NOT-SO-FAST,Pal:Up 20% already-today. This stock's SO sensitive to latest articles by the know-nothing "expert pundits" and today the yo-yo is that travel is up so travel stocks are rising too and may be out of the doldrums soon, DUH. Airport travel this past weekend is almost back to pre-pandemic normal, Hertz and other car rental agencies have bought back inventory they sold off and now have new fleets. I rented brand-new ZERO MILES cars from Hertz and another related company recently, everything was operating as normal.
Vat,vachu say?Telled me again, you only say us 79 tousand times and here in Bulgaria basement Wifi not so good, we stealing it from gun factory next door and smoke from coal fires make my head aching.
Oh vait, you also like me, maybe you be in Moldova old Soviet prison dey using now to spam botz or vatever dey calling it.
Nobody vant selling to cheapskates $#! pay da price, dis not Bulgaria street bazar vit da haggling-naggling, not buying potato here.
Vel, looking like to me my bosses peopul dey buying dis stock and vil not be so cheap soon so I understanding you, OK bye.
Very boring here Bulgaria factory basement and must be vorse for you in old Soviet prison, I understanding vy you do dis all day for sak potatos and 3 onions. Maybe you get beets for borscht in Moldova so you vorking extra hard. Oh so funny funny tanking you!
Maybe he's one-of-those E.European spambots he's always accusing others of being. He already replaced Simon Wagman in 2019 when that bott's nonstop dragging had everyone put him on ignore, now this one's reached its exp. date, credibility gone.
Just when peeps start to fall asleep and lose patience these stocks can run especially this one with its patents and still so much potential: if it had exploited all its patents and Newmin had stayed on top of his game it would be in dollars now. Anyone who follows this board knows there are numerous folks from the patent attorney Lewis who renewed patents to others like sigmond sitting on information til the time is ripe to move. Also never underestimate buying groups coming out of seemingly nowhere.
Leader of 3-ring-circus you talk-about=soaring today, should mean the 2 step-siblings are gonna follow suit soon. I see a number of misc. smaller stocks like this significantly picking up today - oddly one of my worst performers recently got current - keeping watch. Meanwhile the local Dark Clown with nothing to do but harp on this stock for years is actually a Portent of possibilities fulfilled. The whole OTC penny market is cyclical and dependent on buying groups who keep loading this and getting ready to run...
Bingo! Why else...#21 BreakoutBoard now,lotsa-eyes,lotsa-buying, lotsa folks seeing Simon Wagman Fiber-fibber who aint' got nuthin' to do, nowhere else to go but getting his jollies annoying folks here to make money. Tryin' to wear out their patience to make'em sell.
Lot more bids than sells, they have to smack that Ask to get it moving and makin' money. But don't lose the patience game, we're waiting for the "three-ring circus" led by ENC=z as someone keeps pointing out to us and he seems right: the Wild West of the OTC.
You-were-saying?Price=40-80C when I wrote this:doubled-to-quadrupled. Travel biz picking up big-time, Hertz replenished the fleet it sold off when the pandemic hit, I've rented cars from them several times recently and biz-as-usual at the airport locations. "Long term" is just that, anything can happen between now and "then," doomsday scenarios. As always on the OTC gotta stay alert, don't fall asleep.
I see what-you-mean&agree:had this long-ago @.0001-2, now long MC-T, all 3 are so manipulated, can't reply PM but watching ringleader's move - triple-whammy coming 4sure.
People=taking advantage to buy/load, we SEE the loading. If the company were still exploiting all the patents themselves this would be in multi-dollars, but MCET's patent attorney has renewed the patents, there are a lot of eyes and blog posts lately. Share Structure is stable and last updated by TA 2 mos. ago, there are lots of factors at work here, potential is unlimited - sometimes quiet periods are to seize upon.
YUP.Barchart-Technical-Opinion=Strong buy
The Barchart Technical Opinion rating is a 80% Buy
Used to be "Simon-Wagman" who posted non-stop-against only this stock and 2-3 other biotechs less so, never a single positive post about anything, until 2019 when this ID was born. Your theories may both be right and who says they only post to make fun of people? Someone had said they're the same person, disgruntled employee, maybe also investor, could be paid a few pennies to get even, funny how one disappeared then the other one appeared doing and saying same things.
This will have its time again soon, the patents are invaluable, it's been recently posted & proven they've been recently renewed by MCET's long-time patent attorney, Share structure updated in January.
Strong ask-slapping-goin'-on, Only way this moves+it WILL-move fast soon. Ask way-down compared to earlier-in-the-day, nice&steady til breaks next resistance back into the 20's. Then it'll run again. It has all the indications and Barchart Strong Buy.
Gotta know-this-gonna-blast:Fibber-man's sidekick's turning-it-up again! UP 50% Between Friday+today. Playing backwards game of "Simon Says" if you follow.
MultiCell(MCET)...owns exclusive rights to two-U.S.-patents...regarding isolation-and-differentiation of liver stem cells.
Rhode Island-based biotechnology company MultiCell Technologies Inc. is teaming up with Maxim Biotech Inc. under cooperative research and development agreement to develop products for studying liver stem cells and liver cancer.
MultiCell (OTC: MCET), based in Woonsocket, owns exclusive rights to two issued U.S. patents, one U.S. patent application and a handful of corresponding foreign patents and patent applications regarding the isolation and differentiation of liver stem cells.
20 February 2021
Other sources have also corroborated that MCET owns the 2 patents and they've been renewed. Which means...
Morning should be fun Lucky D, dennisv etc. indeed - Fibberman AKA Simon will do his best but this has LEGS.
#3 Breakout Board, moved up to top 25 of Most Read and Posted. EYES: means possible volatility too as new peeps try to load, LOAD & HOLD
#4-Keep posting, sharing-info-why-everyone's-getting-excited about this sleeper stock!Fibbers always come out and show what Fibers they're made of when big runs are clearly in the works!
Interesting coincidence:Simon Wagstaff used to post heavily vs.MCET until 2019, his last post on iHub ever, never positive, mainly against two other biomed co's as well as this one, then lo-and-behold emerges Fibberman to take up the job, alias born 11/13/2019 12:11:13 PM. Persistence personified.
Look what's happening all over the OTC lately, people are sniffing at under-utilized opportunities. Just the red tape to form, register etc. a corporation that can trade publicly is enormous and priceless.
Xlnt Find!Super-CV=entrepreneur and "in residence" @Rutgers+NYU...Currently=Director @MCET.

Now=19M:1M,.0016:.0017-half hour-to-clear,18's up! Let's-do-it.
The ginormous bid=holding-this-up:SLAP THE ASK!Anyone selling 'cuz they have a policy of not holding over the weekend is foolish and will regret it. Twice in last week this flew up in minutes. Who's selling here? SMH. Now there's huge bidding from those who missed out and want to hold it back to load.
It wants to run. SLAP THE ASK!
NICE CLOSE!+40%=Broke-through-Barchart's UPPER Resistance, tomorrow should hit mid-20's if it's anything like today but near the end moved much faster so anything's possible. I'd be grabbing what I can but I'm already loaded & holding!
Lucky you, buying @these levels! Will be min. penny any day then will start to reach its true worth. Patents renewed, TA-verified in Jan., in the forefront of timely science-journal and peer-review R&D in the bio-sciences sector, being used by major co's who owe royalties, dirt cheap.
Me too, but when they fill the rest of the order they don't charge the fee ($6.95 on TA) again. It suks though when they fill 50K out of a 100K order and you have to pay for THAT part then the rest won't fill at the Bid price. This guy got almost his whole order filled at least.
People need to stop selling to bid-sitters even at 15, that's ridiculously low, we can be moving up much faster, let's GO!
It was stuck-seemingly-forever,'cuz cheapskates had-to-move-up-bids to 14/15Ask, no one was selling @their ask. THIS IS A GOOD SIGN, there are very very few open shares left, they've been bought up and if people hold their shares, stop giving in so easily, we can move pretty quickly again.
Peeps trying to hold it down so hard is generally a good sign.
Even the Bid/Ask figures are confused, algorithms thrown off by surging demand, Bid exceeds demand at same price = almost no inventory at these levels, MM's have to dig into their stock piles which are depleted.
Patents etc. renewed on the sly, someone knows something's gonna pop soon.
Getting-ready-to-rock:LOADING PATTERN. 80% STRONG BUY ON BARCHART, it hit the low-resistance today and is GAINING STRENGTH. Green the color of money coming in Round Two. Ridiculously cheap. NO DILUTION, TA verified this January.

uh-huh,I know because-I-know,no-evidence,very persuasive.People, read=real-DD,patents-renewed,registration current and Share Structure verified by TA area current.
Whoever bought @yesterday's lows is now-up-100%,not just 50%:save your "education" for someone who cares. Is this a short-term opportunity or long-term hold? We'll see. We have enough doom&gloom to drive down the price again - Hertz went through this earlier last year too - as does every co. in similar situation. Wish I'd bought a bunch at their lows.
Barchart=88% Strong Buy,their algorithms show-underlying-strength,we've seen this break out 50% suddenly to get pulled back by MM's with their reserves they store by scaring shares out of retail.
https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/MCET/overview
The company owns patents that can be worth a fortune, also patents are being used by other co's without having paid royalties. Someone who realizes their worth is paying to renew the patents, lots of solid DD here even if some is put in a confusing way.
Share structure and O/S TA Verified. Ridiculous prices here.
Anyone who bought-@lows-when-I-posted-prev. made 50% already, just thank that Tilson "expert" as a contra-indicator. She & others like her trying to create self-fulfilling prophecies to be proven "right" and even telling SEC what to do, how to "save" the dumb little people, must be seen for what they are, who they're working for.
Exactly.Someone's buying-all-they-can low-bidding anticipating runup:they badmouth a stock too...See it all over the OTC. ALL his posts but 2 have been on this stock. Maybe they sold high and want to rinse-repeat. The kind of folks who warn they'll LOL if others lose. Admitted to a "former grad school classmate" who'd been on their "scientific advisory board" telling him stuff about co. but he's now dead can't speak for himself - sounds like alter-ego for Simon Waffleman or whatever it is, some beef to grind clearly.
Annoying delays here but the way it tried to run EOD 2 days ago then was yanked back by tossing in cheap shares, with all the renewing of patents and everything else being posted and new on investor blogs and all over the net - no other explanation.
The more-financial-news-plays-up-scare-relying-on-analysts-to-provide-cover-for-shorts, the more skeptical I am.
Who wouldn't have liked to buy American Airlines at 25c? Kodak? Who wishes they had bought more Netflix when the "experts" predicted it would be wiped out because of its old model - then it reinvented itself? (I'm well aware that Netflix isn't a formerly BK/ re-organizing co. but its demise was predicted then it soared.)
What my "take" is on this person is that she's been trying to take down the stock by pretending to "help" and preventing trading.
Are naive traders taken advantage of? All the time but more by lying CEO's and management who suddenly dilute or R/S wiping them out.
Shareholder Wipeout: Under the terms of the bankruptcy deal, Hertz will be acquired by Knighthead Capital Management and Certares Management for $4.2 billion, leaving common shareholders with no remaining ownership stake in the company. This type of shareholder wipeout is typical in the bankruptcy process of large public corporations, according to Bloomberg.
“To be clear: HTZGQ is 99% likely to be worth zero – yet yesterday it closed at $1.18, giving it a $185 million market cap,” Tilson said Wednesday.
Tilson said absolutely no sophisticated or institutional investors still owned Hertz stock following the bankruptcy plan news, yet its share price was still above 90 cents as of Wednesday morning. He said the entirety of that $185 million market cap will be lost by “average folks” and on Reddit, Robinhood and other platforms who misinformed or misguided about the situation.
Tilson called on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to restrict trading in bankrupt companies in the future to institutional investors only to help better protect retail traders in the future.
Benzinga’s Take: Tilson has been all over the ridiculous trading in bankrupt Hertz since June 2020, when the stock was trading at $4.18. At the time, Tilson called the stock a “zero” when it gained 115% in a single day even after its bankruptcy filing. Maybe she should just sit back and watch instead.
And Hertz's Euro operations and some businesses aren't even part of the deal.
He's actually good-omen,TAKE-OFF=imminent. Soared EOD day before yesterday then someone pulled out some shares to slow it down, this thing wants to RUN. Actually F-man's better for PPS than the guy who keeps saying old management is either too incompetent to see the patents are being ripped-off OR they're in on it LOL, though it's absolutely true that patent infringement is a highly lucrative recovery, and co. has other active patents it's renewing.
Someone coming forward to announce they're taking active control to leverage assets will blow this out of water overnight, loading zone.
Ridiculously cheap at these levels, 90% probability has been statistically shown it will likely reach .01 near future - see link in my prev. post, not JMO - Share Structure has remained same and is TA-verified, a former Oppenheimer Fund manager is 9.99% owner and hasn't sold, not for nothing...
Yes, great BUY-opportunity,from strictly-technical-viewpoint,should reach a penny within a few mos. and currently it's at the bottom support level. Numerous CURRENT articles have been posted here in the last week about how the patents are at forefront of cancer (breast and liver e.g.) treatments but also trading info is exciting:
Given the current short-term trend, the stock is expected to rise 41.09% during the next 3 months and, with a 90% probability hold a price between $0.0017 and $0.0103 at the end of this 3-month period. The low end is where it's been for accumulation, I believe the stats point to reaching .01 at least soon - we were almost there a couple of weeks ago. This can fly again any minute.
https://microcapdaily.com/biotech-sleeper-mcet-multicell-technologies-surging-higher-as-its-fa-n2-4-immortalized-human-hepatocytes-cell-lines-patent/130352/
Wow, are you trying to help this stock? "My research is solid," OK buddy if you say so and I said it was but no idea what you're trying to get at with all that, was trying to give an interpretation but you're so angry at everyone - is it all to say patents are being infringed on? Are these other co's making money? To win awards in a patent infringement case you have to prove damages, though punitive damages can apply. Seems it's not clear who is infringing, are the Newmins really clueless or just acting as such? So I'm trying to ask who's benefiting, but hey have a great day, hope you find something out.
I'm trying to understand/make sense of your message, you have so much stuff buried in there but don't put it into context and say WHY you think it's important so it's going un-registered. Yet you've emailed back-forth with principals so it's than just a bunch of googling and posting random stuff yet s/t comes off that way, sorry. That's what I read out of it - IDK what the message IS and I have spent time trying to piece it together but -
WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY basically isn't clear, WHY should people care? is what I'd answer, pretend you're writing a newspaper article. So I posted your whole message so people could try to figure it out for themselves, along with other stuff they're reading.
I KNOW there's s/th very important in there and this stock is way-undervalued is what we all care about here as investors/ traders.
I'm seeing a lot of MM manipulation here - price shows below bid consistently, and closed LOW on a low-paint-job last night. They seem to have finally run out of shares to throw into bid to slow it down? According to Barchart it's 88% Strong Buy, should close @.0023 but any minute can take off
Reposting-your-article-comment:clue to ingenious-scheme-to-try-to-elude patent-infringement? Well-intentioned "open source" type idea but with unintended consequences if left unchecked?

MultiCell Technologies and XenoTech LLC Jointly Announce Shrink Wrap Vial Sales Launch for Immortalized Hepatocytes
June 15, 2005 09:15 AM Eastern Daylight Time
LINCOLN, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 2005--
New Procedure Expected to Speed Adoption Through Reduced Sales Cycle
“The companies believe the new shrink-wrap sales approach will shorten the sales cycle and help XenoTech accelerate payments to MultiCell.” Or whoever is currently using this process to get around the pesky issue of "the hands of lawyers" i.e. patent and product infringement?
Tweet this
MultiCell Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: MCET), a leading supplier of immortalized non-tumorgenic human hepatocytes as pharmaceutical candidate optimization tools, announced sales of the Fa2N-4 hepatocytes in shrink-wrapped vials. By opening the wrap, a user indicates acceptance of the terms of a one-time license. This allows companies to buy plated cells with no need for any future no-grow agreements.
The official launch was announced jointly with XenoTech LLC, MultiCell's marketing and manufacturing licensee, at PharmSciFair in Nice, France June 14th, 2005.
The cells, also available in 6 to 96-well plates, are currently being sold to many of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies under an evaluation license. Dr. Andrew Parkinson, President of XenoTech, explained. "An evaluation license was a precursor to a propagation license; we found that many customers don't want to deal with the complexities of the propagation license and that they lack the staff and space required for propagation of their own cells. In fact, our own facilities may be inadequate for the projected future demand."
Jerry Newmin, CEO of MultiCell, stated, "This approach removes the single largest barrier for use of our cell lines by pharmaceutical companies, the execution of limited license agreements. The legal process of licensing cell lines for propagation took our cells out of the hands of the scientists and put them in the hands of lawyers. This new sales approach will allow scientists to purchase cells without the complexities of licenses. Accordingly, we believe that this may speed widespread use of our cells to help lower drug development costs and help prevent costly drug recalls."
What it sounds like to ME is a way to elude the "complexities of licensing" as in stealing the product and use of patent without putting the process "in the hands of lawyers." Can this be how "someone" TBD is trying to get around the patent infringement issue? Guaranteed not to work once the scheme is busted. MCET might be sitting on a goldmine! Once in a while those pesky "hands of lawyers" can be put to good use.
Janice Di Pietro, MultiCell's CFO, commented, "The companies believe the new shrink-wrap sales approach will shorten the sales cycle and help XenoTech accelerate payments to MultiCell."
Who's running XenoTech now? Are they still marketing this or who is?
WOW this=ginormous!MCET patented-this in 2014;Sigmund seems to be the last-one in charge, you yourself posted an email from Barbara Newmin that she allegedly just does art and knows nothing nor does 80YO (tho there are 80 YO's like Buffet etc. in great mental shape still running things) husband - "ask Ed." Sorry you have great detail but the import sometimes gets lost...fill us in.
Did Sigmond stop filing disclosures in 2020 because he had this double-dealing on his agenda? And now he's been caught? HUGE recovery for MCET!
from microcapdaily Feb. 14, 21 - just a week ago, posted earlier on this board:
It is not exactly certain who is currently in charge of the Company; it could be the Company’s old CEO Jerry Newmin who is now close to 80 years old or his wife Barbara or the Company’s director, Ed Sigmond; a Partner at Sigmond & Johnson, Inc. Mr. Sigmond was also President at Kestrel Holdings, Inc., Chairman, CEO & Head-Investor Relations at The Great American Food Chain, Inc., Managing Partner & Owner at The Elbow Room, and a Director & Partner at Na Zdravi Ventures. He is/was on the Board of Directors at MultiCell Technologies, Inc.
KADCYLA sold in 2021, MCET's patented. KADCYLA next-generation antibody drug conjugates patented in 2014.
MCET also patented and owns this: ...MultiCell holds two patents on novel strategies for isolation of adult human liver cells, and cell clusters or doublets, invented by Dr. Ronald A. Faris, Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of MutliCell and Director of Research with Rhode Island Hospital. Obtaining stem cells from adult tissues avoids the ethical issues and the contamination issues associated with embryonic or fetal stem cells. Liver stem cells may play a key role in transplantation for tissue regeneration and therapeutic use including the clinical management of metabolic liver disorders and heart disease as well as potential diagnostic applications. The use of liver stem cells to treat diseases, such as Hepatitis C, may greatly enhance quality of life and avoid costly whole organ liver transplantation. MultiCell believes its patented stem cell techniques are unique within the cell therapy market.
S you ask: WHERE'S THE MONEY JERRY NEWMIN? & ED SIGMOND? WHAT DID YOU DO WITH MCET's Patented antibody drug?

WOONSOCKET, R.I., Dec. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- MultiCell Technologies, Inc. Good thing he's only here for his "own amusement" since he's not amusing anyone else but you're right, he's a contra-indicator, so that is funny I guess... Good thing Simon/John Wags (the sidekick on Billions, no relation but maybe share annoying traits) has no ulterior motive wink-wink LOL!
I'm not predicting anything on this one 'cuz you never know who's got what shares stashed away to wreak mischief but so far Barchart's 88% Strong Buy prediction is right: Ask getting Slapped. Hard.
From Dennisv's prev. today stockinvest post:
...during the next 3 months and, with a 90% probability hold a price between $0.0017 and $0.0103 at the end of this 3-month period.
I'm betting on the upper end at a min.-easy pennies+
Wow,someone's manipulated this DOWN-to-load,the pullback from yesterday is crazy on the anticipation:
Hertz expects to emerge from bankruptcy by early to mid summer

ha-ha!Even I'm a little-surprised Barchart=88% Strong Buy:only up from support: https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/MCET/overview
This is ridiculous. So manipulated. Thx for all the great DD here everyone!
Do tell:which attorney?IMO you're-on-right-track,someone's buying-up cheapies B4 news gets out, selling the patents and/or suing those marketing & infringing will be VERY LUCRATIVE.
The retired CEO and his wife seem like easy marks to take advantage of, glad there are folks like MCETDreamer on the case - even garbage trading OTC Grey Market with Skull & Bones is trading way higher than this. This structure is itself very lucrative for someone to walk in, would take hundreds of thousand$ to set up from scratch. Then they have the remaining patents being renewed, right in the middle of headline news with Covid applications.
As I've said, yes disclosures are a year overdue but it's still trading PINK, TA-Verified Share Structure, stable for years - no new notes or required filings from divestments of "significant owners" (La Jolla has just the legal hair under 10% and they have a SF office, I wonder...)
P.S. according to their website, La Jolla's sole shareholder is a former top honcho at Oppenheimer Fund. I've looked into some of their past investments and they have included financing to co's like this in return for discounted shares - but they may have more in mind than just running up the PPS and interestingly, didn't sell during this last run-up. I for one wouldn't sell here either!
LaJolla has a professional management team with diversified investments.
