That's great! I wonder if they usually get their podcasts out that fast? :)
It's a start. Rosner had a good rapport with him. The door has been opened, we just need to get the others in. How about Matt McGill next week? :)
@SoCal4Lif: Larry are you going to accept any calls? @larry_kudlow @LarryKudlowShow
@larry_kudlow: @SoCal4Lif @LarryKudlowShow Sorry. No time today. next week.
@larry_kudlow: Many thanks to @JoshRosner on Fanniegate today on radio @LarryKudlowShow. We'll do more on this topic over time.
Speaking of the 3rd amendment, someone should probably tweet Kudlow that where he says, "gov is violating the 3rd amendment," he should say 5th amendment. I wish the gov would violate the 3rd amendment of the Treasury agreement! :)
That's what I heard too as an answer to Kudlow's question.
I thought you weren't going to tune in?

I'll be sending this out everywhere! Thanks!

Yes, Gov needs to show that they can get in there and correct this. Letting it drag on through the courts, while at the same time sweeping all profits to the Treasury does not look good for their image.
Nice job Trey Garrison! Kudlow gave a good shout out to Housingwire and several twitterers for getting him up to speed with Fanniegate.
I agree, felt positive to me, because you can hear Kudlow's interest and concern. He appreciated Rosner bringing up and explaining the important points.
Kudlow definitely has interest in maintaining the rule of law and keeping investor confidence in the financial markets.
Good discussion, Larry is not a fan of Fannie, Freddie, but he asks good questions, wants to know more. Josh is covering it all really well. If you can't listen now, listen to the podcast later.
Kudlow, "I for one don't like Fannie, Freddie, want as much private market back"
Glen Bradford tweeted that he is calling in to the show and sent them this to read.

Sure, just sitting here enjoying my coffee :) Sounds like Josh Rosner and maybe Alex Pollock will be on when they get to Fanniegate.
Correct, Arthur Brooks up next.
@larry_kudlow: Radio today @LarryKudlowShow : Fanniegate @JoshRosner & @AEI Alex Pollack.
@larry_kudlow: Radio tomorrow @LarryKudlowShow : @JoshRosner on Fanniegate.
I think it will help if Sweeney rules on the stay for the briefing for gov's supplemental to their motion to dismiss, etc. It seems like we were ready for a bigger pop, then we had a few more things to wait on. I'm ready for the pop! Let's go!
That would be interesting!

What is the compensation for a member of the Board of Directors? Why can't the Board of Directors answer a simple question as to what progress is being made toward uplisting?

"The powers of FHFA as our Conservator include the authority to set executive compensation. Under the terms of the Purchase Agreement, FHFA is required to consult with Treasury on any increases in compensation or new compensation arrangements for our executive officers."
Hmm...no collusion there!
Yes, big change!
It sounds like maybe Josh Rosner will be on the show.

Donotunderstand, I went back and added some to my last post. Ackman also has a case in Sweeney's court of claims that is delayed until Fairholme discovery is finished. Hope that helps!
Yellen hearing before senate banking
Donotunderstand, the ruling that Sweeney gave to let Ackman's case have limited access to that part of Fairholme discovery is referring to his case in her court of claims also. The other pacer doc I posted that you are replying to is the plaintiffs' response to support their motion to have Sweeney stay briefing on the supplemental material the gov added to their motion to dismiss.
