GMER has a convertible note with ViaOne. I don't get why they had to borrow money from the "parent" company but they do have a CONVERTIBLE note. I don't KNOW that this is dilution. It just looks like it and makes the most sense to me. Whatever is going on here it sucks!
They paid .15 for the S-1 shares. You can't cover a short sale at .1125 with shares you paid .15 for?? I don't get it.
How can they "short" at .1125? Where are they going to get MILLIONS of cheaper shares to cover the short? I doubt that is what is happening. You "short" at a high PPS speculating that the share price will go down. I know I wouldn't speculate that the PPS is going to go down enough from .1125 for me to cover millions of shares. Not happening IMO. Dilution makes the most sense to me. This LOOKS EXACTLY like dilution. I don't understand why it's so hard to believe the most logical culprit. IF MM's were pushing this down then first of all why did they stop at .1125??? They could have pushed this down to .08 or .09 easily with just a couple hundred thousand more shares. Bid support was gone. Someone clearly had their sights on .1125 today. The ask would appear at times over .12 yet this knucklehead kept reloading the ask at .1125. The other day it was .1425. Monday, who knows? IF the conversion is done then the PPS goes up. If not then the PPS goes down. Dilution plain as day all IMO.
That's hilarious. I accidently sold 20000 shares at .1055. I meant to put in a buy order.
Yeah, I don't really understand that parent company stuff. Seems weird that GMER would take out a convertible with them but they did. Gonna have to be paid back somehow. I don't have an explanation for what's going on here with the trading. Just threw that into the ring as a possibility.
I don't know crap about gaming. Has the company ever said how much revenue this game might produce? How do they make money from it?
GMER does owe ViaOne over 2 million dollars. Could have been conversions. GMER doesn't updat the share structure on the OTC. Wonder why.
Ok. Thanks. I get that but then who is selling the millions of shares below .15? My thought is that it is ViaOne. GMER does owe them over 2 million dollars.
Can you explain that to me? Let's say it is an S-1 investor that just shorted 1 million shares at .14. How does that help them to short this at a lower price then their initial investment? They would have to pick up a million shares BELOW .14 to settle the short, right?

Great to meet members of our #IlusFamily in NYC last night & we look forward to meeting more in Las Vegas tomorrow night. Afterwards, we will release the detailed update video on our $ILUS YouTube channel, followed by a PR next week
Fins should look good. Aren't they due out next week?
LMAO. This is just ONE month!! Barely a fraction of the convertible debt! .0015!!!! Berge just giving away shares. Lots more to come!
"From October 2021 through November 2021, the Company issued an aggregate of 148,542,013 shares of its common stock at an average contractual conversion price of approximately $0.0015 as a result of the conversion of principal, accrued interest and conversion fees for a total of 222,813 underlying certain outstanding convertible notes converted during such period." The note holders thank you for tripling their money!!
I had a bid in this morning at .0925 and it skipped over me and sold lower.
This moves easily. Could use some more eyes on it. I think the fins will give it a push.
This is going to ne huge. More proof of everything the company claims is coming IMO.
That's what an AUDIT does. The auditors check out everything. They don't lie.
Fins due out next week. Should be interesting. Should show 1 million reduction in debt and payment for the mining operation as per PR's. We'll see if they're doing what they say they're doing. They already proved the 40+ million in water rights! Let's see what's next.
I have to wonder why the company went through the trouble and expense and had the past fins audited in the first place. Merger? Acquisition? Uplisting requirement? Why did they do it?
So now you think they got the auditor to lie for them? I kinda doubt it.
Right. Just like they didn't really have 47 million in water rights!!
The water rights are properly valued. This company is worth millions. They haven't been lying about that. Quarterly fins due out soon. Hopefully they'll show the payment that was supposed to have been paid toward the mining acquisition and also the debt reduction they talked about. More than a double in the PPS just on old fins which kinda surprised me. Who knows what else they have going. The PPS will rise way higher when the quarterly fins hit IMO. They also said they were going to give the location of the mine.
We'll see. You also said we'd never see audited fins and we got them. I suppose the auditor lied???
We need the quarterly fins to show a payment for the mining operation and a reduction in debt like the company said. It's due out soon.
Audited fins should help. Hopefully they keep their word.
I'm thinking it'll move pretty good IF they don't come up with excuses and not have the fins audited.
Awfully quiet here though I see some buying going on. Still watching this. Could get interesting if they put out audited fins and update the mining situation like they said.

$ILUS - We are very happy to confirm that we have successfully concluded negotiations with our second US acquisition. We will announce the name and details in a PR next week. The name of our first US acquisition will also be announced next week.
What broker allows you to buy this? Anyone?
There's just not that many shares issued here to begin with. Any shares issued before the pump started would have been dumped a long time ago and the "scam" would have ended there IMO. No new shares have been issued.
What has the company gained IF they are running a scam? There's still NO evidence that the company has sold a single share so what's the point of it? Do you think the T/A is involved IF this is a scam? Why would several other companies and individuals agree to participate in this scam? IF this is scam it involves way more than just this one company. I just don't get why they would risk so much by lying and involving themselves in fraud.
Company says they have 2 million dollars in cash in June yet they sell nearly 40 million shares FOR CASH IN JULY!!!! That's who Berge is. LOL
Yeah but as long as the PPS pops when they tweet or put out a PR then it's all good because as we have seen the PPS can jump up bigly pretty quick. I could care less how much gold they say is there. If they can just prove that this is a real claim or mine through the BLM or whatever then this will blow up huge IMO... or the whole thing is a scam. Who knows?
Great company. Really like what Berge has done here lately for the expansion of the business but Berge is Berge and Berge is a scumbag that's been sponging off shareholders for years! You can still make money here if you understand why the PPS does what it does.
You're welcome. I don't have PM. Here's the latest stock dumping.
"From July 1, 2021 through August 4, 2021, the Company issued an aggregate of 20,936,842 shares of its common stock at an average contractual conversion price of approximately $0.004 as a result of the conversion of principal, accrued interest and conversion fees of $79,560 underlying certain outstanding convertible notes converted during such period."
Common Stock issued for cash
From July 1, 2021 through August 4, 2021, the Company sold an aggregate of 39,428,571 shares of Common Stock for total proceeds of $276,000. AGAIN .007 average.
Common stock
"From January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021, the Company issued an aggregate of 66,993,693 shares of its common stock at an average contractual conversion price of approximately $0.004 as a result of the conversion of principal, accrued interest and conversion fees of $259,154 underlying certain outstanding convertible notes converted during such period"... .004!! These numbers are only going to get worse imo because the PPS is lower which means conversions will be lower and the O/S is higher which means note holders can convert a higher number of shares per transaction.
From January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021, the Company sold an aggregate of 422,691,142 shares of Common Stock for total proceeds of $2,958,837. THIS IS AN AVERAGE OF .007 PER SHARE!!
I wasn't going to get back in but I bought a small position today just in case we get a surprise tweet. I can't imagine the company will be silent next week. We should hear something. Hopefully something good.
Looks like the knucklehead who thought he could sell a 200,000 share block at .094 right after the company lied about putting out a PR finally left. Probably him selling in the .07's. Maybe now this can move up a bit.
Moron with the ask block is forcing this down. This stock doesn't have the volume to put up large asks like that. Looks like we'll have to wait for a decent tweet or PR to get rid of him.
