If the value is at or below a buck, does that mean APHY is overpriced since it is trading over a buck?
That is why you should not use that word in public. It makes you sound kinda dumb and confuses the smart people. But it is OK to say it at home, if you don't say it too loudly and if it makes you feel better.
What Does Bid Whacker Mean?
A slang term for an investor who sells shares at or below the bid price. This is considered outside the norm, as sellers normally settle for a price between the bid and ask quotes.
Investopedia explains Bid Whacker:
The person is said to "whack the bid down", since selling at or below the bid will usually lower future bids. Bid whacking usually perturbs other sellers, since it may temporarily drive down the market price of a security.
Bid support?? No need to twist the terminology there. Support means: to prop up, base, to back or assist, to hold up or serve as a foundation. What he is doing is supporting the bid so that it can form a base and serve as a foundation.
Your credibility is going to negatively affected if you keep calling a spade a broom. A spade is a spade and a broom is a broom. Please use the proper terminolgy when you are talking about spades or brooms.
Remember...an investor that is sitting on the bid and willing to buy at the bid is giving the stock bid support. And an investor who sells shares at or below the bid is a bid whacker. You can call it what you want but it does not bring credibility to yourself or speak highly of your intelligence if you keep using the wrong terminology. Sometimes it is best to be quiet.

I hope no one on this board is a bid whacker. Maybe you are the bid whacker! Could be the reason this stock is floundering.
I am not seeing that anywhere. Could you show me or point me in the right direction?
This thing could pop at least 800% once those financials come out! I think we will be pleasantly surprised!!
Company is on track to do $20 million in sales this year!
90% of all shares are held by insiders.
Company has no debt.
Company is getting current with all SEC financial filings.
Company is looking for an uplisting.
New store openings will begin soon!
Obviuosly you are guessing! You have absolutely no idea what the ratio is or how many shares are issued and outstanding. Everything you have been saying is purely conjecture with a hint of bash and throwing in a touch of fear. Show us the proof! I no longer listen to the likes of you. So many questions. For a guy that claims intelligence, there are sooooo many questions. NO answers and NO proof. Just questions. I personally am quite comfortable with the direction the company is taking.
They are NO good. They appear to be self serving pimps.
Han got an update on March 3 from the Transfer Agent.

They have! The problem is that the company does not know what constitutes a good Public Relations firm and they don't really know what an IR person is actually supposed to do.
Of course it is normal for everyone to think that if the share price is going up, then the company is doing well. And if the share price is going down then the company is in trouble. That is just not the way it works in Pinkie Land. Too often a stock price is manipulated up and then again back down. You have to focus on what the company is doing. Otherwise you are going to go nuts and/or poor.
First part of January everyone here was all excited about the stock and the growth prospects of the company. The PRs the company put out indicated growth at all divisions and everyone couldn't stop talking about it. How about we all get back to taking about what is factual and known and what it is that got us all excited about this stock in the first place!
Wasn't too long ago and you was pumping this stock yourself. Is you better than others?
Microsoft has a Bing for searching too!
I think I know how the Dell that happened!
And who the heck Yahoos?
What this company needs is a really good Investor Relations Firm.
Take it easy on him. I think he's got good intentions.
Most of us feel the same way!!
According to Websters Dictionary...to defer means to postpone, put off.
Severe aggressively seeks out new opportunities to promote and distribute the works of its musicians. Some have been downloaded as many as 100,000 times, mostly through third-party sites.
The record label brings 16 acts currently under contract and music from 15 alumni acts, ranging from hard rockers and indie pop artists to a Christian rapper. As one of Nashville's most innovative labels, Severe uses a wide variety of distribution channels, but is making FargoTube its primary partner for direct online distribution.
This is the kind of deal that F3 needs to make if they are going to succeed. IMO. Personally, it gives me new confidence in the company and its chances for success.
Does anybody ever talk to anyone at the IR firm?
I really don't see the connection.
Has anyone called the TA in the last day or two?
How many shares have been issued and how many are outstanding at this time? Has the company started the printing presses again?
How low do you guys think that you can get the share price on this one? I am hoping to pick up some shares somewhere under a penny. Shouldn't take a lot of selling to make it come my way. IMO
Does anyone know what the share structure is by now? How many shares have been issued and how many are outstanding at this time? Has anyone called the TA in the last day or two? Has the company started the printing presses again?
Yah. We know a good joke when we see one! Now...go away!
I think he was referring to hiring an Investor Relations professional to represent the company and attract investors. He did not mean hiring a stock promoter to attract the day traders. Big difference! IMO
Sooner or later (preferably sooner) the company is going to have to hire an Investor Relations person and especially if they need to issue stock to raise funds for operations. Newly issued stock needs to be put in the hands of investors NOT given to customers and clients for payment of services etc.
Most of the shares that the company has issued in the past two quarters have been priced at $.01 or less. Those shares were given to individuals or businesses that provided funding or services for the company. I believe that these individuals or entitys are the ones who are selling stock. They are selling at a profit of 100% or more because they recieved them when they were worth $.01 or less. These individuals did not pay for the stock but recieved them based on a valuation of the shares at that specific time. Most likely the individuals or businesses that recieved the shares do not care as much about the company as those of us who bought our stock on the open market. Therefore they are selling their shares because they want cash not a portfolio full of shares in a company. These individuals are not trying to keep the price down. They just prefer cash!
So, YES! I believe the company is the culprit. They need to start promoting the company and marketing themselves to investors or hire someone to do it for them. There is no need for the company to give away stock at a penny a share when it could be trading and valued at $.10 or higher.
The company is probably the culprit in all this cheap stock hitting the market on high volume days. I think they issued like 18 million shares in the last quarter or two and that stock is probably being sold to raise cash by whoever received the shares.
If the company continues to do this, they will sell themselves into oblivion. With all the good stuff that is happening, there is no need for them to give away the company. They need to start promoting the company and marketing themselves to investors. There is no need for the company to give away stock at a penny a share when it could be trading at $.10 or higher. We would see a whole lot less dilution if the company issued stock at higher prices and they could raise more money for operations. It's actually quite simple. They just need to believe in themselves as much as we shareholders believe in them.
Now we know why the share price is stuck in a rut. I would hope that the management has an explanation for letting the printing presses run without restraint.
What did you learn from the Transfer Agent? How many shares are outstanding at this time?
Hey that's OK. You probably know by now that you don't always get what you wish for! I just wish you had more to sell so that I could BUY, BUY, BUY!!!!!
Yesterday's volume of over 1 million shares had you a little tongue tied or was that your day off? If you had sold more shares today, then I would have been able to buy more!!! Maybe we can try again next week??
No volume today. Now that may have been the truest
statement you said lately.
This stock is HOT! HOT! HOT! Up over 40% today alone on VERY High volume!!!!!!!!!! Lots and lots of interest brewing in this stock the last couple of weeks.
Sure is taking off now. PPS is now .0099 and keeps going higher on HUGE volume!! It's kind of exciting, isn't it?
Something is brewing and it could be BIG!!! Stock is up 300% since the first of this year!!!!! Has anyone checked what the volume was today?? WOW!!!!!!!!!! Some of the bashers are now wanting us to believe that the share price has gone from .02 down to .0001 in the last 4 months. What a crock of doodoo!!! It hasn't come close to .0001 in a year!!
If the company can refrain from issuing or selling shares everytime the price goes up a bit, then I think this stock will fly! I just wish the company could hang on a bit longer so that the price could go higher. I mean if they would wait to issue or sell stock after it gets to a quarter or more then they wouldn't have to issue so much stock everytime they need more cash. But hey lets face it, even they need to make a wage. It would sure be nice if they were a little more upfront about that. It wasn't that long ago when there were only 63,000,000 shares issued and outstanding and now 76 million!!
