Sold my 1,000,000 Shares of NVDL this week. Got about $0.007 per share. Made a few hundreds bucks and was happy to move on.
Who knows what the Rat has in store for the $2M in cash the company has. Maybe he will offer shareholders another buyout at 1 cent per share. My guess is that he owns most of the shares by now.
Wanted to put money into something that had a chance of making money.
The best thing that NVDL did was introduce me to SUDA. I think SUDA has a chance for strong profits in a few years.

HD,
Thanks.
I figured this out about 10 minutes ago that I was low and should have multiplied by 2.79 and not 1.79.
Thanks for providing the correct number (as it makes me even happier)!
GLTA!
JPI,
Thanks for sharing this great Video.
Great to see Greg Morris on that Video.

Historical Pricing
The last 10-Q was released on 23 July 14. The average closing price for the 30 days prior to the release was $0.069.
The average trading price for the last 30 days is $0.193.
We have increased by an average of 179% since the last 10-Q was released.
If this trend continues and the 10-Q was released tonight, we can expect the average price to be ($0.193 * 179%) at $0.347 on or about 31 January 2015.
IMO - I am sure that it will get there before 31 January.

Here is a good article on going off the grid in Hawaii.
http://mobile.bloomberg.com/news/2014-10-30/getting-off-the-grid-in-hawaii-becoming-a-family-affair.html
I am confident that this will happen a lot more as the price of solar continues to fall.
Energy companies are also getting in producing power via solar.
This bodes well for us longs!
GLTA!!
Chinkwia,
When i was doing some DD over the weekend I ran across our technology consultant's name at Hypersolar. He has been working with them too.
While I agree with Moon that we are probably going to buy another PV business, it was interesting to see that there are connections to other technologies too.
Hypersolar is using the sun to split water into hydrogen and oxygen. I got into them a few months ago.
GLTA!
Belnome,
I recall hearing on this board that JN's shares are tied to a blind trust that he does not directly control.
Not sure if this is really the case, but might be why he is not directly listed.
I am confident that he has shares of the company.
GLTA!
JohnCM,
Thanks for the update on GTI.
I have had them on the radar since 21 Feb 14 when they were at about $9.50 a share.
I am in the process of buying into CABN.

Link to who owns the most SLTD Stock.
I found this link to be very enlightening.
http://www.j3sg.com/Reports/Stock-Insider/xxxgen.php?tickerLookUp=SLTD&pageNumber=1&descending=0&sortBy=rptOwnerName
Looks like some of these investors have links back to other companies that operate in our same space.
I cannot verify the accuracy of this. But at least it was updated since the acquisition of SUNWorks. Shows the shares that Abe owns.
GLTA!
Bucky,
Thanks.
Interesting to see all the same names when you do a google search on the CABN CEO and SLTD.
Looks like he owns about 10% of SLTD. A lot more than I own. Here is the link:
http://www.j3sg.com/Reports/Stock-Insider/xxxgen.php?tickerLookUp=SLTD&pageNumber=1&descending=0&sortBy=rptOwnerName
Thanks for this info.
GLTA!
Bucky,
Followed you from SLTD board. A couple of questions for you:
1. Who are the real investors? Looks like everything is being funded by issuing shares to debtors.
2. You mentioned it was the same investors as SLTD. Who are they to be specific?
3. I read their last 10-Q and the only mention of Graphene was their agreement with UCSB (twice). I assume they are new to the Graphene business?
4. Are they giving up on the Gas to Liquid (GTL) business.
I have a small order in so I can track these guys.
Will consider buying more in the near future. Not sure I want to get rid of any SLTD at this point.

One has to look at this realistically. If a penny stock company can develop a hi tech PV cell on a shoe string budget, what keeps a very large PV company from throwing a lot of money at the problem and coming up with an equivalent PV cell or better.
I am a believer in SLTD and JN, but I am also a realist. This is why I put a lot of faith in JNs ability to acquire PV installers and grow the company in one of the hottest sectors in the US economy.
GLTA!
100% Q on Q gains will not last forever. i am happy to see continuous gains Q on Q. The cell is icing on the cake for me. I am ok with just being a solar installation company that is in the acquisition mode.
Given the gains in efficiency on PV cells, it will not be too long that 30 to 40% efficiency will be here. Our guess of 25% for our cell will be short lived. Others will soon exceed this.
GLTA!
I am not sure what I am more excited about, Q3 results or accounting 101 coming back to the board to give us his commentary. I really miss his insight.
I fell into this stock by chance. i was heavily invested in 3D printing stocks in 2013 and during my DD i typed in 3D and up popped this company. I did a little DD and saw where Jim was on Fox news a couple of times and actually testified in front of Congress. I also saw where he spent time at Bain Capital. I decided that I would take a chance.
I wanted to own 1 million shares of another company and took a chance. Bought in at sub 2 cents and could not be happier. Often thought of jumping in and out to take a profit, but decided I would just let this ride and hope for the best.
So far i have not been disappointed. i have more than doubled down on my initial buy and wish I could say that i am in at 0.0199 for all my shares, but I am very happy for what i have.
GLTA! 3Q results are coming and we will all be rewarded.
i really appreciate the longs on this board their positive atitude.
I recall reading an article that when Morris Technology was bought out by GE that this created a very big vacuum in the volume of commercially available 3D printing in the US.
I would not mind if Sigma Labs created a subsidiary company that concentrated on 3d printing of high cost metal components to industry. This would be a great way for them to validate their software with many different potential customers.
As many on this board, I do not want this to become the focus of Sigma Labs. It can be another revenue source, but the value they add is in developing the software and sensors to increase the efficiency of 3D printing.
GLTA!
Interesting article on efficiency.

Nice to see the industry is waking up to this problem.
Can only hope that our cell performs as well as it has been talked about by JN.

I feel Jim Nelson will be known as the man that made Abe (and many of us shareholders) very wealthy.

The 2nd QTR 10-Q came out on Wednesday 23 July. I see the 3rd QTR 10-Q coming out between 21 - 23 October. Can't wait to see the results. Had to add a few more shares to the boat last week when it went below $0.20.
This is one exciting stock and I find it hard to believe that not that many investors know about it.
Happy to say that my initial investment was just below $0.02.
GLTA!
Accounting 101,
Have not heard from you for almost two months. I hope you are still monitoring this board??
Just wanting to see if you have any updates to your thoughts on the 3rd QTR results? I cannot hardly wait to see what they are.
I always enjoy your posts and encourage you to post your thoughts more often.
Regards - GLTA!
Wow 22 cents. That is 20 cents more than I paid. I hope this does not stop.
GLTA!
MarkP1950,
I agree with you.
This is why I have not sold any of my SLTD. My boat is full of SLTD.
I also have a small boat load of HYSR and am waiting for the next announcement that they have hit their next milestone in developing Hydrogen from water and sunlight.
Not sure which will pop first, but confident that both SLTD and HYSR have a good future.
GLTA!
CHR6IS,
I agree... This is a great thing. They are at the same stage that SLTD was at in 2011 - however it is now 2014. It will take them years to get where we are.
I have been here since the price was 0.02 and very happy with this company and JN.
I truly believe that all longs will be greatly rewarded for believing in SLTD.
Our time is coming!

Norway,
Welcome.
What took you so long to make it here?
I too have the other stock you mentioned. I was very happy to see the SLTD price exceed the other stock price.
How did you learn about SLTD?

Partnership would work. Buyout will not. Those who have been here for longer than one week are expecting a lot more out of this gem.

NS Fan,
I am still holding. I made money on the pump and dump about 18 months ago. So overall I am about even.
I am not buying and just sitting tight.
What about you?
I drove by the warehouse over the weekend where they are supposedly going to assemble the kits. They got smart and covered up the windows. No idea if there is anything going on in that warehouse or not. Also drove by the main office at the Flagship Center in Anderson, IN. They still have a sign on the office space.
No idea what is really going on here. I am torn between throwing more money down this blackhole to acquire many more shares very cheaply, or just living with what I have and writing them off as a bad investment at this point.
Hate to hear about the toxic financing.
Win some lose some. So far I am losing on these cats!
GLTA!
Looks like you last message lasted about 8 minutes before it was gone.
For those that have been here for a while, we have a pretty good idea what is going on. We know the day is coming that there will be a big announcement. The only question that I have is how much longer will the wait be before we get the news that we all know is coming.
This news could be Monday or 6 months from Monday. For those that are truly long, the wait does not matter. We know what is coming.
GLTA!
Anyone have any idea what is going on here? Company appears to be dead but stock is moving up.
Wow - You talk about loosing your Mo Jo. These guys have sure turned to crap lately.
I hope they can pull out of it.
GLTA!
Jackle,
Interesting note on Optomec. I have been following this board and SGLB for about a year or more. I do not recall ever hearing about this company.
Their website is interesting. Looks like they are a private company.
Thanks for sharing.

Does anyone know how long the pump has been going on? I talked to someone who told me they got in at 20 cents. Any idea how long ago this was?

In the big scheme I am not sure it really matters.

It will be much better when our numbers start reflecting the potential of this stock. Once this happens we will see many more investors and the price will go up.
Swiamca,
I hope Jim is committed to growing the business and will not even consider a buyout at this point. Maybe a few years down the road when we are on a major exchange and making lots of money he can then consider this.
Few of us are here to just double or triple our money.
This is one of two stocks that I plan on taking an early retirement on.
