GD opened a new plant in Lafayette, Indiana last year. I recall they too were going to print fuel nozzles.
I uploaded a picture of the facility or year or so ago.

They should look at Arcam out of Sweden. GE Sweden recently bought 80% of them. Happy to say I am an investor in them for several years. I think Mr 3D himself, Gary Anderson turned me on to them.

Train,
Here is a little more on the IDIQ contract you mentioned. We are working one now for 5 years with the USG at the company I work for (Defense).
IDIQ is a U.S. federal government contracting acronym meaning indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity. This is a type of contract that provides for an indefinite quantity of supplies or services during a fixed period of time.
In our case the USG has given us a non-binding estimate of the expected orders for each of the 5 years.

RV-8,

Magnolia Solar believes that a significant part of the solution may well lie in solar energy. Our technical staff is busy developing new means of harnessing the abundant, renewable, and entirely free energy of the sun. In this section we describe how solar cells work to harness solar energy to produce useful electrical energy."
Sounds like possible synergy between one of our old projects at SLTD/SUNW and Magnolia.

j_iliz,
Any idea if SUNW is able to offer the Tesla Powerball? I do not recall if this is a direct sale from Tesla or if they allow vendors to sell them on their behalf.
Either way happy to see that we are compatible with the Tesla product.

Brings a whole new meaning to the phrase - "what a nice rack"
Most of us longs have been waiting for this up turn for quit some time.
The big question now that I am asking myself is, "do I set a stop and take some profit and then buy back in after the earnings are announced and the stock takes a dive, or do I just wait".
Unfortunately I do not have an immediate answer to my own question.
My guess is that I will just hold and be very happy in a few years.
It will be interesting to see if history repeats itself and if we dive after the earnings.
Time will tell.
GLTA!
As in research and development.
Question is are they interested in manufacturing our cell in their facility in Vietnam?
Hopefully time will tell!
GLT all longs! I believe our time is coming.
This stock had been on my watch list since June 2013 when it was trading around 70 cents a share (pre reverse split).
Looks to me that it still has a ways to go to get to break even (value before R/S) given the reverse split.
Good luck!
Looks like Gum Shoe guys might have known what they were talking about.
GLTA!
Shark.
If you are really interested, maybe you should spend a few more minutes of doing a little of your own DD
RV - Sorry to hear you left SLTD.
I was up over $500K at one time with my 3M+ shares.
Presently have about 116K shares and only up $11K.
I have not sold any. Still looking at this for the long term and hoping to see it go back up.
All my money is in retirement accounts and I have at least 5 years and more like 10 before I need them.
I hope you did not loose to much here.
Regards,
SChris
P.S. - Preferred to send this message via this stock and not SLTD.
Just listened to the investor's briefing. Very interesting to hear that we are looking at the East Coast for acquisitions. Also happy to hear that we are wanting to be one of the top five solar companies in the next 5 - 10 years.
The briefing that the team put together was impressive. Here is the link to the briefing:
http://ir.sunworksusa.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/SUNWv11.pdf
The very last slide was a backup slide that was not briefed. It showed the solar cell and talked about the 200% improvement over today's cells.
Looks like the cell is not completely dead and is lingering in the background. It was interesting that it was not talked about.
Also found it interesting that we were up today by about 8% on low volume without any news.
GLTA!
Not sure why they wasted their time making this. So funny in the end when they show us the electric motor and batteries that was driving it.
Not sure this is our Sunworks. If so, first I have heard we are involved in South Africa.

Silverfox,
As when SLTD did its reverse split we used the symbol SLTDD for while. After a period of time it reverted back to SLTD.
This is the same case with the stock you mentioned. I too have some of it.
Use the old symbol before the R/S.

Lots of activity in the final minutes. Several million shares bought and a good little spike in price.
Maybe Tuesday we will find out why.
GLTA!
Ok. So based upon this:
" HyperSolar, Inc. (HYSR), the developer of a breakthrough technology to produce renewable hydrogen using sunlight and any source of water, today announced that it recently was able to improve the photocurrents achievable from its proprietary nanostructured solar cell materials for hydrogen ("H2") production by approximately one hundred percent (100%). "
"HyperSolar has previously shown that it could reliably achieve photovoltages exceeding 1.5 Volts, the widely accepted voltage needed for splitting water using sunlight as the sole energy input. "
Does this mean that have reached 3.0 Volts? Would this not be 100%?
GLTA!

I wonder how much of this is truly institutional investors versus accounts that are just self directed IRAs/401ks.
The 53k in Pekin Stringer Strauss is all me and my self directed account. Wonder how much of the others is the same. Not sure how you figure this one out.

JN on Fox News
This was not the best interview that JN has had with FOX.
Hated to see that they flashed up "Sun Edison files chapter 11" during the interview. I am afraid people might get us confused.
Neal gave Jim a chance at 1:27 in the interview to talk about our panel and he did not bite.
I might have missed it, but I did not even see them flash our ticker. At the end of the interview they flashed the current prices of three loosing companies and their ticker up on the screen. Too bad they didn't stick us in the there with them. We would have been the only positive one.
Neal let us down on this interview. He usually does a better job.
In the end, being on FOX News should help us.
It will be interesting to see if this interview gets us much traction tomorrow.
GLTA!
Thanks.
Any one know when the split is going to happen?
GLTA!
Why would they do a 1 for 10 R/S?
So they go from 6/10 of one cent to 6 cents. What does this accomplish?
This has me baffled.

Me too!!!!!!!
If this company was not associated with William Beifuss and Cumorah Capital, I would think that a P & D was being set up here.
However, given that both the above are involved in this company, I feel that what is happening is legit.
Time will tell!
Someone is accumulating shares and willing to pay top dollar for them.
To me, this is good news!
