Couldn't agree more with respect to the way the company is managed. Always been impressed there.
What I'd like to see happen is for this company to bring something proprietary to market.
They have the infrastructure, access to investors/capital...
Spot on:
Minutes later, the stock failed at the $3.00 level as projected...then commenced what has already become a 25% selloff on record volume.
Good stuff.
lol
Here are the issues with KSHB going forward:
No intellectual property.
Little/no in-house production/manufacture.
No exclusivity as far as distribution goes.
This company could sink so quickly when additional competition comes to market. And competition WILL come to market. If you don't think Chinese suppliers aren't going to force prices lower, you're in for a surprise.
Cool flip for small time retailers (kind of) but as it stands, I just don't really see a path toward growing shareholder value.
Be careful reading the message boards folks. Lots of baseless hype and general cluelessness.
Did someone seriously just short 50,000 shares!?
lol
I'm good man thanks.
Lots of valuable insight to be had from that post.
And it has little to do with the float.
A handful of weeks ago this sort of comment was "nothing more than a conspiracy theory"...not to mention that at that time pps was "headed to $1 by July."
How swiftly things change.
What's interesting is what hasn't changed since then...and that's anything with respect to this stock's viability as an investment.
Anyone care to guess what HAS changed since then? lol
Needs $5MM reported this quarter just to begin offering some justification for current pps. Anything short of that points to a vastly overvalued share price.
I assume since there are predictions of $10 pps by Friday, the accompanying revenue prediction must exceed $5MM by a considerable margin.
Looks to me that the discussion here is setting the stage for some serious disappointment.
At this point, I'd be amazed to see $3 break - assuming there is sufficient volume to make it worth getting excited about.
22 share order filled at 1.885.
lol Who does that?
Tough to garner much interest when exiting is all but impossible.
Would love to see some consistent volume here. Based on the hype effort, you'd think there would exist some liquidity.
At least the manipulation is blatant enough so that anyone watching Level II can catch a laugh.
The artificial bid bolstering this morning alone is enough to bring the lulz.
The bid support has vanished and readjusted at least 10 times today already.
Don't get trapped folks.
Where's the interest? Disappointing start to the week considering the amount of desperate promo.
Nearing 1,000,000 shares dumped into the gap up this AM.
Rough setup for folks who don't recognize the ugly patterns we commonly observe with these pump & dumps.
Chart is full of resistance, indicating at .36, .37...and heavy resistance at .38.
That a lot to overcome before we can worry about the dreamland "next resistance" at .45.
Again - might want to look into realtime quotes.
Um. Volume is heavy to the downside indeed. Gap & trap already confirmed. Stepdown into close.
Realtime quotes might be something worth looking into.
Dilution is destroying shareholder value. It matters.
$5MM revenue this quarter just to meet expectations?
lol Any revenue predictions for this quarter?
We'd be hard pressed to find a single instance where a projection or deadline was met.
Typical of the pump & dump TRTC has come to be regarded.
What about the .80's?
Gap & trap.
According to filings, looks like the SEC is stepping up their attention to detail with respect to TRTC - THE cannabis sector pump & dump.
Is this the beginning of the SEC's TRTC offensive?
Lightened up a little bit and almost destroyed the chart. My bad.
I have always said that I appreciate the fact that this company isn't following the pump & dump/promo format that is characteristic of OTC companies in the cannabis space. That said - it's unfortunate that this positive attribute gets diluted by the laughable inaccuracies that are staple of message board "promo culture."
I enjoyed your post.
Cool. But what demand? Typical day trades under $10k. Where is the volume?
What low float? Data please? Last I heard about this the float was only 2MM which was hilariously wrong, especially after 15 years.
And why does it matter whether their competition is publicly traded or private? Competition is competition.
If I get my $3.40 average exit, I'll be happily surprised. But when 10k shares can shave off 25%, it's not as smooth and simple as some might like to believe.
The stock can trade at $500, but without the liquidity to move orders, who cares?
Maybe that will change.
$10? lol Well, we can certainly hope. I will have taken a lot of profits before then though ;)
So what are the revenue projections folks are betting on?
This is good to know when deciding whether to unload before or after earnings release.
No I'm afraid that would be an 80% loss.
lol Tell us - How many shares traded at $10?
I can't get a bid to facilitate my exit.
Why such little interest?
Looking extra weak these days.
According to the filings - it's all downhill from here.
Don't get trapped.
Lookin real weak.
$300 just wiped out 8%.
Who wants to bet that was actually someone's entire position? lol
All it would take is about 5,000 shares lol
So far both posts are laughably wrong.
But carry on...
Low volume pops -> Big volume drops.
They don't call this the biggest pump & dump in sector history for nothing, folks.
READ THE FILINGS, don't get trapped.
Indeed. As illustrated by the data you posted, there was not a bid capable of accommodating the stated order of 900 shares at $1.59, nor has there been in recent weeks.
lol I can do this all day.
The daily range is largely irrelevant with respect to whether or not demand exists for a specific order - in this case, 900 shares at $1.59.
You seriously confused about this?
Again - there has been no bid that could accommodate the 900 share order at $1.59 since April.
Not sure how much more detailed I could get to illustrate something so simple.
Sorry but there has been no bid that could accommodate the order as stated since April.
