If you look at level 2 data - there are roughly 200k shares left on the ask to take this down to .02...on the other hand, there are also 200k left to take it to over .03....thats just 4k dollars in trading volume - really no telling what it will do.

You're theoretically correct but you seem to be intentionally dismissing the long list of penny stocks that have reverse split and the new high price of the stock 90% of the time tanks the first first days of the new 'high' price...im bullish this stock but ur wrong in terms of it having no effect, technically and fundamentally it doesnt, but the people who buy and sell the stock look at it differently, they dont like to see the new 'high' price...to them, going from .02 to .04 is a lot easier than going from 1 dollar to 2 dollar...even tho it is the same % jump.

IR confirmed thru email and phone that it is safe to assume that they won't be doing a RS until they reach a share price where they can effectively RS their way to Nasdaq. I know there are a lot of disgruntled investors here that bought at .30's, 20's, 10's that are hurting but at .02 cents...this is a good investment.

The same can be said about getting people to buy the stock...he figured out a way to swindle people into investing just like he initially swindled people into buying and believing in the stock

They said they applied for the Nasdaq and think they meet the requirements...they have to be at 1 dollar a share..so doesnt that mean its guaranteed to happen unless it reaches 1 organically which is highly unlikely in the short term?

its also official that the stock practically had no jump as a result of it...

it sucks we got here this way with the reverse split but this is what we were all waiting for...the assets of tht company is worth more than our market cap right now.
