Yes your out..great. So please refrain from posting here. Go find another board to annoy.
I am almost sure this is the case as an audit clearly doesn't take 3 months and the red tape probably got a little more difficult to navigate as they went through their financials.
Whether it be a joint venture or a splitting off from the subsidiary Realhemp.. they clearly have a forensic auditor involved now determining what goes with what. Who knows George may have sold off the Stevia operations to an Asian conglomerate (notice no mention of Stevia Ops in almost a yr) to focus 100% on realhemp and industrial hemp here in the US. He clearly has got his foothold in the HIA/Perdue Unv. and numerous other AG mgmt. companies.
The excerpts you pasted are def alluding to bigger opportunities financially for the company. This however is a painful waiting process and if they lost good investors along this journey that is a shame and they should own up to that. The fact that they stated they cannot comment about the audit never made sense to me. They certainly can talk about an audit.. I've seen many companies release info as to why there is an audit taking place. From what I understand they would not comment on it if it was 1)detrimental to the company or 2)another company was involved (joint venture /sale)and no comment can be made because STEV is publically traded .But unless the company lied I'm thinking its the latter.
And why does it have to be hemp that makes this company spike? Their chief operation is Stevia, their million dollar revenue stream is from Stevia operations. They have not posted any revenue from hemp yet and are already profitable of the last 2 fiscal years.
This is the exact reason this company will probably split into 2 in the future. They created a subsidiary and people think that is all the company is doing.
Of course the company releases nothing about their high revenue stevia operations.. so they deserve this stigma.
Geez I think that company forgot to mention their ticker in that PR..lol
According to the PR their "hemp fabric line" (which we know nothing about) is used to construct the bags. If I had to guess I'd say we supply product to them and for listing them on the realhemp site I'd assume we get a percentage. Rubberkiller is an Asian company so not sure how or why we would be supplying the hemp for production in the first place. I'd imagine its much cheaper there. This is probably more a play for brand recognition. All my opinion of course.
I think we see .40's next week. Good things ahead.
Just checking in here. Took a bath on this one earlier this year. They got anything brewing here? Looks to be a little stuck in neutral.
Good things happening here. Its a long play but its coming together nicely. The volume is picking up nice. Hold and accumulate.
Yea. And i correct myself anyone can apply and sell with amazon fulfillment. There is no current prior sales requirements. But like you said its not worth the cut into their margins at this point.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200229160
If the amazon selling volume is good they can apply/request for amazon fulfillment. Geez... Amazon doesnt just stock every joe somebody company that asks. The only benefit to amazon fulfillment is 2 day shipping and in most cases free shipping with prime.
No one is making excuses..but no need to attack a big step the company is taking for sales.

I thought we saw the double bottom when we hit the low in early july then tested it again early aug. The chart was set up for the uptrend. It started but then was throttled down with lack of volume in sept to now. The companies fins being audited came at the worst possible time and they couldnt release their "so called" inpressive 10k into chart uptrend.

Good strategy. I can see where they are going with this. It's geared towards brand awareness for sure. Nice to see the company releasing little updates just so investors are kept in the loop.
They are doing exactly what the investors asked for.
I'm guessing we see 10k and 10Q next week? Thoughts on this?
Good article .. not sure I ever saw that as it came out in June and has George making quite a few statements. Thanks

You know that most of stev's revenue comes from their Stevia operations. So that article is really irrelevant.
I think that TIMMMBErrrr should be applied to your thesis. You should have sold MD^% at the top.
But I know deep down you really want to buy Stev on the cheap.
Your homework assignment is to do an analysis on Stev's balance sheet over the last couple of years then report back to us.
.06s being slapped pretty good here
If you tweet it out or retweet it make sure you type $STEV in the body of the tweet. That is what the investment community uses to search and identify stock tweets.
Example :
Chart looks really good for $STEV
try to include people or companies that may rewteet you.
$STEV chart looks really good, great PR out today (link)@Johndoe @randomcompany #hemp #stevia
Does anyone here besides myself and Threadworth have a twitter account? The STEV news hit the wire and not a thing on twitter. People really need to be retweeting it and getting it out there. Lack of knowledge = lack of volume .
Really good update IMO. Great to see that budgethemp is signing supply contracts so early. I wasn't even aware they had oil or flour. It looks like budgethemp and realhemp will provide nice boosts to the revenue going forward. It was nice of them to touch on the 10k and 10Q as they knew that was the elephant in the room. Looks like they are confident they will get their status immediately back..which is also very big.
All in all .... very good update from the company.
Its interesting that you bring that up cause it does make sense. Have you noticed that Stevia Corp hasn't uttered a word about the stevia operations aspect of their business for quite some time now. Every PR only mentions or references Realhemp as of late.
If George was going to sell the stevia operations portion of the business... would that buyer want a throughout audit into the financials? Interesting thought.
Maybe when they commented on a company split they meant they would sell off the Asian Stevia operations as George is clearly focused on Industrial Hemp here in the US. He sees the bigger picture there and has looked to sell Stevia Corp at the height of its revs/harvest. Maybe the new stock ticker will be REAL. It appears available. I just don't know how they would do that in the short term if Realhemp became its own publically traded company because it has no recorded revenue yet to date and doesn't warrant a .06 PPS unless it has its own new low SS. So if that did happen how would that even work for the current shareholders? Thoughts.
I wish they would just hold a CC and have an open discussion with shareholders. No pre-screened questions that they can hand pick.
Just thinking out loud.. getting the boards wheels turning .
Yeah personally..nice to see a PR but the only thing that should be released at this point from the company is info/details of the 10k filing and re-application of their QB status.
I will give them the benefit of the doubt though and say if they are going through an Audit they may not be able to reference anything legally until its cleared and signed off on.
I really want to see a PR outlining only the Stevia Operations w/ aquaculture updates. This is where the revenue is currently and it is growing year after year. So there has to be updates here as to why. Demand? New distributors? More Aquaculture based contracts like Darden?
If were not seeing updates regularly on these operations it makes me feel as if those operations are being abandoned for the bigger hemp picture. I don't believe that's happening but nothing is telling us otherwise right?
Agree.. I feel this was a response to shareholders cry for lack of communication. Which is good. So They get props in my book for that. Not a ton of new info in the PR but nice to see George is looking to expand the brand outside North America. Even though the PR wasn't blockbuster it gets eyes when it hits the wire, and that we need.
STEV is #10 on Breakout Boards.
Yeah I hear that.
200MA is at .066. Would be nice to test that. A close over it would be fundamentally and technically huge.
Nice to see 1m volume again that's for sure. Where buyers and sellers can create healthy liquidity. Oh how I have missed you.
Hopefully it continues into tomorrow
Whos attacking. It just seems like you dont really know the company and I pointed it out.
Not emotional. Cool as a cucumber
Then why did you just reference stevia products produced by this company. I dont care where you live.. You seem ill informed.
They dont produce stevia products.. They farm and harvest bulk and sell to refiners such as purecircle and cargill . Cmon brother.... You should know at least that.
Interesting post but I think you forget they are producing serious revenue with their stevia operations. With a double harvest as announced that could push 10m. Realhemp and Budgethemp should no way be factored in as its in its startup phase and revenue would not be reported until future financials.
The crowd is restless because we were promised a double harvest 10K and were still waiting. I don't think anyone really knows the reason for the delay but it happened and the company will move on. IR says its coming... so its probably coming. They will reapply with for the QB as all their inventory and products are stamped with it. Trust that
That's some serious bid support just thrown up. Something coming?
Also, for future funding..separating themselves from being a one trick pony will entice future attention.
Obviously their one pony still needs to leave the barn .. I get that.. but they are making the right moves. I can wait.
I personally think this is huge as it gives Labstyle the abilty to venture off of diabetes and test body fluids for reasons other then glucose. It opens the door to another whole world of at home testing.
CAESAREA, Israel, Sept. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- LabStyle Innovations Corp. (DRIO), today announced it has been granted a patent from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for U.S. Patent No. 9,125,549 on September 8, 2015. The patent titled, "Fluids Testing Apparatus and Methods of Use" broadens and builds upon the IP rights previously granted to Dario in the U.S. through a patent issued in 2014 that addresses how the Dario™ blood glucose monitor draws power from and transmits data to a smart phone via the audio jack port. The new patent broadens these claims to include testing of other bodily fluids through an audio jack connection.
"This is a very important patent that expands our IP rights in the U.S. beyond the market for glucose monitoring for diabetes to the diagnostics and management for a broad range of health related conditions including other chronic diseases," stated LabStyle President and Chief Executive Officer Erez Raphael. "Through our proprietary technology, we can test bodily fluids including blood, urea and saliva to measure not just glucose but other health indicators as well, all through audio jack connections on smart phones and other digital devices."
The patent comes at an important time, as the Dario has been submitted for marketing clearance to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration through a form 510K. LabStyle anticipates a response from the FDA in the coming months.
According to market research firm Global Data, the use of mobile technology in managing chronic conditions will grow to $8 billion by 2018.
