Does Anyone think they will
see one dollar of revenue from
Cura in 2019.? I'm pretty sure
I could source an Update/filing
from 2015,2016,2017 etal. where he was calling for "meaningful
revenues soon"..which begs the question, startups aside, what the heck does this guy consider "soon"?!?
I realize,
probably better than
most, that things can take time.
Two things we have had to take
on faith is 1) this "overwhelming
interest" by third parties in
our technology, and 2)the dedication
and intense effort of management,
and the BOD in seeing this Enterprise succeed.
It is really hard to believe for me at this point..too much time, so little momentum..I'm stuck not excited. In private conversations with many here off line- most if not all admit the same sentiment.Yes I'm a critic of the CEO.I've paid attention, and can not deny the disconnect between what he has said, and what has/has not delivered for us. Suppose there is a first time for everything- but He doesn't get my belief on faith anymore.I doubt he gives a ratsa** but He hasn't earned it...
He doesn't sleep.
He works "24-7-365" as outlined
back in his initial CEO Update in 2010. Imagine where shareholders would be if he didn't? Well .8 cents
doesn't make for much of a compelling argument...but ya know
You're hilarious Zendo..
Stick with the fish fry.
As far as Sulax's take calling for an "honest assessment" from CEO, suppose there is a first time for everything...( IMO of course).
It's currently worthless.
And it has been for the better
part of 20 years.
Next year.
Next year for sure.
His "testimony" to date is about
as reliable as Ole Jim's truth serums..
Brother,can ya spare a dime??
.10 cents at 12:52pm EST.
Anybody think these guys have "been
working 24-7" on our behalf these past 9 years under Kaplan?
kinda hard to believe.
Yeah..
My late father bought at $1.70 or thereabouts-
sold at $7...He was much wiser
than I..Hell, If you sold at 8 then bought back in, well I say this, as a friend.. "whaddya do that for- you Turkey"?!
Don't be so hard
on yourself. No members of Mensa here:) Development stage companies
lure you in with their "potential", and often vaguely worded 'safe harbored' corporate speak alluding future success.
May God have mercy on your investment, cause these guys most likely will not or so it appears.
Never in the present.
Curious what BTG thinks about the pace of this glacier.Different
ventures to be sure but look
what he did with Paychex from
73-93...? More importantly for his shareholders...
If you choose to
believe what he shares
with you is an entirely
different matter !!
Class Action Suits
Benefit one class- the attornies.
Period. At this point a shareholders
Suit would be like the guy getting
bombed at the roulette table, and blaming the server for his streak bad luck. I own my greed and or insanity.
Only hope is that BTG is still here too...so maybe???
It'll all be spelled out
in the Cura update promised
soon...so I'm thinking June 2022.
( Yeh I'm tired of the bs).
Yeh...
and maybe a pause for the cause..pass the collection plate like church on Sunday ?
"According to sources there is allot
going on."
No disrespect, but that's literally been a constant reality
since 2001.
Obviously I hope so as well...
but as my friend Torvecian is fond
of saying " Hope is not a very effective
investment strategy"...certainly hasn't been with this one.If you use that saying
that the boys on Wall Street love- "what gets measured gets done",well DK has been anything but successful. He's a man, he can take the criticism. Comes with the assignment.
Kaplan is a complete joke as CEO. EOM.
Zendo...,
You're either a gun slinger, or
the fiddler on the Titanic.
Either way, may God have mercy on
your investment cause these guys
(Management, the market et al.)
definitely won't. EOM
He's 77 and is worth 3.4 Billion..
He probably has 9-10 similar stakes
In "start ups" (which is not quite funny
to think of us as, after all this time). I wish he'd find us and install a dynamic leader...
If our CEO
( Chief Excuses Officer) ever had
something meaningful to announce, sure it
would...in a heartbeat. Yet 10 years after pledging to "work 24-7" on behalf of the shareholders he's still "getting ready to get ready", and still so fond of dropping those pet words they love in business
School...platforms, metrics, productization etc etc....just make something and sell it to somebody, I'll take back all the shots and apologize....
Well said.
22 years and 80 million $ for this..?!
So much for our Hall of Fame BOD.
Great job Fellas..
Can vividly recall
him saying back round 2012-13
" The pump is going to be worth
a fortune, " & the pump is probably
going to end up 'being the company'.
Guess we'll know if that is the
case, but not gonna hold my breath...
He's a salesman, and so far for his
shareholders, not a very effective one..
Hope the guy
Has free trading to offset that $1.50
investment ?! As to 4toSchools sentiment,
I hear you- God forbid we ever have
something to look forward to or get excited about. It's mind boggling
that all the internal optimism and hype never
impacts the share price...
Not a clue as to the ultimate
outcome, although I'd say it ain't
looking too rosey;us trying desperately
to find a partner to take this "revolutionary technology" off our hands?!
After almost 20 years, I just
hope they do something of consequence.
This "getting ready to get ready" b.s.
Got old after about year 3 of DK's tenure.
Do something meaningful or fail spectacularly. As it is this has the feel,
of a class project for Senior's....without, what's his favorite phrase,(?) productization...
Then,if you have the stomach,
go to the next Annual Meeting
( I've passed on the past three
as I no longer do), then you'll
hear all about why that didn't happen,
who is responsible for the delay, shortcoming, etc..They have raised
passing the buck to a whole other
level....
Nahh I'm in your camp.
I expected little as far as concrete
developments..I would like to
hear from someone other than DK,
Maybe Labus, Keith G.,or
Oakie's friend Donnelly?
What's really going on.
I've listened to Kaplan
long enough to know that
as my friends in Texas say
" He's all hat-no cattle"
At least Jim G was entertaining.
Zendo...
Why so negative..? Keep the Faith. The sun'll come up tommorow..????.
Sorry couldn't resist.
Have a deep faith in
most areas of my life. This is no longer
one of them though, that is true. The dumb and dumber analogy stated earlier is
pretty accurate. Hoping for just a touch
of Irish Luck to get me out.
One might conclude after all
this time that the CEO ( no matter who
He was at any given point in time),
Or our world class BOD - all multi
millionaires, couldn't give a rat
a** about the common stockholders.
Appreciate your taking the
time and intiative to do that.My prediction is on both products, the
release/update will be very generic,
sanitized,and will deal with "ongoing
testing, refining, etc". In other words,
He'll kick that can so far down the
road,it'll be past yet another Annual
Meeting..
You're probably on to something..Recall them announcing they sold an FTV to the Air Force for their use as a fire fighting vehicle..They took it down to Panama Beach FLA to test it...That was about 10-12 years ago...Any idea how it went?
Wake me...
If/When the patient ever comes
out of the 20 year coma and begins
to speak....
Wonder if all those cars ..
referenced few weeks back were
there for an auction of the office
equipment...?
He seems like
a nice guy.Friendly
positive- upbeat.Yet
He never met a timeline that HE
set and yet couldn't meet.Puzzling
for someone who has been entrusted
with "world changing" technology,and
is in the Rochester Business Hall of Fame,
mainly for his business accumen and marketing talents...? 2019. Here we go
again.
If he's all that...,
Hell, make him CEO- If measuring
shareholder value is one way of
keeping score, could he do any worse?
I Don't know anybody at
The company or affiliated With
The company.But I have been
a shareholder close to 20 years
now and that qualifies me to have
opinions as to their operations.
Compare The Financial statements
Of those 5 vs. Crgs.
As far as my assessment of Kaplan,
Yeh I'm unimpressed.Stood up there in
2010 thought it May take 3 Years to commercialize The Technology. He's a bit off...
The potential partner,
Whose identity is probably on
that list in The article I posted, holds all The cards in negotiations.Time, resources, conditions
for further review,real world testing.
Bottom line, expect no deal,no share
price appreciation before Annual Meeting. Also anticipate a continued
disconnect With Kaplan's message between what is said and what is done.....
He'll Say something
rather vague full of hyperbole
citing words such "World changing",
"Extraordinary interest",developed
by "resident geniuses", then he
Will do what he does best:
Kick The can down The road another
6-12 months.
Yeah...almost 20 years waiting
For these guys to give us a surprise
to the upside....The wait continues.
Nope.
Next Year. Why? This is
CRGS,and that is our battlecry!
Just Don't think it will be
quick. Boards of both will
have to review and sign off
on any $$$.
