It appears to be undervalued at its current price. The phase 1 results look good. Definitely big potential here.
I got in at 0.18 with many doubts, but I saw the hype/pump and rode the wave.
I mentioned a few doubts early on (my posts are still available under my profile), but It's too easy to overlook the bad when people are excited.
I feel better now. Sold at .69 on Tuesday. I was mad, until mow, that I missed 90 cents.
Never understood the hype here. Others can do ODT, but few do in part due to expense.
News of another settlement this AM. Marathon Patent Group Announces Settlement and License Agreement With Payment Terminal Company
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/marathon-patent-group-announces-settlement-121119193.html
ALEXANDRIA, VA--(Marketwired - Jul 10, 2013) - Marathon Patent Group, Inc. (OTCBB: MARA) ("Marathon"), a patent licensing company, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, CyberFone Systems, LLC ("CyberFone"), has entered into a license and settlement agreement with of one of the largest payment terminal companies in the United States.
The CyberFone patent portfolio cover claims that provide the right to practice specific transactional data processing, telecommunications, and network and database inventions, including financial transactions.
The patent portfolio has a well-established history of revenue generation, demonstrating the value of the assets, as well as the widespread applicability across multiple industries. Since the licensing campaign began nearly 20 months ago, the patent portfolio has produced 35 settlement and license agreements. Ongoing infringement continues, and the CyberFone portfolio is currently being enforced against additional defendants.
"Along with our partners at IPNav, we are pleased to announce the 35th settlement for this foundational patent portfolio," stated Doug Croxall, Founder and CEO of Marathon. "Securing quality IP assets through our relationship with IPNav and partnering with inventors who wish to monetize their IP continues to be Marathon's primary focus. Our approach to patent monetization has, and is expected to continue generating tangible results for our shareholders."
The Shaked & Co Law Firm represented CyberFone Systems in the transaction.
I saw that as well. Price didn't react.

Especially with a red day for the market.
I noticed that too. Yes, the rs isn't an issue. That said, I am tired of the slow bleed downward. How many legacy shares are roughly left?
Nice call Celtics!
I hope we see .40s soon. At least i don't see us dropping below high .20s--solid support. Anyone hoping for teens is out of luck.
I'm guessing no one knows why, but you have to like seeing that. I was tempted to sell my position this week and buy back in later; I think I'll hold now that I saw that purchase.
Look at that bid: $.143x455,000
From PatentPlayer on SA:
"Joe,I see the mess with WDDD today but have a question about this toxic financing you and Rain are tossing about on iHub.
Convertibles are $1.85M of the $2.3M financing.
Assuming they get to what I would call a worst case scenario of $.32 average price for the previous 20 trading days (last 14 and next 6) That would take them to a limit of no more than 4.99% of the company. 83M shares now that would put the total they could take at approx. 4.5 million shares. @ .32 that's $1.44M right there. Another round of dilution would only be the balance of $1.85 and $1.44 or $451K. No way this is some kind of death spiral for WDDD but it is being played out that way."
Yes, sure appears that way.
Very excited. Confirms what many of us know and bolsters my confidence in what lies ahead for us.
Agreed. Frustrating. I didn't invest in MARA hoping for a quick flip. Just disappointed with the slow bleed.
Welcome DeadParrot!
I sold out of VRNG a while back. JJ is unusually slow and GOOG is trying anything to stall. I have been tempted to buy back in the last few weeks hoping JJ rules soon.
Agreed. That's like saying "no one is buying VRNG because they know how JJ will rule and when."
Heading back to where we should be after yesterday's bear raid. Congrats to all that picked up more cheap shares and those that held.
Agreed! Good to see the pumper is gone/quiet.
Yeah, the CFO basically said the same thing today. They realize this will require the help of a big pharma company to market and help push the product globally.
AE is right. Classic bear raid. Happens often with bio stocks. It's a bummer for anyone that sold out of fear and for anyone taken out on a stop loss.
Great day for anyone that bought more shares cheap. Great conference call today. Put to rest any fears of dilution and we may be seeing a partnership after data is sorted.
Fantastic day! Looks like we may have more joining us. I see BCYP is being pumped on twitter tonight.
Nice article. Any guesses as to how many shares the legacy sellers have remaining to sell?
We've had nice volume this week; unfortunately it's been with a down tick in price.
One of these days. The waiting is the hardest part.
Congrats Joe! Thanks for writing it.
Go WDDD!
EDVA will post damages estimate early next week:

Finally a liftoff or just a small hop?
MNKD held up well last week. I expected worse. We should see another bounce soon with positive data potentially being released.
Viagra and Levitra are already available as a chew and ODT form outside the US, respectively (I think the names are Viagra Jet and Staxyn). Pfizer and others do this to keep sales up to counter generic competition.
I don't see how RapiMed sildenafil (Viagra) would kick in any faster than plain Viagra tabs from Pfizer; oral disintegrating tablets don't have a faster onset compared to a regular tablet formulation. That is a common misconception although a good sales pitch. SCRC could make a lot of money with a generic ODT Viagra, but it wouldn't kick in any faster than plain Viagra. The only real advantage is you can take an ODT tab without water and it might give men the false idea it works faster.
Insulin is destroyed by enzymes in the mouth so RapiMed wouldn't work for insulin.
Closest thing for oral insulin is ORMP and their product in early trials; and that's a capsule that will have to protect insulin from being destroyed by stomach acid and digestive enzymes. It will be interesting to see how it holds up and how they dose units of insulin with a capsule.
I don't think most investors are scared by the lawsuits.
I see the drop mainly due to shaky confidence as to whether mgmt can produce the product. Delays, a short attack, and a bad Seeking Alpha article (that may be false). Mgmt has a bad track record of over promising and under delivering. If they can actually deliver this time on what they have been stating, this could be a $60-100+ stock.
I'm new to UNXL, but yes if the production is figured out.
Yep. Glad I bought in at $16. I was disappointed to miss the drop back to $15, but $20+ looks near.
Credibility aside, PennyCrazy does have nearly 3k followers on twitter. At least the publicity may help?? Part of the issue, imo, with the slow bleed we've seen has been a lack of coverage of WDDD.
I'm guessing most people here found WDDD via another patent play. The few investors that may stumble upon WDDD probably have no interest in patent litigation; they will find the DD to be quite dry and boring.
I bought more at .386. Hard to resist buying at under .4
I wouldn't be surprised if we hit 6.90s. Bad day for the market.
Sometimes those that attend the Markman hearings have a good sense of how things fared for each side. Hopefully we will get feedback from those that attend to hear opinions as to how well WDDD and ATVI presented their arguments.
The Obama plan would be too late for ATVI/WDDD if Obama even gets anywhere with it.
