I'm hanging tight with what I have but I'm not sure how we get the money to come out the other side. The drugs have potential but I'm losing sight of how we make it to the finish line.
Go IPIX!"
I reckon there are many who feel the same as you. Perhaps the smart money people/venture capitalists are dumb-they just can't comprehend the science which so many do here, and all the many unnamed company collaborator's.
".... . Accumulation has been underway for a while. The cartel will give up the ghost when the BIG NEWS hits."

We'll see what follows, it is certainly not a linear chart.
Have you attempted to call? He doesn't answer, pickup, and seldom responds to messages.
and the current rendering is mainly prompted as a resultant of the ceo's oversight.
hope you are correct, but your statements are nothing but speculation to which a judgement will be, eventually, rendered.
there's no such thing as smart money investors in this stock. they (we) have all been duped.
look at a chart. pr's are duper feed.
the mfo will also know when news will be announced, andwill sell into the "spike" in price. Look at any chart since the period of time leo organised with them(whoever they are).
Between February to Mar 2020, Drew made a series of statements concerning the COVID-19 outbreak where he downplayed the seriousness of the pandemic, stating that it was not as bad as the flu, and suggested that it was a "press-induced panic".[32] A 5-minute compilation of the statements was posted by DroopsDr on YouTube, but was temporarily taken down "due to a copyright claim by Drew Pinsky Inc." The video was later re-instated after several attorneys and many others defended DroopsDr.[33]
Drew subsequently apologized and urged people to follow the advice of Anthony Fauci.[32][34]

Kick the can down-the-road and all that's left is a few employees and minimal cash... From Absssi on down to COV-19 the shareholders wait each Monday for the turnaround PR... Now the newest hope is a 20 second clip from Dr Drew... Incredible...

Maybe ipix could hire dr drew as a scientific advisor or, maybe, the 3rd director as well as hiring mr.rogers vp of as vp of investor relations. With the haul that the ceo rakes in, every day is a beautiful day in the neighborhood.
"Don't say I didn't warn the parasites and the "criminals" as Leo calls them."
Is that a direct quote? I read(pronounced reed) that as an insinuation that the ceo has nothing better to do than read this board. True?
Holy s***, are we in trouble.
There are few shorts in this stock. This stock is flipped, by some who post on this mb, and who work in concert with one another. It's been stated and telegraphed, and not hard to see. My bet is on the law suit.
"$5 buyout?
CTIX reached $4.93 without Brilacidin fighting CV-19"
And look were they are now, with B's cv-19 potential. Ipix has hardly ever been lower, except from last fall to the grand covid announcement. They are in the doldrums, and have been for years because of very weak management, or something more nefarious.
New investors, wait for news verified by named, and recognised, professionals.ie, where have you gone Dr Steve Sonis, etc). Crickets.
You are correct. This ceo will lead us to the promise land and has failed not yet. Question anyone who questions him.(?)
Those are the harshest words I've ever seen about the ceo.
Appears to be the company noted below. Been around a while(~30yrs). Seems quite reputable.

"How crazy is that? Up 386% on 83 million shares.
It just shows how frustrated the Corona virus treatment and vaccine development has become.
The failure of a treatment or vaccine to show any substantial success is creating an atmosphere of desperation."
ABIO has had 3 reverse spits since 2013(1:6, 1:7, and 1:18). One would have needed to purchase shares at 2.5 cents in 2013 to become whole today.
There were people(experts) very early on stating at best, a vaccine might be available, at best, in 18-24 months.
Frustration is natural with unexpected and changed conditions. The curious seek out those with knowledge and more wisdom, and act accordingly.
"And I know some of those strong hands. So do you LR but you just don't know it."
Sounds as though you know them a wee bit better- hows that? Are they the self professed flippers who have driven the sp down over the years?
"... .
Sorry folks: from the front line I am sorry to say that the progress IP has made and Leo has reported is pathetic and not good enough.
Please weigh in other front line workers- I am interested in your perspective"
I find the pr's (not just the current ones) to be overly vague. A facility, a university, etc. SH's are left to wonder and trust.
I'm not a front line worker, but have in-laws who are doctors just outside Philly, and a sister who's a case manager/RN at a hospital at the west end of Paul Revere's ride. I'm T1D and my endo is at a major hospital in Brighton, MA who have cancelled in house appts in exchange for telemedicine consultations. I've noted here that one of my siblings is Downs(in his 50's), and 2 of the 4 residents(he being one) have tested positive after the house manager was diagnosed with covid.
Appreciate what you all do, needless to say it must stressful.
I appreciate how Gov. Baker and Walsh have responded thus far and would be interested in hearing your thoughts.
Thank you for your efforts.
What's the 1/2 life of brilacidin?
"Leo really needs to start focusing on our financial situation, this deal he has is killing us! The science appears to be good and moving along but the financials need undivided attention or we go no where, I thought LW was good at this shit! Grant money, partnership or whatever he needs to do, he needs to get this done somehow! Institutional investment and volume is what we really need, but unfortunately no one will touch us"
Perhaps a shareholder offering with options? I partook in one years ago, worked well for sh's and company.
On another note, Seqens lists 4 US locations(2 at the same address, one manufacturing and the other sales). 3 are in MA- a R&D Lab in Devens, MA(formerly Fort Devens, a former military base), and 2 in Newburyport, MA (1 manufacturing, 1 sales- both at the same address).
The 4th site is sales in Robbinville, NJ.
Newburyport is an easy bike ride from the old Beverly office while Devens is a short ride from Wakefield, west down rt 2 from rt 128 (I-95).
Interesting and encouraging. Well done, and thanks.
P.S- Bain Capital was (still is?) majority sharehlder-
2003 Creation of the Novacap Group (now Seqens); Bain Capital is the group’s majority shareholder

Thanks for the advice, wasn't aware one could do that with an IRA account. Learn something new every day.
I believe your opinion is in the minority regarding the management of "company" affairs.
Would our president consider him (le) a good hire, or have fired him(likely long ago, imho) based upon PROGRESS?
In publicly traded businesses, good managers enrich themselves by enriching shareholders- for the most part. I suppose, to date, shorts have done well, and may do better based upon history.
IDK, but keenly suspect.

Yooper61,
Great post. Historically accurate, and on point
"I admire Leo Ehrlich for his accomplishments....."
You can't be serious.
My grandparents were born between 1885 and 1895. 58 did a great job of summarizing the life experiences of people back then.
Regarding millenials', they've seen their fair share: 2001- 9/11, 2003- Afghanistan war followed by Iraq war, 2008- the great recession, since Columbine in 1999- be taught how to prepare for mass shootings, aka shelter in place(in school only, on your own at a mall and most other places).
"What’s really disappointing is that the virus hits nursing homes and congregate living facilities especially hard and yet they haven’t been protecting them in any meaningful way to date."
I agree. I believe that why it does hit those facilities hard is most people(not compromised) can "weather the covid storm" if it hits them unknowingly. They go to work, and share the virus with the compromised.
"In my state 99.24% of the Covid19 deaths are elderly and /or have one or more underlying condition."
What state are you from?
"We don’t need a lot of experts and panels just common sense."
Somewhat agree. We don't need alot, but some. All should remember that this is new(there is no vaccine), there is not an expert on earth who has received a phd in covid19 study.
My common sense tells me it has something to do with at least high blood sugar levels, probably other conditions as well.
I emailed Fauci in late March suggesting a tie:
Dear Dr Fauci,
Being a type 1 diabetic for over 40 years(pretty good control for t1d, a1c low 6's(which is HIGH for the general public)), I did a little research and discovered that blood sugars rise as people get older.
"RESULTS—In the FOS and NHANES cohorts, A1C levels were positively associated with age in nondiabetic subjects. Linear regression revealed 0.014- and 0.010-unit increases in A1C per year in the nondiabetic FOS and NHANES populations, respectively. The 97.5th percentiles for A1C were 6.0% and 5.6% for nondiabetic individuals aged <40 years in FOS and NHANES, respectively, compared with 6.6% and 6.2% for individuals aged ≥70 years (Ptrend < 0.001). The association of A1C with age was similar when restricted to the subset of FOS subjects with NGT and after adjustments for sex, BMI, fasting glucose, and 2-h postload glucose values.
CONCLUSIONS—A1C levels are positively associated with age in nondiabetic populations even after exclusion of subjects with IFG and/or IGT. Further studies are needed to determine whether age-specific diagnostic and treatment criteria would be appropriate."

The advancements in blood sugar control have moved astronomically in the past few decades. Diabetes, mainly via out of whack blood sugars, can stress the body/organs. I wonder, if elevated blood sugars do feed covid 19. Perhaps a trial could be experimented with in hospitals on covid patients to maintain blood sugars at the safe, but lower ends(70-90 mg/dl), to starve the virus?
Just thinking.
Appreciate you and your departments efforts, and candor.

Found this article today dated 4/24/20 in scientific american:

You forgot, don’t go out, remain hidden away, be afraid day and night, very afraid. Aaaggggghhhhhhh!
99.?% survive Covid. Of those 99.+% likely 70-80% don’t even know they have it.
"Go Brilacidin! Or did we rename it to Leocidin? Leo my in? It will end up being called a “Leo-pack” when the doc orders a prescription.

Are you suggesting the whole story is fake news? That it is an effort to draw suckers in?
No need to be concerned I guess.
Merkel was one of the first Europeon leaders to declare the potential impact of the virus https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-51835856.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angela_Merkel
I was surprised to recently read(last month or so) she has a doctorate in physics. She is no fool.
I had many relatives who fought against a different Germany during WW2, they've changed, for the better. Her intelligence, ability to quickly understand, and be quickly decisive appear to be serving them better. She's running circles around us like Jesse Owens did with them((Hitler, et al) back at the 1936 Olympics. To date:USA 238 deaths/ 1 million population, Germany 90 deaths/million. World average~ 36/million- but many countries lack testing/medical care.

... . "These two PR’s equal 3 separate labs looking at Brilacidin. Correct? .....
3/17/20 pr you note says, in part:
1. Innovation Pharmaceuticals (OTCQB:IPIX) (“the Company”), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, announced today further details on the Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) signed with a leading public health-focused U.S. university and top coronavirus expert.
2. This new research is independent of that being conducted on Brilacidin at one of the U.S. 12 Regional Biocontainment Labs (RBL). The RBL is testing Brilacidin’s potential inhibitory activity as a small molecule drug against SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus responsible for COVID-19.
5/5/20 pr says, in part:
3. Innovation Pharmaceuticals (OTCQB:IPIX) (“the Company”), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, is pleased to report the Company has executed a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) with a leading U.S.-based Public Health Research Institute, with access to a Biosafety Level-3 (BSL-3) laboratory, to evaluate the immunomodulatory and antiviral properties of Brilacidin in relation to COVID-19. This new research is separate from the previously announced antiviral studies being conducted at a(not THE, my add) U.S. Regional Biocontainment Laboratory (RBL), which over the weekend informed us that the next phase of Brilacidin testing has commenced.
2 and 3 appear to be separate. Is/can #1 be affiliated with 2 or 3, or any of the three be affiliated? The pr's are very vague in terms of who s who. Boston University has RBL 4 rating. Would they then be cosidered capable of conducting RBL-3 level studies? IDK, I'll call HQ tomorrow and attempt to find out;).

"Well, not everyone. Shorts would have a pretty bad day."
This stock investment reminds of the greasy poll contest, where few make it the end, and even the few who do, end up in the drink.

Email.
Quick reply basically advising me they are up to their eyeballs.
"Too bad you didn't get a response. It would have been interesting."
Hopefully I do get a response, perhaps, or maybe not. That's how we currently live. Who knows what's next? My 52 year old brother is severely Down Syndrome-none verbal, physically healthy. He lives in a group home where the house manager tested positive, as did 2 of the four residents(those with Down Syndrome). 50% of the residents are positive(my brother is "clear" so far).
It will hit all, one way or another(emotionally, you will likely know someone) hopefully ,most, with minimal impact.
You advise: "Stay away from that scumbag, he's more corrupt than you know, he might face jail time soon and I sure hope so, he's a fraud and Big Pharma's puppet,..Trump will get hype to his bullshit soon."
The truth will be revealed if what you foster is true. IDK. I do know he's a graduate of The College of the Holy Cross. Same as Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, Cheif Justice John Robert's wife, basketball hall of fame inductees Bob Cousy(from New York and has called Fauci his hero) and Tom Heinsohn(sp?), astronaut Joe Kerwin, among many others.
I'll consider any of their thoughts first(those still living), considering this an anonymous message board, but ty for your thoughts.
I posed this to Dr Fauci back on 3/31/19. No response(I did not expect one but hope it was read by someone). It would be interesting to break down covid outbreaks to body mass index(BMI) by country to see if there is a possible correlation.

Aren't we all curious about that?
