It wasn't me. I tried to sell 1.5 Million shares on Friday for .0029. No one bought so I reduced the available shares to 550,000 and offered them for .0022. Still no one bought.
Have not tried to sell any since then. I presently have a total of about 4.5 Million shares, so the 1.5 Million shares would have only been a third of my holdings.
Anybody who said I was "trying to get out" was not being accurate.
So why didn't you buy the shares I offered yesterday in the 20s?
You are dreaming if you think you will have a shot at .0018s, because the transaction at that level was probably a MM job.
Market closed with GDGI shares last price of .0034 with volume of 262,000 shares traded.
Oh yeah!
Now offering 550,000 shares @ .0022.
Its only a third of my holdings. I want to use the money for something else.
Steve;
I have 1.5 million shares I am offering at .0029. Does that interest you?
Big lot of shares are up for grabs at .0029.
1.5 million shares
Well that's why I mentioned positive documentation, so that a deadline is set for the restitution. The shares need not be turned over at all if there is a legal guarantee of payment within a certain time frame.
You make it sound like there is nothing definite as to a deadline for repayment. Is this true?
Steve;
Thanks for your reply.
Now let me make a suggestion that you might want to pass on to Ben: if in fact it can be factually documented that GDGI will definitely get a specified amount of money, he could take that documentation to a factoring firm who could give him cash in exchange for GDGI transferring the recipient rights. Of course the factor discounts the principal by a certain percentage that would amount to a fee for the service. In this way, GDGI would greatly expand sooner; which would make the factoring transaction worthwhile.
Thanks for the clarification of information. This means that we should not have to wait for a year to see some results from GDGI.
It started to appear that we would from the improper emphasis being put on the restitution money.
I would say that by the Spring of next year, we might see a nice boost in share price.
Steve;
What do I have to do to get you to answer the question I put to you in post #23257?
Awaiting your reply....
So what happens to the other 15M if GDGI only gets 5M?
I think Steve said "up to a year" in his post.
Ben needs to get busy on applying for a government grant so GDGI doesn't have to wait around till next September to get operating capital. Has he said anything to you about taking up my suggestion?
Isn't that lovely. Someone in cahoots with the government is probably using that money in some bank somewhere to make lots of money with it. Fractional reserve banking comes to mind. So the little guys, (us) have to wait around so some fat cat can get even fatter. Totally disgusting!
Keep in mind that the judge who will approve the restitution money transfer may have been on vacation, and had just returned on Tuesday. He probably has a lot of cases to review, so you need to be patient. The government always takes a long time to get anything done, except to tax us.
Go GDGI
I guess you have not been following the story here, but the money has already been seized. It is just a question of when the judge gets around to approving the transfer of funds that are coming to GDGI.
Go GDGI
Hang on guy, paint is still drying. Few things that are worthwhile happen right away.
Go GDGI
Maybe the approval judge for the restitution money is on vacation, and will be back after Labor Day.
Go GDGI
GDGI just went to .0034 per share.
Go GDGI!
I think you guys should not get so 'bumbed out' about the delays in Costa Rica. Keep in mind that GDGI got at least two 500 unit orders not part of Costa Rica that were not filled because of a lack of working capital. When GDGI gets the funds to run again, the orders will come in again and then they can be filled .
GDGI will rise sometime in the months ahead.
Someone just might be about ready for the "funny farm".
GDGI is a 'sleeper' that will awaken sometime in the coming months.
Nothing would make most of the people here feel better than if a certain person would just sell all their stock for .002 and stay the heck OUT of this board. What a pain in the neck!
GDGI is going up sometime in the future, we just don't know when yet. They say that Rome was not built in a few days. (Some people are just not willing to wait.)
If something does happen in the next few days, wonderful. Just don't build yourselves up for a big letdown, because things usually take longer than we expect them to.
Go GDGI
I think you guys aught to hold your horses a bit. Raising your hopes by saying things like "next couple of day" or "by the end of the week" only serve to cause a lot of emotional let down after it doesn't happen. We have been waiting on GDGI for a couple of YEARS, so we should be thinking in terms of the next few MONTHS instead of DAYS.
Just a word to the wise.

Nathaniel;
I guess you weren't around when it was revealed that a couple 500 unit commercial orders were not filled because of a lack of working capital. That problem will be solved once GDGI gets the restitution money. So it is not a problem of getting orders, it is a problem of filling them.

Its absurd to think that misters can help with the situation in Yellowstone. Mother Nature has awesome power that is extremely hard to deal with; especially on the scale of a large volcano.
I just wish that the court would hurry up and release the money that's due GDGI. The governments are soooooooo slow to get anything done. You would think in the age of lightning fast computer technology, things would not be as slow as they used to be.
Go GDGI
Steve;
I never applied for a grant from the US Government, so I never got any links to the grants office. It was a co-worker who did so years ago. But I do know that they used to be very generous with grants. I don't know if they have tightened their belts since the 2009 economic downturn, but I suppose that the worst thing they can say is 'no'.
Go GDGI
I just wrote Ben an E-mail suggesting that he apply for a grant outside of, and in addition to, this very limited EPA grant offer.
He might have a better chance of getting some dough to get GDGI off the ground. Hopefully the 5M from the Levy case comes through soon so this will happy in the near future.

I remember a guy that I used to work with told me about a venture he was involved with. He and a friend of his were working on marketing a pre-cooler for A/Cs that was basically a narrow mini swamp cooler using pads. He also told me that they applied for a grant from the government, but the government wanted to give them TOO MUCH. These guys wanted only a couple hundred thousand, but the government insisted on a couple MILLION. They never went for it.
Actually, Ben does not need to wait to WIN a grant at all. He could apply for a multi-million dollar grant outside of this 'contest' or whatever it is that the EPA is doing.
He probably should have done it a long time ago.
Maybe it never occurred to him that he could do that.

The buying frenzy will probably begin in the next few weeks. Who knows how high GDGIs share price will be by next Spring.
10 cents? 20 cents? 40 cents?
Go GDGI
Sounds like a very good plan... I will be in great shape with just 10 cents a share. Anything over that will be 'gravy'.
Go GDGI
Last week I saw an article about a penny stock that went up over 200 times with only a small amount of good news. That kind of a move in GDGI would put it over 50 cents a share. Wow!
Go GDGI
Some here will probably sell most (if not all) of their shares before GDGI makes its recovery, then "cry in their beer" because they didn't keep the faith.

A Bently is a type of automobile and RV stands for recreational vehicle (usually a camper or motorhome). These were among the properties that were seized from David and Donna Levy.

Unless some government somewhere in Florida decided they needed it to erase some of the 'red ink' in their budget.
(i.e. STOLE the money).
Steve;
I could have sworn that I saw a posting here months ago where the court revealed millions of dollars in seized CASH assets.
That money can't just have disappeared into thin air.
GDGI is headed higher
My view is that it would be best if we don't project a pps move to such close time as 'next week'.
That is the very thing that has gotten a few of the people here all flustered and frustrated, because they get built up for a big let down.
It would be best to say that sometime in the coming MONTHS we will most likely see a good move in GDGI stock's price.
I know that most people are afflicted with the 'summer frenzy' that happens every year, and this causes people to be rather Impatient; it is not beneficial to 'count your chickens before they hatch'.
GDGI is a long term play, rather than a
buy-it-today-and-flip-it-tomorrow stock.
Go GDGI
You got that right guy.
