I hear what your saying, but you should also keep in mind that the company's financial situation is growing and improving QoQ, and its highly possible that the upcoming acquisitions and/or the .org website launch can bring this roaring back. They also have the most transparency, highest exchange tier, and fully reporting status.
Also, ALL MMJ stocks are down big since their Feb highs.
If you entered into this stock to trade it, then do your thing.
However, if you entered as an investment, I'd implore you to exercise some more patience.
If you've seen the multi year chart, you know that this thing can go
parabolic and go from .05 to .20-.50 in a flash..
It could also be that they are waiting for the most opportune time to launch the site..
I'm a shareholder, but lets be realistic.
Multiple dollars, no. Multiple cents, probably.
Its not going below .10 because the stock was trading above that level before the CANV deal and related payments ever even occurred.
Yes, but how can $155M in revenue for 2014 be based on the faulty old accounting for 2013 when that fault 2013 faulty old accounting doesn't seem applicable to CANV payments which they and everyone knew would completely end by year end 2013..
CANV received assets from the sale and could end up being (or is?) the largest manufacturer in the world of high concentrate CDB oil valued at $25,000 per kg.
I'm holding my MJNA, not buying CANV here.
I want to see what the existing revenues outside of the (3) remaining CANV payments look like until I see the Q1 2014 numbers.
I'd also like to see real expansion into more states, and watch them make some executive or board appointments.
Yes, but they also stated 150-200m in revenues for FY 2014 as well..
Cannavest payments come to an end by dec 2013
Sides hasn't sold
MJ legalization seems to be progessive
chill removed, more transparency, can uplist
Its worth the risk to me
its speculative, the company has more or less delivered on my personal expectations, but then again I bought before Jan.
Let's look for Non-CANV revenue to grow though year end.
I think Q2 numbers will be fine all things considered.
Setting up for the uplisting with the newfound transparency.
Chill lifted, today's report didn't really contain anything
that I already didn't know, but it improves my confidence and decreases uncertainty for the longer term and protects against bashers imo.
They forecast revs of 150-200m for 2014..
Let's also remember that CANV payments expire by the end of 2013
Sides hasn't sold, so I'll stick it out with current management a mite longer.
I'd like to see them with a reputable ceo and some more board members, but I do want to know why the dilution thus far?
I don't think the dilution will continue for a couple of reasons.
everything IMO
I'm holding here, I like the new transparency and this is good for the longer term..
I might be a fool, but I think that MJNA will meet or exceed the 2014 FY forecast, which was in 150-200m range for revenue.
remember CANV "income" by the EOY 2013..
Sides hasn't sold..
The only problem is that none of tonight's info or releases are being picked up by Yahoo and probably not the brokerage houses either..
I hate this in the middle of the night crap tbh
That is a good question.
I have seen in the recent past, instances where Newswires or PRs which get released in the middle of the night do not get picked up by the brokerages and news sites...
Hopefully, they make some other annoucement in the morning or re-release it.
But personally, im sick of these in the middle of the night PRs, for the sole reason that the news sites and brokerage houses do not pick them up!!!!!
One of the primary requirements for uplisting is 2 full years of audited financials.
As previously stated, the company plans to have the full 2 year CPA + PCAOB audit completed no sooner than the end of Q2 2013.
Based on my understanding, there are currently certain legalities surrounding the reporting of income derived from THC.
i.e. ERBB
However, there is substantially more transparency contained within this Q1 2013 audited report as compared to last quarter's Q4 2012 audited report.
Also, this report does break down some of RDH/Dixie's numbers.
Wrong, MJNA has already released their audited Q1 2013 financial report prior midnight on 05/15/13 Pacific Time (where the company is located).
I've seen this posting and also your other posting which first seemed to indicate that this was a good thing, and then seemed to indicate that it wasn't at the same time.
I've also seen the part of the report where you obtained that 935,988,318 issued figure.
I guess the real question is, what do you think will happen w/ the PPS tomorrow?
Also, what do you think the chances are in regards to further dilution. I mean they can't really dilute any further, as that would then bump into the A/S (which they haven't raised yet, and still sits at 950m if I'm not mistaken).
Wouldn't HDCC stand to lose their controlling stake if the A/S was raised and any more shares issued?
It is good to see MJNA making large investments right back into the company and its subsidiaries.
We also know that by and large, insiders have not sold their shares.
It is also clear that traditional banking and lines of credit are pretty much unheard of yet within this nascent industry.
While a few options may be available (as mentioned within today's report), the interest rates are clearly non-competitive as most industry insiders are aware.
MJNA's audited Q1 2013 report shows 2.185 Million in revenues ON TOP OF & IN ADDITION TO, THE CANV TRANSACTION!
They've also listed the CANV income as a seperate line item under extraordinary items.
Also, they've done a better job of providing more transparency by braking down revenue and expenses by subsidiary.

Lol, spoke too soon..
Q1 is posted!
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=57596113&symbol=MJNA
I've been a long since Dec, but if audited financials for Q1 are not released by 09:30 EST, I'm selling..
Can anyone confirm chill lifted?
There are current revenues on top of the CANV payments..
Canv compensation in Q1 = 6m
Revenues for Q1 approx 8.5m
I'm confident that we will see even bigger increases in revenues for Q2 outside of the CANV transaction.
How else do you think we would see 200 mil in rev in 2014??
Buy now and look back later, you will be glad you did!
If what you say is even true, then I'd liken that to how ERBB does not report (disclose) revenue from their THC based product sales, clearly for legal reasons.
I plan on doing the same, albeit only 25% of each paycheck.
Maryland to officially become the 19th MMJ State (not including DC)
The Governor of Maryland (Martin O'Malley) has just announced that he will be signing the House/Senate passed Maryland MMJ bill into law.
Also, here is an unrelated article I found discussing CBD and Edibles:
insert-text-here
But alas, you forget that the going rate for top shelf highly concentrated CBD oil is $25,000 per kg.
Combine that with:
Overall awareness of CBD and its multitude of beneficial medicinal properties greatly expanding as of late.
New CBD based products hitting the markets.
CANV/Photosphere production capabilities are surging, and I quote:
"As the demand for CBD-based products continues to grow, PhytoSphere is constantly expending their operational capacity to meet this demand. Internally, the company is expected to deliver several hundred kilograms of raw Hemp CBD oil this quarter to Medical Marijuana Inc. and the family of companies.
PhytoSphere will offer its raw materials to the open market starting May 1st 2013.
With this raw materials sales launch, the company will launch its updated corporate information and sales sites, where customers can purchase a variety of products with several financing options for large scale wholesale accounts.
These products consist of the following:
High CBD hemp Oil Standard product
CBD hemp oil with concentrations from 20-80%
Custom order concentrations and viscosities
Mico-encapsulated CBD oil powders with custom concentrations
White label product manufacturing
CBD hemp Vapor Oil, for e-cigarettes and vaporizers
CBD hemp oil in the acid form or that has gone through the decarboxylation process
Hemp Protein powder
Hemp Seed Oil
Hemp Stock Oil
Hemp Oil Blends, standard and custom
Hemp oil and other custom product blends and manufacturing
The company will also provide the following services:
Product manufacturing
Custom product formulation
Custom label and packing design
Hemp cultivar standardized reference database
Custom and Contract hemp farming
Seed to sale, full scale site development, management and training
Capital investments in new and existing brands within our industry
Toll processing, packaging and logistics for raw materials and products
Research and Development
Additional highlights-
PhytoSphere is in process of manufacturing six times the amount of oil it produced last year.
Company is expanding its warehouses, processing, manufacturing and logistics facility in the United States (California) to handling expanded volume.
Company produced its highest concentration of CBD oil this last quarter and has expanded its processing abilities to create a specialty high grade stable product aptly name "Real Scientific Oil" and sister brand "Harlequin CBD Oil", which websites and sales sites will launch this month."

Absolutely, I concur that Q2 2013 will be a smashing quarter.
Many new products launched during this period.
Additionally, I'd think that sales would have been phenomenal considering all time awareness and of course the 4/20 holiday.
I'm personally confident that the Q2 revenues will substantially exceed the Q1 revenues.
Furthermore, I also believe that we will see Q2 revenues in excess of the CANV compensation received in that quarter.
(I also believe that this will hold true for the Q1 numbers as well)
MJNA's forecast for FY 2013 was 47M in revenue.
That leaves 12M of additional revenue for this year, after accounting for the 35M CANV compensation.
The key is to look for those extra revenues.
As this would show that the other areas and divisions of the company are bring in realized profits.
Just look for an additional 1-2m+ in revenues on top on the Cannavest/Photosyphere compensation per quarter moving forward for here. That would prove they would meet or exceed the 12m expected from other solid and growing revenues streams in 2013..
Thanks, I've gone ahead and set a buy order right above the (200)
Highly doubtful the order will get filled, but who knows.
I'm long myself, so not too concerned with day to day price action.
If you could tell where the PPS is heading by EOY or in 2015, that would really help me and follow investors out a lot.
You are clearly unqualified. Now your saying the disease is made up?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hepatic_encephalopathy
It can also be interpreted as the following:
The 1st quarter filing will be posted shortly thereafter the auditor completes the final verifications (presumably on or before May 15th)
Chart looks great.
I may be wrong, but it looks like it is about to start the upward part of the cup formation, and that would take us back to .50?
Then the handle would form from there?? :)
I also would like to add that I find your various postings very insightful, and you are a true asset to this board.
Based upon what I read (and understood) from today's update, I think that you are mistaken, IMO.
There is no mention of requirement for the company to go back and become fully audited from the date of the corporation's founding in order for this to be removed.
The words financial or audit do not even appear in this text.
"DEPOSITORY TRUST COMPANY (DTC) CHILL UPDATE:
We received notification from the Depository Trust Company ("DTC"), that a deposit transaction restriction had been placed on MJNA to prevent additional share deposits until certain information was received. The DTC provided a list of over 140+ issuances that they were requiring supporting documentation for, as well as legal opinion letters relating to the same. As the issuances in questions were made prior to take over of management of the Company, we experienced significant difficulty obtaining the supporting documentation from former shareholders and officers. However, we have now been able to accomplish the task with the assistance of our Transfer Agent. The Company hired an attorney in January who has had significant experience working with the DTC to prepare the relevant opinion letters. All of this information has been provided to the DTC on February 6, 2013, the DTC informed us that they would respond no later than March 27, 2013.
Unfortunately, whether it is because of the industry we are in or because of a requirement the DTC has put in place, they have now decided on March 29, 2013 that they would like opinion letters on all issuances placed with the DTC. We have again, gathered all of the requested information and the same was provided to our attorney as of April 23, 2013. Opinion letters are being drafted and will be submitted to the DTC as soon as they are made available. MJNA has done everything that has been asked, provided all of the relevant documentation, is in the process of gathering the additional opinion letters and will resubmit it back to the DTC within a few weeks depending on how long it takes to obtain the additional opinion letters. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long it will take for the DTC to review the information and, hopefully, remove the chill."
It would be very interesting to see if a few years down the road a movie about MJNA is made. Working Title: Marijuana Inc
I don't enjoy giving away spoilers, but the ending goes something like this:
MJNA lawyers up, auditors up, and lobbyists up..
The federal government and DOJ appeal all the way up to the supreme court, where the liberal chief justice majority find that just as with same-sex marriage, state rights are to be respected on domestic, social, and health issues.
SA hacks are found guilty of conspiracy, defamation, and libelous slander.
A judge slaps the perpetrators with a FINRA bans and bars then from gainful employment in the Finance industry during criminal proceedings, and a jury then hands down a huge punitive verdict in the civil suit.
MJNA makes it debut on the NASDAQ exchange and triggers more buzz than Workday's (WDAY) IPO opening day.
In the picture's closing scene, a 300 foot yacht is seen gliding across the Pacific off the California coast.
On it, a large group of revelers can be seen toasting with colorful bottles in hand.
Through the mist a Fade/Pan out to the stern of the ship and the vessel's name comes into clearer focus.
It reads: Capt Jack - The KAKA
Now, lets hear some suggestions as to which actors should play whom, lol.
We see income from RDH and Dixie, likely through licensing fees and royalites, and/or that is just the wording for legal compliance.
Don't let it bother you, lol.
The remaining portion of revenues are to be generated from MJNA's other portfolio company holdings, duh.
It appears that the revs per quarter have been growing irrespective of the Cannavest deal though? and now audited too?
what will be said if or when they exceed the 2014 numbers put out?
Raise your asks..
Director Tripp Keber will be on Huffington tonight
MJNA is the market leader of the MJ industry in the free world
Like selling Microsoft or Amazon in 1999
no other public MJ company is posting Million in profit per quarter and growing fast!
