The language of the 4th anendment is specific. Its prior to not a prior, of course a preferred stock may have a prior but the ranking has changed, as setforth in the 4th Amendment.
El Senor Preferred (so called Senior Preferred) is PRIOR TO, Common ; PRIOR TO Junior Preferred.
You should All Be Happy, Because This Means Going Forward You Will Have Your Dividends.
Its Right Here In The 4th Amendment. Key Language , “ PRIOR TO “
“The Senior Preferred Stock shall rank prior to the common stock of the Company as provided in this Certificate and shall rank, as to both dividends and distributions upon dissolution, liquidation or winding up of the Company, prior to (a) the shares of preferred stock of the Company designated “5.25% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series D”, “5.10% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series E”, “Variable Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series F”, “Variable Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock , Series G”, “5.81% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock , Series H”, “5.375% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series I”, “5.125% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series L”, “4.75% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series M”, “5.50% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series N”, “Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series O”, “Non-Cumulative Convertible Series 2004-1 Preferred Stock”, “Variable Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series P”, “6.75% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series Q”, “7.625% Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series R”, “Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series S”, and “8.75% Non-Cumulative Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock”, Series 2008-1”, (b) any other capital stock of the Company outstanding on the date of the initial issuance of the Senior Preferred Stock and (c) any capital stock of the Company that may be issued after the date of initial issuance of the Senior Preferred Stock.”

Combine, cut the fat (waste and redundant jobs) then split apart again for competition. Done!
Right, Its Not $100. This is a $225 to $275 stock.
The End Is Near. The Light At The End Of The Long Dark Tunnel Can Be Seen Now... $$$$$$
Oh yeah, then explain why the capital rule has multiple tables showing the enterprises combined.
Explain why there has been on and off talk of merging since 2009.
Explain why FMCC and FNMA stocks are in parity even in light of the huge differences in available stock.
Explain why all analyst coverage has been suspended as of this week for FMCC.
If You Can’t See It Now, Then You Won’t See It When It Happens... Adios!
$$$$$$$$
This is a $225 to $275 stock! Combined, Capital, forward earning, and merger based savings. Dividends boost more than capital.
Why buy a $200 stock for about $200 (tech) when you can buy a $200 stock for about two and a quarter dollar.
Seems ‘everyone’ wants to buy a $300 stock called FB and others, and be either bent over or make some meager change.
So, no..., lemmings will not buy a $200 stock for $2...
Nobody wants to buy fnma or fmcc that are $200 stocks for $2. Nobody wants free money, except from the bankrupt government
New Constructs charts and tables indicates that the growth appreciation period is <1.1 (months). Meaning about to explode.! $$$$$
New Constructs Says FNMA & FMCC Are $200 Stocks.
$200 stock going for $2, go figure...
Anybody want some free money? Take It!
Yeah, really, junior preferred shares are worthless if that holds true for Collins.

It all could be settled and done behind closed doors....
Miley Cyrus is giving away $1 million worth of stock in partnership with financial payments company Square Inc.'s (NYSE: SQ) Cash App.
What Happened: 'Nothing is more important than investing in yourself. I want to spread ownership to as many people as I can, so I'm teaming up with @CashApp to give out $1 MILLION in stocks,' the pop singer wrote in a post on her official Twitter account.
Cyrus asked fans who are interested in the giveaway to share their Cash App username and favorite company name in the comments on the singer's social media posts on Twitter or Instagram. Responders counted Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL), Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA), and AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. (NYSE: AMC) among the stocks they would be interested in receiving.
Winners will be selected at random.
The giveaway was announced as Cyrus celebrates the 15th anniversary of the premiere of her television series 'Hannah Montana.' Cyrus also tweeted a link that urged her fans to learn more about stocks.

Stock is kept low by preferred stock holders because if the government saw that the stock was appropriately priced like any other normal company not taken over the judges would say “what’s the problem? your stock is worth over $75 a share? why are you suing now?”
Settlement can come at ANY TIME! Wooooo.....SHORTS...,HaHaHa...$$$$$
Its worth much more than $10 unless Ackman is assuming a forward split
A colleague of mine said a strange thing happened with the fmcc stock he bought on Monday. The shares did not show up in his account, so he I called Fidelity yesterday and got the shares after about an hour bitching over the phone. wtf?!
