Nobody even wants the 1's. 2's are hanging on for nothing. They might as well cut their losses while they're still able to.
ALL below .0001...lol. This one is in the toilet. Quite possibly going bankrupt, especially when no one was even buying at .0002. Glad I got out.
Wasn't saying you were, directly...just giving you some info I know for myself in my stock trading observations.
What you are seeing are 1-tick flippers and that hurts every stock.
Epaz, oh well. Glad I got out when I did. Took a very small loss, but that's OK. This one here, I know now, never to trust and will inform many other people to stay away from. This one has shown me a lot.

10K coming out soon. My guess, this week or next.
Dinner on EPAZ and MMs today...lol
They decided to take the loss in MM fee. MMs are enjoying the steak dinners while everyone else is enjoying pork'n'beans.
Their next news could be thanking everyone for buying all their steak dinners all this time...lol
Could start today or beginning next week. MO
Prep for the 2's to be taken out anytime now, and the move up. Like I posted earlier, I am looking for 2-3 pieces of good news and I just saw one of them today. Won't let cat out of bag. Just waiting for more.
Just saw my first piece of good news.
Something's got to give. It's been almost a month now at these levels. Someone's gonna take notice here.
I believe that it would still load and move up if those asking 2's reset for higher.
Yeah, wonder what would happen if all the ones asking 2's reset for 6's on up...lol
Personally, I'm expecting 2 maybe 3 pieces of good news. I know what I'm looking for, but will not let cat out of bag. 1 maybe 2 will come out prior to 10K and none of those are based on the share dividends they stated already. And I believe these will propel this to heights not seen yet. IMO
Oh, I watched one the other day, went up to $5. I'm thinking that there are a lot of young traders out there today that are into this 1-tick movement just to make a quick buck for a day, without the knowledge of holding and making more in the end. If the 1-tickers would pull back and let it ride, they would see what I mean.
Again, this is expected for 2015. Not applicable to 2014 as the YED was 31 Dec. This was put out 6 Jan, but I expect a very good 10K for 2014 and 1st Qtr 2015.
No Problem! I believe I know which one was sold off and I believe I know what they are thinking and doing, which is all for the positive. I'm expecting this one to skyrocket more than some think here. As 've been witnessing here daily, I believe there are too many 1-tick flippers here that need to be rid of or the MM's are doing things that they shouldn't due to some of my readings at FINRA and SEC. IMO
Correction Penny Roger$, last info was 95%, just an FYI
"Reminder"...ILIV DID NOT File for Bankruptcy. It was just a subsidiary under them, which is probably a good thing for them. It is probably one that has been dragging ILIV down. 10K is yet to be filed and this subsidiary action should have no affect on the current and upcoming 10K since this was done afterwards.
I think it's funny myself. It does not matter to me what the MMs do, I've set myself up for a win-win situation here anyways, either way. It's their play now.
Getting ready to see a big movement soon, I believe. Closer and closer to 10K. Oh, I know when they got last yr's out, but it does not mean it'll take that long this time. Don't get caught holding your britches...LOL
Smaller companies don't have the luxury of having enough people to get everything done like the bigger companies. The bigger companies have been around for quite some time. Some smaller companies are just still newbies and are trying to build upwards.
Where do you think this one's going?
I must say thanks for some of those share, though. Still time to get back in.
Can't believe all this selling on a chpt 11 subsidiary. The 10K isn't even out yet. This sub will have no inmpact on 10K. LMAO
The other thing to take into account, is timing and something inside me is telling me to get back into this one right now since the 2's and 3's will be disappearing for awhile, as this propels upward. GLTA!
Well, if one is either being negative or even critical on any given company stock, one must decide if they want to invest in it in the first place. I myself never invest in anything unless I check the company out and if I decide to invest, I already know that the money I put in I could lose and I don't gripe about it should it not go as I expected. If I lose, I lose, but that was my mistake and no one else is to blame. One also must have patience and continue to think positive, as something drove them to a particular stock anyways. If one is just trying to do a quick 1-tick turn-around to make a quick buck, that is the wrong thinking in investing anyways. No one held a gun to anyone's head to make them buy into the stock. It is one's own personal CHOICE that one makes and if one makes the mistake and loses, well, they cannot blame anyone else. Sometimes I make mistakes, but I blame no one except myself.
Set sights higher cause that's where its going.
All the negative ones are the ones trying to get people to sell to them at 1's...LOL. The ones that are patient and holding are the smart ones. If an investor believes in a company, stick to it and never let anyone talk you into something that is not true. If one truly sees everything on this company, they know that this is one is going to go much further up from here and not down.
NITE was the main culprit holding this one down. They deserve to suffer now. It's time for them to pay the piper. This one going to pennyland.
IMO - Time to get in now. Positive 10K coming soon. Don't miss opportunity here.
A great time to rid ourselves of flippers here. Positive 10K coming out anyways. 2's thru 4's great opportunity buy-ins. Most trying to buy at 1's are flippers and they will hold this stock down if given opportunity. Don't give them this opportunity.
1M shs bought...lol. That's a lot...LOL. WOW, that's real progress...LOL.
They first need to prove themselves here. In order to play in the big league, stocks have to be trading in the $1 range. It does cost the company more to be listed in the AMEX, NYSE, NASDAQ and if their stock can't maintain $1 trading level, they'll be right back down to this anyways. Let's see, they conduct R/S to be uplisted, they pay out more money to do so, within 60-days they are right back in the OTC, so, what's the point? If I were them, I would hold off until I saw that the stock here could maintain $1 range for awhile and then look at uplisting. No sense in spending more money to be uplisted and put right back here sooner rather than later. At least here, it's less costly.
If this company is so great, like many people hear want others to believe, then why isn't anyone buying up the 2's & 3's. All I see is selling...HA HA HA...Like I'm going to believe all the hype here? I'm glad I'm out of this one. I just check in from time to time just to see the same thing and whala, same Bids and Asks since 2 weeks or more...LOL. If this company is so great then why isn't it in the single pennies or more? BS here.
