You can't just close one company and start another brand new since Phar was not declared bankrupt. If this was the case companies would do it everyday to create a new set of investors. Bankrupt companies can be purchased but Phar is not bankrupt.
You can create a new division and incorporate. My company is a joint venture of at least three big names. Since Howard owns most shares he is in the same boat as we are. I suspect he is trying to break people thinking of this company as the other one with a similar name.
We're staying put on our 20 million shares.
I wonder how many shares of Phar Howard has now. If he has about 60% like recent the publications state then he's vested in Phar.
Most of our investments are in much more solid "class leaders" where most of our money is made with a >95% success rate. This one is like many other "high risk" penny stocks. If you get in be ready to accept what you loose since you know risk is high when you buy.
We still have 20 million shares purchased by gains from other transactions. If it goes belly up - no big deal. If it turns a profit the return rate will be exponential.
I picked up 4-5k on other stock today so how many do you want to get rid of?
I placed a bid for 5,000,000 at .0002 this morning for an hour and have NOT purchased or sold Phar in a long time. Today I won 26 shares of a $90 stock so trading Phar is not on my short term money making list.
Probably the stuff listed in the patent.
Would Kraft be interested in this product as a part of their Mi0 "Liquid Water Enhancer" line?
That would be $25,000 @.0009. Ie approx. 20,000,000 shares.
We own 25K of the stock @ .0009. The money is where the mouth is.
You may call us stupid but our batting average is close to 95% wins.
I have no idea what Howard is planning. restart or sale
That he controls 66% and no others are listed as major holders points towards continued efforts.
I think since Howard now owns 66% that he has a plan. There is nobody else listed as having significant share amounts. I don't believe DM is involved anymore.
I know personally Howard has been in two plants. This means HIS intentions are real.
The product is the #1 used pain medicine. Something will happen to make him rich from so many years trying.
Who on this board still owns this stock?
Hmmmm Tier change again yesterday.
Let's see now Howard owns 66% and we own 3%. That leaves little left for trading because none of us is selling.
You guys don't get it. Howard has been buying up the stock at low prices so he can start over or sell the shell. He certainly isn't giving up on this project. He now owns the majority of the stock.
Why?
What about Monte C. Waldman, CPA. He did the recent report.
You may want to contact the most recent lawyer who signed.
If he states the current documents are false I'll take the time verify as well and come to your side. If he states them to be valid I'll expect you to support the possibilities this stock has.
I see no reason to doubt the recent publications and it appears the stock exchange felt the same way.
What are you talking about?
It appears Phar "today" is trending upward.
I believe liars and people who spread false information get what they deserve eventually.
Howard seems to have a pretty nice house and oh yeah over 400 millions shares according to a legal document that can easily be audited.
Howard has said before that he won't publish information just for the sake of moving the price. Expect this stock to just sit until something really noteworthy happens.
For me his recently signed report showing ownership of over 400 million shares is the only really solid news lately and was probably given to help maintain compliance.
I wonder if Howard has been buying stock?
I noticed the financial reports showed NO other major owner(s)!
I don't know about this market but the NYSE requires anyone who owns more than 4% report ownership.
The March 4 2013 Financial report signed by Howard shows in section XI line 6 he owns 407 million shares and section XIV states 66%.
I believe Howard has over 400 million shares if I read the recent report correct?
Tier change for Phar
Mon, Mar 11, 2013 12:00 - Pharmstar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (PHAR: OTC Link) - Tier Change - The symbol, PHAR, no longer is classified as OTC Pink No Information. As of Mon, Mar 11, 2013, PHAR resides in the OTC Pink Limited tier.
$12,347 .
This is how much my account grew today on this one stock.
I've made $56K before in one minute on penny stocks.
I wonder how much Howard's portfolio grew today. This stock is not dead like some say. Howard can easily make millions if he can get the ball rolling. I don't think he will just let this stock fade away.
$16,587
That's the amount of money spent buying Phar in the last month.
People speak the loudest with their wallet.
So who keeps buying it then?
It would be nice if the the stock board investigated this stock.
I think it was run down on purpose.
I keep 10K amounts for sale just above average as stepping stones.
I believe most of the investors would like to plant seeds for growth instead of destruction.
When a stock is at 0.0012; why does someone keep selling at 0.0005 instead of 0.0011? To me it means someone is trying to drive the price down.
After getting burned on IPO and burned on a couple buy downs along the way I said the heck with it. Eventually it stabilized for a long time and then dropped quickly to 0.0002. Like my mother I can't pass up a bottom dollar item. I purchase penny stock like this before and made close to 200K but it was chapter 13 stuff. I think this risk is better than chapter 13 companies.
I'm not friends with Howard but know him personally and have his personal email.
Now that manufacturing is shot all that's left is to sell it. I don't think he has any other option and with his age he should like to see the years of development help the world.
There are others like me from the IPO event that will snap up bottom dollar sales and that whoever is trying to kill this company will have a time doing so and can do nothing to stop a buyout.
The recent run-up shows there people ready to buy at increased prices from the mere hint of something happening. The same must be true for larger drug companies wanting to easily expand their market.
I never day traded more than a couple million or Phar and kept everything since IPO. It never seemed like a day trade type of stock. I do day trade other large cap stocks with a >90% success rate. This is one I've sat on for a long time. When stock dropped below 0.0009 I started buying it up. >85% of my 20 million was purchased below 0.0009. Some other was purchased on the way down.
I know the product and personally know Howard and even have his email. He's not allowed to share insider information to me. I have sent recent email to him but did not ask for a reply. However I think this stock can make instant millions so my money is where my mouth is.
To answer your question the 15K was purchased at IPO time and was maybe 2 million.
I purchased 20 million at 0.0009 avg.. My quota is full for this stock.
Someone is buying and someone is selling for 50% of current value in trades as little as $5 to drive the price down.
SHELL STOCK STRATEGY
Most investors buy Shell Stocks when there are rumors of a potential reverse merger. But, they become impatient when the reverse merger does not happen and sell . . . usually at a loss.
So what is the best Shell Stock strategy? Probably it is best to buy several Shell Stocks and forget about them. Hopefully you will resist the temptation to sell when things get boring, increasing your chances of participating in a reverse merger - sometimes producing huge returns.

Where should I look?
Will other IPO investors kick in if the price drops below 0.0005?
Who sells 10,000 for 0.0005 and why when the going price was 0.0012?
It can't be to make a profit.
jammerr I lost about 15K in the IPO. When the price dropped I loaded up. It's a longshot but I believe it will be sold.
For every stock sold someone buys. Who is buying all that is discarded and why?
