It appears to me cases in Florida hit a most recent low ~ 6/08/20, and have been rising steadily, for the most part. Deaths started to rise ~ 6/15/20 and have been rising since.
Time will tell.
I know you were not asking me, but yes, your response made perfect sense. There is no perfect engine, but the most efficient engines/methods are usually gravitated towards til something better comes along.
"... . Cases are spiking and death rates are plunging. ..."
Death has been lagging the initial diagnosis, usually by a couple weeks. But you are right, this weeks case loads have never been higher in the U.S.
Momma Mia that's alotta of spicy meataballs!
Nice find, thx for the post.
Glad you caught the humor of it, mission accomplished. Figured a response like that was better than a-lot of the diatribe strewn about on this mb.
Some know not sheet from shinola.
I agree, I bought 2M shares today with a stink bid.
"....and to all the medical and economic harm done to people by government overreaction."
Sure. The day is half over and Florida has already hit another all time high(over 10K new cases as I type).
Party on, Garth.

"Additional details on the Brilacidin anti-SARS-CoV-2 testing being conducted at the RBL are planned to be submitted for publication upon completion."
PR 17 june 2020"
Submitted to who, and planned within what time line?
Does sound juicy.
"So you don't see the opportunity in front of us?"
I see the opportunity stated by the ceo/cfo, but seriously question the chances of his accuracy after so many similar statements regarding so many other afflictions.
"Two separate/independent Regional Bio Labs (RBLs) are the third parties I'm referring to..
KFC.. you haven't read the PRs?"
I've read the pr's, and have borne witness to his same rhetoric over MANY YEARS,(as you have I'm sure- believe you found this nightmare before me).
Who are the third parties you reference, and who did you hear them from?
Thx, a direct, adequate answer will likely quell my doubts;)
"It makes perfect sense to have started manufacturing already. What wouldn't make sense is to not start it when they know they'll need it whether they partner up or go it alone with grant funds. No trials without drugs."
Haven't they pre started B for sachets for OM, and one other indication in another form (than sachets) first (sorry, forget which one)?
What makes you think this is true, and shall "pan out"?
It appears to be working quite well in Massachusetts along with distancing, and limiting crowds capacity in stores, etc.
"Here in Arizona, I'm blaming the spike on air conditioning. The heat is driving everyone inside."
Then shut off the ac, it won't kill Arizonians. More generations have survived in this country w/o the conviences of ac/fans/heating systems(other than open fire).
My wifes co-worker was commenting yesterday that they were going to utilize some stacked granite posts they have ~ 500 lbs apiece to build a fire pit. She also noted that her husband, who she said "can't work a hammer", was going to take a $500 class to get certified to operate a Bobcat then rent one to move them in place. My wife was on a tele meeting and I happened to be walking through at the time. I chimed in and advised that they buy a single piece of pvc pipe(4" sch 80), cut into 3 equal lengths, tip the stacked pile over, place one piece on the 3 cut pieces and roll each piece individually into position.
Sometimes one has to think. Abe Lincoln was a lumberjack once and nearly never went to home depot:).
""it will go away with warmer weather"? Well, THAT ain't happening, and it's plenty warm!"
I don't read all posts on this mb, but don't recall reading that statement or a follow-up statement to it. I don't agree with all posts but would be surprised if some one posted a comment as intellectually weak as that.
I get your question, but admit I can not answer definitively.
I assume "Brilacidin reduced the viral load in the samples 97 and 99% more than nothing at all did." and assume the words in bold type are yours(and mean placebo. Don't know.
So, if two subjects started at the same time, one on B and one on placebo, their virus load concentrations measured at initiation, and again upon completion. If placebo virus load INCREASES 50% and B has lower numbers compared to placebo at the end by 97%, and both patients start at 100mg/dL(not sure of the units of measurement, really doesn't matter), then placebo ends up with 150mg/dL, while B ends 4.5mg/dL (150mg/dLX.03).
If placebo virus load INCREASES 75% and B has lower numbers compared to placebo at the end by 97%, and both patients start at 100mg/dL(not sure of the units of measurement, really doesn't matter), then placebo ends up with 175mg/dL, while B ends 5.25mg/dL (175mg/dLX.03).
If placebo virus load INCREASES 100%(suffocation i would think) and B has lower numbers compared to placebo at the end by 97%, and both patients start at 100mg/dL(not sure of the units of measurement, really doesn't matter), then placebo ends up with 200mg/dL, while B ends 6 mg/dL (200mg/dLX.03).
Hope my math is correct.
Is the result you noted at the end of your second paragraph a direct quote, paraphrased, or other(quoting you-"Brilacidin reduced the viral load in the samples 97 and 99% more than nothing at all did.")?
"Where have you been?
Aren't you happy IPIX went up??"
Oh, I've been here a long time.
I'm pleased the price has gone up recently but recall, vividly my first visit to HQ in Beverly, MA in 12/17. The P results had been pushed back to 3Q 2017, then 1st Q 2018, then after my visit 2nd half of 18. The initial reason I wanted to visit the office was to speak with management and see all the worker bees. I was concerned that the share price had sunk below $1/sh and was told not to expect to see many people because of the holiday(x-mas). I spoke with an officer and asked when P results if could be expected and in Jan/Feb. Was told possibly, but more likely March. Failure was announced in 4th Q 18 when the sp was in the 20's/ teens cent wise.
I want a qualified professional to verify managements statements-that's all.
The products are, apparently great, based upon company statements, It's mind boggling as to why they've been on an island so long. I
IMO, they have to bolster management, that has always been a weakness of theirs.
If management can't staff an office, or board, adequately-why? It seems they did have some qualified people((Jorgenson(from Polymedix I believe), Walters, etc)) but they left- why?
The 4th of July is coming up...could you post acme's phone number or address?
ps- puts a whole new meaning on |the old tp ad "please don't squeeze the charmin".
I am looking forward to Fauci explaining Brilacidin's benefits in a news conference.
When it comes to medicine, I believe trump knows not his a** from his elbow.
I'm quite happy, and encouraged by, yesterday's news and the subsequent price increase, but if one has been here for more than a year or two when the sp was much higher, I've learned to take any news with a grain of salt.
I hope yesterday's pr results, in future hindsight, is the cornerstone of the company and their high rise.
"Leo’s late to the game due to no partner or financing. His only hope is the Government...."
Well, he's from NYC like many in government. Maybe he knows someone of influence currently there?
correction- assessed, not accessed
TY, I knew that, posted what I did for those who may not know. IPIX has licensed B from the dunces at U-PENN who gave it away for short money...or did they...perhaps they accessed costs and unhitched the cow, realizing it may come back to the pasture when hungrier, and wiser?
I agree with your assessment. Clear and concise.
" . . Science is solid, just a timing issue now."
Perhaps, but who is the company scientist now spearheading b-covid?... its not the cfo/ceo. Who's left for sure? They accomplished little with ~ 14 employees.
My guess is LW is leading the charge. I wonder if LW was named after the U-Penn:
"If you’re trying to find the life and blood of Penn’s campus, look no further than Locust Walk. This is not only the central artery on campus for getting where you need to go, but it’s also among the best places to experience the culture from the university’s various student groups, run into random people you know, and just experience the many sides of this place."
https://admissions.upenn.edu/blog/locust-walk-heartbeat-campus
Who'd ctix/ipix buy B off of? Perhaps they'll get it back while some doth got fat?
"Leo choosing to sell cheap shares vs. selling indications of B for pennies on the dollar is a choice he wouldn't have had to make if this company hadn't been illegally attacked."
It appears Judge Failla found both arguments off setting. They both walked scot-free
I hope it is published, but we've heard this tune before- from November 2016:
"The work has been enormous. Now it’s time for us to begin publishing in peer-reviewed journals to complement the peer-reviewed data presented at oncology conferences. We are now preparing a paper on Kevetrin and p53 for submission to relevant scientific and medical journals. This should attract more attention towards Cellceutix and benefit our shareholders."
The above quote is from ~the 20th paragraph of their 9/8/15 pr-
http://www.ipharminc.com/press-release/2016/11/16/cellceutix-announces-filing-of-its-annual-report-on-form-10-k
"They always come back to attack the management or the CEO. Notice how none is bold enough to attack the Bril. ....."
Learn comprehension. The ceo's management is not being attacked, but rather his utter lack of management. When his pr's are solidified by a SOLID source(not an indefinite article), I'll be more inclined to accept, or have, your faith.
Did not always feel this way, but have been invested too long and have discovered too much as well.
Agree with you if one trusts this administration.
"Makes more sense that researchers like what they see in the data.
"the Company and researchers at a U.S. Regional Biocontainment Laboratory (RBL) are collaborating on a federal grant application to be submitted this week"."
Pr's laced with indefinite articles. Be it un-named rbl's, mfo's,univerities, etc....(look it up if you forget the definition of an indefinite article).
HE'S PROVEN HIMSELF SKETCHY.
Didn't he also state that k for ovarian cancer would be submitted to a journal for peer review?
Does take awhile for his speak to seep into new comers thoughts but eventually he proves the theory that talk is cheap.
Hope he's on to something with B for covid, but am reluctant to trust his words stated with the constant backing of the forward looking statement clause and the constant use of indefinite articles describing his deals..
1. "First, we know who attacked the company and drove the share price to .05 cents"
Who. all knowing, please do share?
2. "2nd, the Government is in charge of the tests being run, and as Government is known for, they aren't in any hurry"
Are you blaming the current administration for lack luster performance?
You are not the first.
3."Leo is not hi9ding data as some on this and other message boards have charged. Leo is compelled to file a public disclosure within a designated time (I believe 4 business days) from receipt of trial results"
hope that's how he operates.
You answered 1/3 of my retort, totally avoiding the first two, and not addressing the third entirely.
"Brilacidin's value increases with each set of results, and the OTC marketplace will reprice IPIX upward with any funding that is non-dilutive. There are other examples where this has happened.
The problem for those betting against this company is the prospect of a big announcement that rockets the share price into multiple dollars overnight."
1. Brilacidin has not increased ipix sp value.
2. Perhaps the OTC marketplace will reprice IPIX upward with funding that is non-dilutive. Let's hope
3. I don't think anyone is betting against this"company", rather just hoping, reluctantly, for some sort of gain. It ain't worth selling at these levels.
Call Steve Sonis! Is he still a scientific advisor for le/"the company"?
"I'm hoping so with COVID. As for B-OM I'm concerned that we got a January PR about engaging Locust Walk to negotiate licensing deals for B-OM but had no mention of it in the most recent 10-Q.
The AS deal is largely irrelevant to whether we survive as a company. It only served to illustrate what a poor bargaining position we have. I fear that's why things were very quiet regarding B-OM in the latest filing."
"I didn’t say that AS would fix our cash position did I?? I was just stating the FACT that the deal will save IPIX millions in research and needed labor in the future as they’re doing the heavy lifting.
Our cash position will be fixed by B for covid and B-OM partner. Either one on them can make news any day. I believe covid will come first with 10s of millions in grant research money and then B-OM 10s of millions will come later. LW knows what they’re doing if you’ve listened to all their webcasts lately."
So it's cheaper to subcontract out the work to AS? What are ipix's contractual arrangements with them?
