch to mobile VoIP applications development has delayed the company from generating the type of returns that shareholders are expecting and need for the share price to begin moving higher consistently.
Forget the past, it is what it is. Taking a snap shot of the company today, I really like what I see with the Android mobile app having over 150,000 downloads and tens of thousands of paying customer generating a recurring revenue base for years to come.
The iphone App which has much more potential for fast adoption is about to be released in the next few days and will easily double the number of paying customers very quickly. The debt reduction is nearly done with the CD conversions and as revenue increases this year, I am looking for a new round of traditional financing that will allow the company to expand marketing which has been mostly by word of mouth, due to lack of funds.
VoX really does have a superior VoIP product in their mobile app and the VoIP network that carries that traffic. Most App that you see on Google and Apple store are free and have no real means of monetizing except for a little advertising etc. VoX makes their money after a customer downloads the free mobile app and selections one of the many voice and video packages for domestic or international calling including the popular and newly released Pay & Go which allows customers to only pay for what they use.
The company is going to make a lot of money in the next few years with a superior communications product that generates 55% margins due in part to a completely automated back end service that has been developed in the past few years. The technology investment has been mostly done with the release of the Android and Apple mobile apps, now as revenue grows the company can finally spend on marketing which is all that is needed to make this puppy run.
We will get a 1000 users the day Iphone App released
Lot of people want that second line for business or social for their iphone. You can drop your home fix line if you want to save some money and move the number to the iPhone as a second line, great deal.
People that have poor cellular coverage particularly indoors, will be able to use the VoX number on their iPhone and make the calls over their WiFi or other mobile data plan like 3G, 4G or the fantastic LTE networks.
Can't wait for the new iphone app, going to be big.
Iphone users also willing to pay for the best
Android is for the masses, looking for cheap solution. Apple followers are like a cult, have to have the latest and greatest, and VoX is that in spades.
150 shares dump for trade of .34 cents
That is right, 150 shares dumped to Bid of .0023 for .34 cents
Foolish manipulators
I smell capitulation, herd stampede
Nice volume maybe we flushed out the weak in the herd, makes room for stronger new members.
They are pushing down for the Big Run
Iphone & Ipad news for the App will start the blowout run back over a penny in the near future. This is all trader action, not investors. I say let them play their games, I will take the share down here all day.
They use the $22 Dumps to paint Tape Red
When ever I see the multi 10k dumps to the Bid you know they are manipulating for a better entry price, you have to laugh and grab some for yourself.
Avg Review 6 days Apple store
IOS app store average review time is 6 days, and Mac App Store average is 10 days.
We will double our business very soon

The funny part is it's just money
That is the funny part it's just invested money and by its very nature we put it at risk. The greater the potential return on those dollars, the greater the risk of losing the money. Anyone playing a .003 price stock should understand the risk and adjust their mental state accordingly and for your own health, chill out its not that big of a deal.
The whole company market cap for the whole 600m shares is only $1.8m. Some people here could buy it all if they would sell it for that price, but they won't sell it for 10 times that price, the potential is too great.
Same old sad faces, day after day
I plan on adding 1 million a month all year long and the cheaper it gets the better imo.
People buying today will be the ones celebrating as we move up. The old timers in at .06 cents will be moaning for ever, poor me, boo hooo.
Apple Store Finarea SA Mobil App 2.5 Stars
Another popular Mobile Voip App on Apple itunes store with 1558 reviews and a customer rating of 2.5 stars.
Big opportunity for VoX and our 4.5 Star Google rating.
Don't confuse Rated 4+ on Apple site, they are referring to the AGE of user and go up to mature 17 + etc
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/mobilevoip/id362528311?mt=8
Various cost calling & video plans
The app itself is a free download, but their are many different plan which customers purchase, such as the $29.99 all you want Worldwide calling plan all the way down to the most popular Pay & Go which allows a customer to prepay for as little as $1 dollar on the card and they are only charged when they actually make a call and use the service.
Most people add 15 to 25 at a time on the prepaid card and replenish the balance as needed based on their use.
Check out the web site for the plans:

Not all Dilution is the same
There are many forms of stock issuance often referred to as dilution, but they are not all created equal. Issuing shares to retire debt, particularly when it is being done at 10c on the dollar can be a net positive for shareholders.
This company had over $14 million in debt when it agreed to issue CDs that would wipe out the debt for $1.4m, a tremendous deal and opportunity to wipe the debt and the remove the lean holders from gaining control of the companies assets. Think for a minute what your shares were worth when there were 60m shares outstanding and $14 in debt. The answer is less than zero, nothing, nada.
Ya so now there are 600m shares outstanding but there is also only a few million left in debt and that will be gone soon also, so shareholders are get value out of this deal, and they also have the opportunity to maintain their % of company ownership by having access to buying the converted shares in the market.
Same deal going forward the company can always reverse split the shares and we would be back to 60 million shares in 3 seconds and the price would be .03 instead of .0003, and none of this would mean anything.
The only thing that matters is growing revenue and producing profits which will now be possible with the $14 million in debt being gone from the books and a clean balance sheet on which to grow the company.
Skype Apple Store Rating 2.5 Stars out of 5
Skype has 1,024 total ratings in the Apple Store and 463 are only One Star, the lowest rating possible.
VoX has a huge opportunity with the new Iphone App and is why they wanted to get it right the first time. It took a little longer than originally expected, but some of that was due to the inclusion of Video Calling with the original voice app.
Reading the review they are extremely negative on this App and people are clearly looking for a better solution, and VoX has that solution, no doubt about that. We just have to get the word out and if we can do as well in the Apple Store as we have in the Google Store, we are off to the races.
Here are couple of example that caught my eye:
Garbage: One Star
by StickamGillan- Mar 7, 2013
What an awful app. The newest update made it 1,000,000,000,000 times worse than ever before! Microsoft hates users.
Worst version to date: One Star
I try calling my girl overseas and I can never get a call trough. It keeps crashing over and over again. If its not broke, Stop Trying to fix it!!! Stop trying to make it more beautiful and just gimme something that works!
Update just adds ads: One Star
March 7, 2013
Wish they had just been honest and said "this update adds annoying ads to the app"
Amazon 7 Reviews all 5 Stars

5.0 out of 5 stars Vox video app, February 8, 2013
By Camel125 - See all my reviews
This review is from: VoX Mobile VoIP (App)
I love this Vox app and it is great on the Kindle tablet. It is a two step process if you want the video - just like other video apps, you download the Vox VoIP app and then you have to get the plug-in. Great quality, and I am already making video calls

4 months Arthur if that matters to you
What difference does it make really. They probably had some issues waiting for the Iphone App to be released before selling the calling card in the stores. I would want to have both Android and ISO app available for customers rather than trying to tell all the Apple folks sorry, those cards are only for Android etc.
Remember you heard it here first, VoX to rock very soon.
Shorts may have been covering today
All those 10k dumps to the Bid are indicative of Shortie trying to get a lower price to cover a position.
Be funny if they run it up next week in anticipation of the Iphone approval for the mobile app.
0 % Short Today, NONE Amazing
First day I have ever seen that, on a volume of 9,155,200 we had no short interest.
Are they done converting? Something is very different here we may be blasting off Monday.
Also no after hour short covering happening.
New York, California and Arizona Top International Calling States
Did anyone wonder why these 3 states are the focus of the recently announced retail distribution deal with 600 retail outlets in these 3 states?
International Calling potential is huge and VoX is focused on that segment of the market with the International Mobile App. All those Android tablets and soon the Iphones and Ipads will be able to use the VoX VoIP Mobile App.
Means recurring revenue stream and with 55% margins, Cash Flow Positive this year!
Company is doing exactly what they should be doing
Focus on growing the business, and that means getting the iPhone App approved so that the revenue stream can be turned on for this important segment of the business. This along with the new calling card business will blow the stock price out later in the year along with the announcement of new traditional financing that will stop the CD conversion which is tough on the share price short term.
We should see a very positive growth picture in revenue and profits later this year.
Followers down to 367 from 386 high last week
350 was more of our average so we may have picked up a couple of investors in the mix.
The traders that jumped in he past 2 weeks are leaving which is good, they will come back as soon as we have some news.
Someone wants shares before next week
Those $25 trades are designed to test the resistance to lower prices and they like to hit a bunch of times to get the weak hand attention, to sell their shares.
If investors keep buying up the lower price shares before they can get them, they will stop it. If they decide to go long here soon, they will do the same thing tapping the Ask.
10 - $25 trades to the BID
And one of them was for 1000 shares, a $2.50 trade, commission was 4 time that, except MM don't pay commissions.
Manipulation at work, stand back please while I continue loading the boat.
Nothing wrong with being a trader
I can appreciate your opinion, but you have to understand from reading many of your post on other boards, you are a penny stock trader, and as such have a very, very different view on investing than many here including myself. We focus on fundamentals which by that very nature means we think in terms of Years, not days or minutes. This company is a long term play here, and they have a great opportunity competing in the Mobile VoIP sector with the hundreds of millions of devices that can use their network. This is one company that can monetize their app as we get paid buy customers for using the network, making phone calls, video calls, texting etc.
It is going to take some time for this to play out and investor know that and we are willing to make the bet, where traders will just come and go on each news release, good luck to you I think you are going to need it playing russian roulette with penny stocks, it can be fatal financially.
Why, are you planning on selling?
Why are you worried about Friday?
What difference does todays price make to you up or down?
I am hoping to pick up some more cheap shares today and if the price drops great even better, but right here is a great deal also.
Android Tablets shipped 27.8m units Q1
Everyone of them needs VoX Mobile App, as does the 19.5m Apple Ipads that shipped Q1
Think tablets are popular? Shipments soar in first quarter
Apple is biggest provider; Androids tablets make up 56% of market
By Matt Hamblen

Computerworld - Tablet shipments soared by 142% in the first quarter of 2013 year-over-year as all Android tablets, including low-budget white box versions, dominated the market over Apple iOS tablets, IDC said.
Apple outpaced IDC's original forecast for the first quarter, shipping 19.5 million iPads and iPad minis, up from a prior forecast of 18.7 million.
But Apple couldn't outpace all the Android makers combined, who shipped 27.8 million units, up 247% over the 8 million shipped in first quarter of 2012. All tablet vendors for all OS's shipped 49 million tablets in the first quarter of 2013.
In the first quarter, Android grabbed a 56.5% market share, compared to a 39.6% share for iOS.
Prior to the last half of 2012, Apple had easily dominated the market since launching the first iPad and the modern tablet industry in 2010.
For the first quarter of 2013, Apple was still the single largest vendor of tablets, but Samsung finished second with 8.8 million shipped, an increase of 280% over the 2.3 million shipped a year earlier.
Asus hit the third position by shipping 2.7 million tablets, up from 600,000 a year earlier -- a 350% increase. Asus makes Google's Nexus 7 tablet, which has been highly marketed, IDC noted.
Amazon.com finished fourth with 1.8 million tablets shipped, or 3.7% of the total.
Microsoft tablets entered the top five for the first time, with shipments of nearly 900,000 Surface RT and Surface Pro tablets. The latter began shipping in February in the U.S. and Canada over a period of less than a full quarter.
When all Windows 8 and Windows RT tablets from other vendors are included, Microsoft tablets totaled 1.8 million tablets shipped, or 3.7% of the market.
IDC's finding for Microsoft's tablet shipments in the first quarter is two-thirds of the 3 million that Strategy Analytics said were shipped of both Windows 8 and Windows RT tablets for the quarter.
Strategy Analytics gave Microsoft 7% of the market and called it just a "niche" while IDC put the share at just 3.7%, an even smaller niche.
Strategy Analytics tallied 40.6 million tablets shipped in the first quarter, compared to 49 million tallied by IDC, though the former did not include the low-budget Android white box tablets.
Strategy Analytics reported the same number as IDC of Apple tablets shipped in the first quarter -- 19.5 million, but didn't break out individual Android makers like Samsung.
Reith said that rumors of a smaller screen for the Windows RT and Windows 8 tablets might not help Microsoft as much as better marketing and lower prices.
Don't get confused with all the background noise, just static
Nothing trumps improving fundamentals such as growing revenue and positive cash flow, and PVSP is working hard at improving both and 2013 results will convince the market that the company and the products are winners. But you won't be able to see it or understand it if you can't see beyond your nose, or your ear in this case.
