NexACT.
I am hoping that we have news on licensing the NexACT technology.
I quote from the Ihub Apricus intro above:
" The safety and permeation properties of this proprietary drug delivery technology was demonstrated in the Vitaros® product which was approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in November 2010 by Health Canada, and approved by the European Union in June 2013. Vitaros has been launched in the UK, Germany, Sweden and Belgium through partner pharmaceutical companies. Additional launches in France, Spain and Italy are expected in early 2015. For more information on Vitaros, review the company's November 2014 corporate presentation.
Pursuing the NexACT® pipeline, in December 2014 the company initiated a Phase IIa clinical trial for RayVa to treat Reynaud's Syndrome. Results from the trial should be available by 2Q2015."
When Rayva trials result are known we may have two products, whose effectiveness is a result of this technology. My hope is that the company is working on various license agreements for this technology with large pharmas. If APRI should sign a large pharma to a license agreement, I would expect the price of this stock would be exponentially higher than the current price.
With no scientific background, the above is more of a wish than an insight.
Purchased more shares near yesterdays low. The old adage is volume precedes news, we have had a lot of volume without news from the company. As the rest of you have speculated our new stockholder has provided much of the volume, but.............for what reason, where is the company news?
I for one have not sold any shares on this upswing, and added shares today.
The increase in price isn't too bad either.
Wonderful opportunity for me (hopefully), while painful for others.
I feel for you that may have been put into a stop loss or margin call.
Hopefully there will be a press release from the company, and from the analysts voicing support for the company and reiteration of previous price targets.
Been following this board for a short while. Joined the fun today with a few thousand shares. Hope to learn more about CYTX from research on this board and of course posters opinions.

Transparency,
info please.
Bought 750 shares on pre-market this morning. Chose between CYTK and GENE. Oops.
I don't mind holding for a few months or even adding more shares.
You seem certain about a major increase in price from here. Would you please lay out your thesis as regard the fundamentals for this company, thus short cutting my own fundamental analysis and DD.
Thanks hentied
Or possibly, just possibly..............they need the cash to buy back US Vitaros rights.
Sorry, saw someone already posted this sentiment. cannot delete my post.
My takeaway from the interview. Take no prisoners attitude.
New management will aggressively grow and PROMOTE this company.
Hold on to your shares, this could be a great ride!!
20 Minute interview of Rich Pascoe today.
Wall Street Analyzer.
A very good presentation on why to own and hold Apricus

Buyer today. This looks like an easy $5 stock. May have technical resistance at $4.50, but continued good earnings and press releases should get through the resistance.
Because the officers and directors have just been awarded mucho market price options.
Most likely there will be a more aggressive marketing of the company now that we have a change in management with newly granted options.
OK by me, maybe a more aggressive market presence can get us all back to the black.
Congrats, but the seahawks had you on the edge of the seat right up to the last. ONE OF THE BEST SUPER BOWLS EVER.
Go Seahawks!!!
this author is very long as well.
I want to welcome all of you brand new buyers of APRI today at higher prices then the current price of $1.34.
Many of the sellers today were long-time holders, who have averaged down several times, and were able to sell at a substantial profit today.
APRI has gone through a lot of negatives the last 5 years. In fact, I believe they hit every possible negative on the list of negatives. There are no negative surprises left, just positives. I won't list all the changes that have taken place over the last 18 months that lead to my positive attitude, but they were many and substantial.
So my advice to you is to average down, keep on buying, just as those that sold today will buy back at these lower prices, and you too will make a very nice profit.
It may be dead money for awhile, but the trend will be a slow, but steady climb from here, followed on occasion by another explosive increase in price, as today.

Yes, One of my many minor pet peeves about this company. Management has no problem spending our money and our shares, especially on themselves.
It would be nice if they respected our money and shares, treated them as they were their own.
The reason I say minor is because it is not unusual for most small cap stocks.
shipped may also include many units given away as samples. I expect very little in revenues for 2014, and not much in 2015 as the pipeline continues to be filled.
I have never heard, and there are too many unknowns to do an accurate calculation.
However, I have asked this question of myself many times, and more than once performed a back of the envelope calculation.
My guess is somewhere between $2.50 and $4.50 per dose sold.
Wow. Remember when some of you speculated that a chance existed that Vitaros customers in Europe may be so impressed that they would want to be stockholders?
Might be the source of our whale. Whoever it is. Welcome and keep sucking up the plankton.
If you don't. Take a look at the weekly and monthly charts. They aren't pretty, but there does appear (to my biased eye) to be an improving trend.
Or someone bought at 50 cents lower and is taking profits. For me, I am holding. Probably hold throughout the year. We are just a few approvals, positive announcements, etc. from being in the $2's. That will relieve some of the financing concerns in the future.
Whether it was tax selling or not, it appears the big seller is gone (at least for now). If it was tax selling, whoever it was, may be a big buyer in 30 days.
Especially if there is something in the works that we are not currently privileged to know.
We have all that new high price talent, they must be there for a reason. Only makes sense that we would not have hired, nor would they have accepted a position, unless there is something going on that is worth their involvement.
all's good brudda. No worries.
Well it is a start. Maybe $1.05 close on Monday.
We will find out in just a few minutes
Quite a fall. And like most trends, this one too has been overdone and will end badly for those who follow it too long.
All I want for Christmas is for 2015 to reverse 2014 prices. Tra la la la, la la la la
Dec 24, 2014 $1.01
Nov 24, 2014 $1.34
Oct 24, 2014 $1.62
Sep 24, 2014 $1.62
Aug 24, 2014 $1.86
Jul 24, 2014 $1.92
Jun 24, 2014 $2.20
May 24, 2014 $2.25
Apr 24, 2014 $2.36
Mar 24, 2014 $2.33
Feb 24, 2014 $2.50
Jan 24, 2014 $2.13
How about with the recent personnel changes Damaj has lost his source of inside information and has decided to get out since he we will no longer be able to trade on inside info.
Or SB heads a giant hedge fund with designs to take over APRI so he can get rid of the COB.
Or maybe there is no santa and therefore no santa claus rally.
If volume precedes price.
Largest 2 day volume since April 15, 16.
Now which price?
Maybe Pascoe bought into my scenario. LOL

Of course I agree with the tax selling view. Although some investors sell as a matter of course, when the financial people leave a company. Some see it as abandoning ship. In APRI's case, it is more like pumping out the bilge.
It is wonderful that we all share this board and are subjected to the diverse opinions. The knowledge and opinions expressed here, is the catalyst for my position that this was not a specific company negative event and to execute my strategy.
Of course, I may be completely wrong----again, but it is my decision. I thank all of you who post even those who are emotional and combative. I try too look pass how you say it and look more to what you are saying.........but you do not make that easy for me.
Happy Holiday Season everyone and I wish each of you a fulfilling 2015.

Believe you are correct. However I expect the price to be back in the $1.18 range by mid-January. Based on that belief I completed my purchasing in the $1.00 to $1.02 region. I now own significantly more shares than I ever have.
I even saw my entire position go green briefly. That is a first ever for APRI holdings. Of course I had to exit my entire holdings a few months ago for that to happen, and I still need to see dollars added to the share price to ever breakeven entirely.
Oh well, it was still green for an instant.
GO APRI!!!
And, if you are still wavering on buying more shares, well you can probably tell what my advice would be.
You and I are both partially correct. Some are fear sellers, some are tax sellers, and some are other reasons. The tax sellers add fear to the market price, which increases the fear sellers fear.
Your previous posts have shown much emotion. I expect your posts to be highly emotional. Sometimes you also have a more technical post, but rarely. Many of us on the other hand are more technical and analytical by nature and skeptical of emotional posters even when results may have proved them correct.
Again in this case you are correct about many of the shares being an emotional response, but I think that I am correct as well. Many of these sells have a more practical side, in this case, saving tax money after such a year long general market uptrend.
So I agree and disagree. That is why there is more than one kind of breakfast cereal.
Tax selling is not as great as most think. For example, say you bought at $1.50 and sold for 95 cents taking a loss of 55 cents. If your tax rate is 28% you are recovering 14 cents of your 55 cent loss. (.28 times .55) So you sold at $95 cents to recoup 14 cents. So the breakeven is $1.09. If the price goes over $1.09 you actually would have done better by holding the shares than taking the tax loss.
at 35% tax rate the breakeven would be $1.14
Just something to think about.
Increased holdings 50% more at an average of 94 cents. Now holding largest number of shares ever.
I am hoping that the knife is now in quivering mode.
With a book value of about 30 cents a share that puts a value on all the products, pipeline and research at about 60 cents or about 25 million.
Yes, this is very much over done.
Hoping this is all over tomorrow.
Although next week could be very dangerous as volume will be extremely low.
Has anyone a feel, can any of this be attributed to option expiration?
On a more positive note.
It has been a great two days for adding shares. Rest of the truck loaded today. Could be a fools mission. I am with SB, I think we will find out soon.
Been buying today.
Back to over 2/3 of my largest position about a year ago. I have no idea what the catalyst will be to get the SP moving back up, but I know there will be one. If not soon, I am not worried, as I believe the price is artificially low.
I am taking advantage of what I believe is a lack of positive news together with low volume and tax selling.
With the SP at it's lowest price since forever (almost) together with the strong increase in the overall market this year, there is plenty of motivation to sell Apricus shares now to offset other gains.
I expect that about Dec 28, the sales pressure will be off. In fact anyone that was planning on selling back up to the $1.20's may likely have sold their shares by year end at these lower prices.
My theory is with all that overhead resistance removed the price could easily rise 20% to 25% by the 2nd week of January without a catalyst. If there is a catalyst early next year, all the better.
Christmas and New Years market closes begin next week, this is about the last week to accumulate shares at these prices without causing wild swings between the bid and ask.
Well that is the working theory anyway.
Merry Christmas and Happy holidays to all of you out there including the new APRI employees. May 2015 be the best year of your life.

added again, I could not be happier as a shareholder. This is now totally Pascoe's watch.
Do not know how much the quality of the staff has improved, but IT IS DEFINITELY much better.
My expectation is that now, when a PR or news is released by the company, there will be some basis of fact behind the release.
added shares this morning.
